So I had someone very pesky who would just not go away no matter how hard I ignored them. So, I created this little jar for them.
Leave ME alone Jar
To Begin gather these:
A piece of parchment paper
A red or Black Pen
Lemon Oil
Safflower Petals
Vervain
A Jar
*Cleanse Everything before you use it* *Open your circle and call upon the elements and if you practice with your deity*
Once You have all of these put together write there name on the paper and as you do think about them leaving you alone, not talking to you, and deleting you off of all social media. Set intentions on it. Put the paper aside and grab your jar, start with the safflower and vervain, then roll the paper up and put it in there, fill it with the lemon oil. Once done seal the jar with black and red wax and charge with stones.

Hiiiiiiii~ Is it rude for me to poke my nose a little bit and ask around, lmao~? What is a grimore and why is it so prevelent on the witch comunity in tumblr? I have a friend who can fortune tell and is getting in to this stuff and it looks really cool tbh! Are there a lot of other witches around? Again, feel free to delete!😂😂
Don't know when you had asked this since I have been a bit inactive so I Apologize if this is a bit late. This is a good question and feel free to ask more. They are prevelent in the witch community because they hold all the information you learn throughout the years. They hold old spells and can be personalized to fit your needs. They are basically information packed that you can always reference and go back to. As far as if there are a lot of witches around the answer is yes! Even in places you would least expect. There are covens anyone can join and there are a lot of solitary witches as well. I'm glad to hear your friend is interested and I wish them the best.

Protect Yourself
Being able to protect yourself is one of the wonderful things about the craft. Heres a list of some ways to do so. 👻
🧂Salt circles// When preforming a ritual, meditating and so on. They are basically protective barriers. If you have a broom, sweep away negative energy then lay the salt circle.
☆Sachets// These are bags that are sewn together. They are comprised of herbs. The traditional fabric to use is muslin, but any fabric will do.
👝Charm bag// These are bags that basically carry a magick spell. They can be filled with any charged items such as, stones, crystals, charms, herbs, oils, etc.
💎Crystals// One thing amazing about crystals is that they have many properties to them. Carrying some around may help. Black crystals, like obsidian or hematite will relfect negative energy. Smokey quartz will cloak you.
☆Spell jar// These are wonderful for sacred spaces and houses.
➰Sigil// Create and activate a protection sigil.
🦇Spirit animal// if you have a spirit animal, you can call them and ask for protection.
⛓Iron// hanging an iron horsehoe, open end facing down above your door to keep evil spirts out.
👀Visualization// basic meditation with a process of visualization.
♡~ This is one of the things i learned very early on as a witch. Basically, you stand outside your property. Close your eyes and start to breathe in and out. Visualize each chakra opening, kind of like meditation. When you open your last chakra, root, ensure your visualizing your roots going straight to the earths core. Then, use the power from those roots to encase a protective barrier around your house. Imagine the color of it. Imagine it pushing the spirits away from your house. ~♡

🍁Samhain🍁
🍁Samhain activities and traditions🍁
The air is changing, with a crisp smell of leaves and a wind that tickles your skin! This is the time of year where the veil is thinning. Autumn is coming and the sun is ready to rest. This is third harvest, and the last one. The meaning for Samhain (sow-in) is that summer has come to an end.
🧙♂️🧙♀️This time of year is also known as the witches new year. 🧙♀️🧙♂️
What is the veil? 🌫
During times of the year the veil can thin. We are coming up to Samhain, which means the veil is thinning. The veil is where the seen meets unseen, form meets spirit, known meets unknown. During meditation or rituals, you can find yourself gazing into a place between worlds. The reason it gets thinner is because there is a transition with the days getting shorter, nights getting longer. The natural world is withdrawing from the realm of life and growth. With this, the veil thins.
🎃 Set extra places at the dinner table for returning spirits, feast of the dead!
🎃 Samhain night is a great time for scrying
🎃 This is a good time for some reflection.
🎃 Meditation outside with fire and leaves! Or ground yourself.
🎃 Decorate your alter
🎃 Celebrate the cycle of life and death
🎃 Take a nature walk
🎃 Bonfire magick
🎃 visit a cemetery
🎃 Have a bonfire
🎃 Have a ritual to guide the dead home by opening the west facing window and putting a lit candle there.
🎃 Samhain ritual calling upon the gods and goddesess.
🎃 Clean or renovate a space in your house or room.
🎃 Write things you want to release in your life and burn that paper in a bonfire.
🎃 Connect with your spirit guides.
🍽Samhain food🍽
🥧Turnips, apples and apple cider, gourds, nuts, mulled wines, beef, pork, poultry, ale, bram brack (dark loaf or cake made with dried fruit), corn, mugwort tea, pumpkin, squash, and colcannon🥧
🍎 Apples- Cut an apple in half to see five seeds. This represents the pentacle. They are also divination tools. They are also considered the food of immortality.
🎃 Pumpkins, gords and turnups- Carve them and light them up! Tools for protection.
🌰 Walnuts, hazelnuts, and chestnuts- used for divination.
🥖 Bread and grain- using the harvest from mabon.
🌿 Rosemary- Dispells negative energy. Also used for remembering the dead. Amazing to put into your bread.

Happy Lammas
Be sure to fill up on carbs and veggies today!
Lammas is the celebration of this first, Grain Harvest, a time for gathering in and giving thanks for abundance. We work with the cycle that Mabon or the Autumn Equinox is the Second Harvest of Fruit, and Samhain is the third and Final Harvest of Nuts and Berries.
The word 'Lammas' is derived from 'loaf mass' and is indicative of how central and honoured is the first grain and the first loaf of the harvesting cycle.
Just a few things you can do today:
🌾 write in you BOS
🌾 Make some bread! You can incorporate some specific herbs and use it as protection while you eat it!!
🌾 Share food with friends and loved ones.
🌾 Decorate your alter
🌾 Take a walk through nature. Or simply enjoy the fresh air.
🌾 Make corn dollies
🌾 bless your garden
🌾 Create and bury a witches bottle
🌿🌿 Herb Specific:
goldenrod, peony, nasturtium, clover blossom, yarrow, heliotrope, boneset, vervain, Queen Anne's lace, myrtle, rose, sunflower, poppy, milkweed, Irish moss, mushroom, wheat, corn, rye, oat, barley, rice, garlic, onion, basil, mint, aloe, acacia, meadowsweet, apple leaf, raspberry leaf, strawberry leaf, bilberry leaf, blueberry leaf, mugwort, hops, holly, comfrey, marigold, grape vine, ivy, hazelnut, blackthorn, elder, bee pollen.
💎💎 Stone Specific:
Cat's-eye, citrine, aventurine, golden topaz, obsidian, moss agate, rhodochrosite, clear quartz, marble, slate, granite, lodestone.
🥖🥖 Food Specific:
Fresh herbs, fruits and veggies. Bake corn bread sticks, collect blackberries and make a pie marked with a solar cross. Sprout wheat to add to homemade bread. Drink cider. Gather berries for use in recipes or wine-making. (Yum). Rose petal wine would be appropriate.
BREAD:
Buttermilk Bread Charm for Lammas
You will need:
3 mugs of strong white flour
500 ml of Buttermilk (available from the supermarket)
I teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda
Lammas ribbon in your choice of colour - gold, orange, yellow
Sprouted seeds - these represent regeneration. Can even be bought in the supermarket now. Frequently found in wholefood shops - or sprout your own.
Place the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Sieve in the blended salt and soda and pour in the buttermilk. Mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough feels springy and then mix in the sprouted seeds. If it feels too sloppy just add a little more flour. Turn it onto a board and cover with a fine dusting of flour. Pat it with your hands until you have a round shape. Take a sharp knife and score lightly into eight sections, one for each festival. Our picture shows the bread cut into five sections, making a pentacle.
Place onto a greased baking tray and pop your buttermilk bread into a moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes. Keep and eye on it. When the bread is ready it will change colour and it will sound hollow when you tap the bottom. Cool completely on a wire rack. When it is cool, tie it with Lammas ribbon.
Take time to concentrate on the bread you have created and turn the loaf three times saying"From the fields and through the stones, into fire, Lammas Bread, as the Wheel turns may all be fed. Goddess Bless."
Now take your bread and share it with your family and friends and pass on the generous blessings of this bright and bountiful festival. Eat it fresh, as soon as it is made if you can.
Recipe donated by the Counter Enchantress. Adapted by the Boss Lady with permission.
Lammas bread
2 c whole wheat flour
2 c bread flour plus more as needed
1/4 c toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp active dry yeast
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 c scalded milk
3 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
3 Tbsp honey
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the peanut butter and the honey to the hot milk and stir to combine. Cool milk mix until it reaches 115ºF. Stir milk mix into flour mix. Knead for 15 minutes, adding more flour if necessary to make a smooth, elastic dough. Oil the dough's surface, then cover with plastic or a damp towel. Let it rise in a warm spot until double. Punch down, then shape into 2 rectangle loaves or one large wreath. Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 375ºF until golden; it should make a hollow sound when tapped.
