Like I get that children of memory is in more ways than one a folk story, but the CONNECTIONS
The repeated use of ants and spiders in imagery, the “woods behind the little school”, witches in these woods… oh brother 🥴
And then two lines remind me so much of the second(?) time Miranda was in the forest with Liff.
