Getting high is a luxury just like wearing a coach purse. Why is everyone running around treating addiction like a birth defect or disability? We do drugs bc we want to. We do drugs because we have the means to pay for them. If a person is smart enough to get high why aren’t they smart enough to get a job or buy rent? Before I became an addict I was a people pleasing, minimum wage, dropout working multiple jobs to pay my rent. Since becoming an addict, I relocated, finished high school and just finished my first year in college. I even made the Presidents and I’ll be graduating with honors. Not bad for some dumb meth head huh lol The drugs are just like any thing else we chose to do. Not all of us have so much cushion to sit on. Not all of us have people lined up waiting on us to shit on them and move on to the next one, not all of us were taught how to lie to fit in and pretend to be better. Some of us live a life that never stops no matter how many times we jump. Being born ignorant is a chance, staying ignorant is encouraged, but proving ignorance is a whole new hell…

Where’s all the people that are looking for someone to connect with? Not to play games with, or blame my shitty behavior on, but an actual person to talk to. Someone to check up on, and encourage, someone to share virtual pie or a cup of coffee with. I asked for help and those mf’ers really tried to kill me.. what in the actual fk is going on here? I wonder how many of us aren’t as smart as I surprised myself with being. How many people just as desperate as me swallowed their pride, asked for help, and ended up dying shortly after. I’ll never know, but I sure hope someone hears what I’m saying.. Be careful out there friends. Not everything is as sweet as it looks..
