Quick—Easy—Morning Cleanse!
Tumblr media
Hey guys! I have here a simple cleansing drinkable potion for all types of mornings. If you don’t have a lot of time this is a good away to quickly start the day right. I do this probably at least four times a week and it really makes the difference.
ingredients
water (hot or cold)
lemon
mint
raspberries (or any fruit…could be a veg too)
directions
Put the water in a glass and throw those bad boys in!
Have it sit for a few minutes and while it’s sitting you can do the chant.
“Mother Nature take me from the depths,
connect me with your vines and restore my body.”
Chant this about three times and visualize a green light swimming around the water, through the ingredients, and while you drink imagine it goes into you. It flows through your veins, into your heart, and slowly spreads until you’re covered in this green light. Then imagine it slowly flowing out of you, taking all the negative energy and pollution with it.
Enjoy!!
p.s. I write all my spells so pls dont repost! Love y’all!

Faery Magic
This spell is to aid in wishes, manifestations, communication, beauty, healing, and personal power.
Ingredients:
Thyme Jasmine Lavender  Lemongrass  Silver, pink, blue, or purple glitter (Your choosing of crystals) Moonstone, rose quartz, clear quartz, and/or amethyst Faery statues, optional  White or silver candle
Directions:
Light your candle. In a bowl, place the herbs and combine well. Either imagine this as an all-purpose jar or think of your specific desire. Personally, I used crystal chips, but this isn’t needed. You can place your crystals around the faery statue (if using one) and/or candle. Sprinkle glitter over and mix well with a mixing utensil of your choosing. Then place mixture into jar. Let it sit next to the candle until it burns out. You can chant something or be silent, that’s up to you.
NOTES: You can make this into a sachet. You can place this in a spray bottle filled with moon or star water. You can sprinkle over candles. I do not recommend sprinkling on floors or anywhere in the house because of the glitter. Personally, I think its too messy. Plus, if you have animals or children in the house the mixture can be harmful to them.

Wind Enchantment for Divination
A spell to enchant an object or piece of jewelry to help give the caster energy for divination and aid.
Tumblr media
You Will Need:
💨 Piece of jewelry or an object 💨 Windy Day 💨 Outdoor space where you can work
Steps:
💨 Prepare yourself for the spell however you see fit
💨 With your object in hand go outside to the space you are going to be working in, if you can face into the wind
💨 Grasp your object to your chest and feel the wind in your hair and blow against you. Feel its energy merging with yours. Visualize this however you desire, this spell is heavily visualization.
💨 Hold out your object into the the wind. Visualize both your energy and that of the winds, swirling about the object, like a cyclone. Visualize this whirlwind being absorbed into the object
💨 At this point I often imagine almost like an eye appearing during this process, for this spell to help give you energy for divination work.
💨 Once you feel satisfied with the amount of energy placed into your object, thank the wind for its help however you feel is fit.
💨 Wear/hold the object whenever you are using divination, especially if its going to be a large session.
💨 Cleanse object when needed and may occasionally need to be charged with the wind, though not too often.

Working with Air
Tumblr media
I love working with the element air, it’s my personal favorite out of all the elements for a few different reasons that I won’t get into (I could make pages upon pages on why I love the wind but that isn’t what this is about) This post is about how to work more closely with the wind. Enjoy dearies!
Here are a few ideas on how to work with the element Air:
Conjure up the wind by singing a sweet melody from the heart (like your all time favorite songs), whistle, or use a singing bowl.
Go to a park or trail and walk around for as much as you would like and just feel the wind wrap around you. If leaves/flowers happen to fall upon you, collect them. NOTE: Make sure you do your research if you collect. Never pull or cut leaves/flowers unless you know what you are doing. Also, make sure you don’t collect anything that is harmful to your health.
Go to a park/field/backyard and practice yoga. Allow the wind to help form your body while the earth keeps you steady. Stretch, relax, breathe.
On a windy day go outside and just sit there. Close your eyes and feel the air. Breathe in and out deeply, let it fill your soul.
Burn a loose incense containing herbs that relate to air. (ex. lavender, lemongrass, pine, star anise, sage, etc) Meditate and connect to the element as the fragrance fills the room. You can burn an oil using essential oils for the same purpose. NOTE: Be careful burning anything; use a fireproof bowl, make sure it won’t fall, make sure the room is well ventilated, and most importantly, make sure you do your research. Do not burn herbs/oils that are harmful to your/others/and pets health.
Make a sigil that means “I am protected by the winds.” or something along the lines (Personally I am not a sigil maker but I see others make damn cool ones so I’m adding it, haha) Wear it on you wherever you’d like while you are out and about so your always protected.
Make a special air altar underneath a window, preferably facing East. Fill it with feathers, incenses, athame, a music player, your favorite books, colors of yellow and pale blues, whatever you’d like!
Paint, dance, read, draw, sing, play an instrument, etc, Be creative.
Learn. Do research. Gain as much knowledge about subjects you love.
Talk to the wind, communicate with it. Tell the air your problems, the joys you have felt, the pain you endured. No matter what, always your message is heard.
Research fairies. Most fairies are related to element of air but there are some that live within the other elements. Find the fairy folk who live in the clouds, in the winds, and fly with the birds; work with them if you would like. NOTE: Be careful with working with fairies as you would with any spirit. There are so many different kinds of posts on how to communicate with them so I will list sources. (This is a very small list of sources regarding fairies but ones that I found informative.)

What is Dreamwalking?
Dreamwalking is similar to vivid dreaming. It’s a practice of sharing a dream with one or more other people. Either entering their dreams or pulling them into your own. Some people Dreamwalk without even trying, and some have to try very hard and practice for years before being able to do it. Some may only be able to do it with chemical assistance (like a drug induced sleep/trance or even herbal remedies.
Dreamwalking is a common practice in several different cultures and practices. The term comes from the aborigines, but the Mexica, Toltec, and Maya had their own term for it- which translates to mean Sun-kissed in English. The Cherokee also had Dreamwalkers- often, they were considered people with two spirits/souls and are considered with revenance, even as children.
Natrual-born dreamwalkers often have heitened mental/astral senses. I will go over a few signs that natural Dreamwalkers experience.
There is a downside to Dreamwalking. If you chose to dreamwalk rather than dream regularly, you will likely awaken feeling as though you didn’t sleep. You may be tired, untested, irritable. You may even become more susceptible to illness over time if not practiced in moderation.
Basics of Dreamwalking:
Dreamwalking is extremely difficult to start doing but, like most things, it becomes easier the more you succeed in doing it.
Getting started:
The process of Dreamwalking starts out very similar to that of lucid dreaming. If you can lucid dream within your own dreams you can skip this step.
Before you lie down to sleep, do a meditation on what your dream will be like. Create a sight or a sound in your mind. Be sure to chose something that is important to your core-being. Something that you’ll never forget. Then make that idea so powerful that it seeps into your dreaming mind. For example, I created a sight. My right hand never casts a shadow while I’m dreaming.
The idea of this practice is to create an alert to your dreaming mind that signals to itself that it is dreaming. Thus causing a lucid dream. There are several ways one can lucid dream- do some research and find one that works for you. If you find one you like- feel free to reblog this and share it in your comment, link or otherwise.
Once you can lucid dream- have conscious control over your own dream, you’re ready to begin trying to move into another’s dream. There are some social and ethical boundaries to doing so, and you may cross a few lines. Be weary, you could learn something’s about people that you, or they, would have never wanted to know.
Beyond your dreams:
Dreams take place in the same realm as the astral. There is a slight difference is resonance, though. Because of this it is best to try to enter the dreams of someone who you know very well. I’d both recommend asking permission before and not asking permission. Both have their benefits and risks. Not asking permission will help get a stronger sense of success. (I.E. having them tell you about their dream to see if they noticed you in their dreams. But they may also feel exposed or violated.) However, telling them may create a false negative when it comes to comparing dreams.
To enter another’s dream, you must first be lucid dreaming within your own. Then, within this dream, create a finite barrier that separates this dream from the expanse of the astral plane. Approach this barrier and slowly phase yourself through it.
Once in the astral realm, feel free to explore and create for a while. Time is far more fluid here so take your time. Once you’re ready, begin thinking of the person who’s dream you’d like to enter. Think of their aura, vibe, way of thinking, their favorite things. Any and all things that help you create as exact of an idea of them as possible. Then, imagine where they’d dream that they’d be. Try to phase yourself into that place. If the person can also lucid dream, this process would be much easier.
Abilities that Dreamwalkers either have or can develop:
Clairvoyance
Clairaudience
Extreme empathy
Possession (entering the minds of animals, or other people, even spirits.)
Day-Dreamwalking (Dreamwalking while daydreaming)
Telepathy
Waking astral-travel (being able to astral travel without being in a relaxed state.)
A strengthening of divination techniques.
An expansion of natural abilities.
The sight (being able to see spirits and even communicate with them)
Enhanced energy-work.
Signs of a Natural Dreamwalker:
Existential dread experienced at a very young age (having thoughts of being unable to prove your own existence around the age of 3-5 years old)
One or multiple extremely heitened psychic abilities.
Chronic prophetic dreams
Chronic lucid dreams
Being able to see spirits.
Accidental Dreamwalking.
Multi-conscious astral projection (splitting your awareness into several independent bodies simultaneously)
Powerful manifestation abilities
Accidental possession.
Being able to program your aura
Talent for lucid dreaming
I hope this post was helpful! If you have any questions, feel free to DM me or leave an ask.

Bubbles in Magick
Tumblr media
Bubbles are whimsical and fun mixes of Air and Water, and hold a magic of all their own. Many of us have fond memories of using bubbles s children whether it was from blowing them out in the summer breeze or baths overflowing with them.
Correspondences of Bubbles
Bubbles have several correspondences and uses when it comes to magick and witchcraft. Due to their whimsical and nostalgic nature they are often associated with inspiration, creativity, childhood, wonder and fantasy. Bubbles are also wonderful for protection, cleansing and purification spells seeing as they are often made through using soap. Due to the shape and shine of many bubbles they are often associated with scrying and psychic abilities as well.
Bubble Uses
Bubbles and Cleansing
There are various ways to use bubbles to cleanse oneself or their space. The most simple and obvious way being using soap in the shower or bath and while washing one’s self imagining any dark, heavy emotion and energy one has being being sucked up into the bubbles and foam, trapped inside them. Then as the bubbles go down the drain, visualize all that toxicity going with it.
One can also use a bubble wand and bubble liquid to remove their negativity by visualizing as you blow the bubbles that all your breath going into them is filled with the negativity you wish to remove from yourself. This method is best down outside to ensure when the bubble pops it doesn’t just re-release the negativity in your living space.
To cleanse one’s space or home with bubbles is simple. You either clean it gently where you are able to use soap or you may leave a dish of bubble liquid out overnight. Once it has set out you may dispose of it down the sink or outside via blowing bubbles.
Bubbles and Wishes
Like my previous Bubble Spell, bubbles are wonderful for wish making. Focus on the wish and intent you have. Let it build up in your chest and lungs then release it as you blow your bubbles. Watch them float up into the sky and once they burst know that your wish has been released out into the universe.
Bubble Scrying
Bubble scrying is one of my favorite methods of simple divination. While in a bath filled with bubble bath, close your eyes and focus on your energy. Use your finger to stir in the water and foam of the bubbles. Ask your question or what you seek in your mind our outloud. Once you are satisfied stop your stirring and open your eyes. Watch and focus on the way the bubbles move and wait. Once you see shapes and images in the soap that feel to have a significance remember what they are. I often use the associations used in tasseography to determine what the shapes and images mean.

So, you want to be a witch? #6
Tumblr media
Click here for all the other posts in this series!
This post is all about how the mundane can broaden your craft, and what topics you might consider researching!
Why bother with the mundane?
The mundane is the base for witchcraft. It includes basic skills, information and abilities. One must have an understanding of these things before influencing them/incorporating them into magic. For example: you need to have know your way around the kitchen if you want to be a kitchen witch.
It tends to be less biased. Any resource with information on witchcraft will be influenced to some degree by the person’s experiences, view of the world, and the way they built their craft. It can sometimes appear that there is only “one true way” to be a witch—this is not accurate! There is great value in learning from experienced witches, but there is also great value in learning things for yourself!
Where to research?
Please do not rely on tumblr for accurate information! It’s an excellent place to hear about personal experiences and to get ideas, but it often lacks sources.
How to find credible sources: (here) and (here). (Links are for finding academic sources, so they may be a bit more strict than what you need)
Websites
Published books
Videos (Online lectures, YouTube, TedTalks, etc.)
Free classes/information sessions
Are you a student? Be strategic with which electives you choose!
Also consider: clubs, talking with people who are experienced on the subject, etc.
What to research?
This highly depends on you and where you want to take your craft! These are just a few starting points to get the ideas flowing. I always recommend starting with whatever called you to the craft, and letting it naturally flow from there!
The natural world:
Learn local plants (natives, “weeds”, etc.), and how to ethically forage them.
Get a small calendar and note the dates of phenological changes. This can be helpful if you use the plants in your craft/life.
Learn local wildlife. Get to know your neighbors! Look at range maps.
Do they stay all year or move with the seasons? Some animals make startling noises. Do you have any of those in your area? (Think: wildcats, owls, foxes)
Learn geology, or at least how to identify some common rock types in your area.
Here’s a post on using rocks you find in your craft.
Learn weather patterns and some ways you might predict them.
Find a moon phase calendar for the year. Learn the moon phases and the science behind them if you aren’t familiar with it!
Same with the sun! What time does it rise and set? Where will it be in the sky this time of year? Learn the science behind it.
Constellations, and which ones you’ll see as the seasons change.
What natural phenomena might occur in your area?
Do you live near the ocean? Find some tide charts. What knowledge gaps do you have?
Live near a different type of water? Where is its source? Can you trace it on a map?
Do you garden? Pay attention to your zone and frost dates. Learn which plants are beneficial for your area and which may be invasive. How can you benefit the beings in your area with your garden?
What is the natural history of your area?
In the home + odds and ends:
The basics of tea: how to make your own blends, what temperature the water should be, etc.
Herbal remedies: how herbs can boost your health, which ones can already be found in your kitchen, and herbal interactions/side effects.
Cleaning and tending your home: learn how to safely make your own cleaning supplies, create routines to keep your home feeling clean and comfortable.
How to fix things and build things, how to use basic tools (hammer, screwdriver, etc.), how to mend clothes and simple sewing.
Crafts: learn how to make your own supplies (candles, wands, etc.)
Kitchen: learn some basic cooking and baking skills.
Crystals: how to identify them, how to ethically source them (and their properties).
The flow of your world; familiarize yourself with the routines of life around you. Orient yourself, begin creating a map in your mind of the area. What routines do the birds have? The people around you? The bus schedule?
What is the human history of your area?
How much do you know about your personal/family history?
LAWS: know what’s legal and what isn’t. Can you harvest here? Is it okay to have those animal bones or feathers? Are you allowed to be in certain areas? It’s on you to be informed.
There are so many more things I could’ve included, but I didn’t want this post to go on forever!
Hopefully this has given you some ideas; you may be surprised by how much newly acquired information can begin to influence your craft. Go forth, and enjoy learning something new :)
