biggest thing ive noticed is that non british marauders fans is that they have this idea that remus and characters they headcanon as northern irish / scottish would like being called british

I'm saying this as a scottish person. None of us claim to be british, it doesn't matter that we have british passports. Northern ireland, Wales, and Scotland do not like being a part of the UK

It's something i mostly see with remus as he's welsh but ive seen it on scottish/irish lily headcanons aswell.

Another thing, Northern Ireland is in the UK, The rest of ireland is independant from the Uk.

okay so listen up gang i have resorted to peer pressure to motivate me to do things

we're starting off at an ambitious 30 notes to sleep at a reasonable time tomorrow (like 10:00pm)

50: drink a socially acceptable amount of water per day

100: sit down and study for 2 hours straight

150: read more

200: set my time out thing on my phone to 2 hours and STICK TO IT

300: a consistent sleep schedule (in bed WITHOUT my phone by 10:30pm LATEST)

500: wake UP at around 8 in the morning and actually get up out of bed instead of reaching for my phone

600: brush my teeth and put on retainers every day

700: consistent exercise

1k: play piano consistently and learn merry-go-round-of-life

1.5k: play guitar consistently

2k: start writing again

I swear to god doesn't everyone have that one introverted friend which can make anything funny?

Today I was at a friend's birthday party and she had a pool so most people went there. But my friend had forgotten her swimsuit so she couldn't swim and she just stayed outside taking care of the waterballoons (as one does.)

So when I got out of the pool we went behind the house, just the two of us, and we started doing trials to the water balloons.

We threw one at a tree. And it fell through all the branches onto the floor and didn't break. He's now a hero im tje mithology we have created (story for another day)

It was just so funny. Every time a balloon popped or we splashed water on ourselves we started laughing.

Sometimes it's just good to remind ourselves we're not supposed to be serious all the time. And, to be fair, I only have those moments with her, because she doesn't really care about looking like a 12 year old.

So honestly, i's just awesome to be around her
