Today
today I stand here typing on the laptop that sits on my portable stand-up desk/bookshelf. The air-conditioner blasts warm heat (29°) from above, and my laptop preis precariously on a bookshelf desk. I had to search up how to get the degree symbol on Mac. I thought it would be an option physically present on my keyboard. But it was not. Turns out, in case you were wondering, it’s option + shift + 0176. They make out like that’s something that would just pop right into my head. Oh yeah option+shift+076 to get that symbol that I need. It doesn’t even make rhythmic sense, going from seven to six. I’m also wondering about how if we went back into my past, only around four or five years ago, I’d have absolutely no idea what this ChatGPT business was about. Talking about rhythmic sense, it would make more sense for it to be ChatGDP. Rolls off the tongue easier. Also, more sense-bound when typing away on a laptop (letters with a more meaningful gap in the alphabet).
Also wondering what time in the future will be when people become so dependent on ChatGPT that no one can do any physical digging themselves anymore. It's always to tell me that I'm in the right, and Stephanie downstairs is not the victim, and I am indeed correct, as per. It's also always there to tell me that my writing is brilliant, and that things will all really work out in the end. I think that period is far closer than what we think.

You know, boyfriends get a lot of credit for what they do. For example, they could write the stupidest, dumbest, speech for me, and read it out in front of everyone, but I wouldn’t even know how bad the speech was, because I loved him so much that anything would make me happy.
Boy. There are some crazy drivers out in west Ryde at night.

you ever notice that on publishing websites like Substack, they never have spell check on. Do they really trust us that much, to not make a mistake?

I feel like I only ever go on second dates when I’m only really into like 50% about-them. Whenever I’m 100% on someone, there is no preceding-date. For some reason, they just never get back to you. Which is pretty fucked, if you ask me. When I’m like 50% about someone, it just depends on my mood - if I’m feeling curious and short, I might just go on the second date. If I’m feeling square and astute, then I likely will reject their offer.

Gordon Bennett and some artwork that reminded me of Geogaddi BOC at Moca Sydney. (From 1996 he designed the layout of his art on Photoshop then painted on canvas)
