I told someone that yesterday and it was the first time they heard it. They have been constantly told that their trauma isn’t valid or enough. What a horrible things to say. You arent them so how can you compare what they have gone through. Trauma is horrible no matter what it is. Stop comparing trauma or telling people their feelings aren’t valid.
