Nobody talks about that though.

How many civilians will be killed this week in Syria? 

Why doesnt the mainstream media talk about that?

Yet more reasons not to bring more kids into this rotting world.

I can’t quite believe what I’ve managed to do. All those hours spent sweating in the gym and thinking I might die 😂, all the times I said no to fatty food all my friends were eating, all the times I had to tell myself it would be worth it. (Thanks me, you were right) Along the way I found fitness, veganism and a new life. Still not where I want to be yet!! But I’m -75lbs and a million miles from where I started! If I can do it you can do it! I’m just gonna leave this here..

Hey DR! I wanted to say thanks to you an Freelee for changing my life. you here it all the time but it's true. I started losing weight calorie restricting to the max and spending hours doing cardio for about 3 months and I lost about 30 lbs whilst being totally miserable.. then I found you guys! You gave awesome advice, turned me vegan! We're now 9 months later and I've lost 75lbs in total and I've never felt better body and mind! (There's a pic on my page) cheers man! x
