Roll over prep on the over ball. This is a great way to strengthen your lower abdominals. Try lift the buttocks slowly (if possible) off the ball slightly. The more upright your legs go - the harder you are working. You move slow, a fast movement will jerk the ball and make it harder to balance. Press your knees into the ball transferring your weight slowly forward until the toes just lift. Balance on all fours until steady. Bring your hands slowly towards your knees. Lift your body while really activating your core. Good luck! #balance #transverseabdominus #core #challenge

As I'm up early for a 'no show' my glass half full mood says lets make a side crunch tutorial. Hahaha Make sure the ball is nicely placed in the sweet spot for ample balance. I have done 2 of every crunch but I would suggest 10 of each. Ensure those abdominals are nicely activated throughout and that the weight of your head is supported by your arms not the neck. #sidecrunch #makingavideo #earlybird #stabilityball
