(robin receives 8 photos, they all vary in spicyness, from sexy lingerie to just underwear and the grand finale is nancy in nothing at all. robin keeps them all tucked in her tuxedo shirt pocket during the wedding, when they get home from their honeymoon she keeps 7 of the 8 in her bedside table drawer, her favorite though, one of nancy in her sexy lingerie, it made her lose her mind the most, nancy has on a deep maroon red lingerie set and shes staring at the camera with her fingertip in her mouth, yeah, it drives robin nuts so robin keeps it in her wallet behind a photo of them during their first dance at their wedding. that photo also coincidentally happens to be of robin grinning at nancy while nancy is laughing at something robin is saying in her ear, that something is robin talking about the photos nancy has had all of her bridesmaids give robin throughout the night and how much she has appreciated them.)

anyways they have a great wedding, a fantastic night at the hotel, and their honeymoon is in italy and its amazing.

Robin getting home from school completly exhausted and overwhelmed from everything just to find Nancy waiting for her in her room.

Like that girl somehow sensed that her girlfriend will need her and let herself in with the hidden spare key, knowing Robins fam won't be home anyways.

So Robin just comes into her room and just finds Nancy sitting on her bed, reading one of her books, scrambled eggs on her desk.

And Robin once again questions in what world she deserves that stunning woman!

Might be a hot take, but I don't like Nancy and Robin bonding and falling in love because of shared trauma. I don't like Nancy falling for Robin because Jonathan hasn't been there when she shot Vecna or when the vines got her, but Robin was. I don't like Robin falling for Nancy because she's the only one who understands her experiences with the upside down, or vice versa.

I like them hanging out and finding out each other's quirks and slowly falling for each other, realizing that the feelings they're feeling isn't friendship. I want them both ranting to Steve about one another. I want Nancy to look at Robin and realize how weird she is, and that's why she loves her. I want Robin to think Nancy's straight, I want Nancy to think she's straight too and for her feelings to be confusing. I want them dancing in the rain. I want them getting drunk with Steve and Eddie, and being the only ones left awake, talking about shared interests. I want them to show each other their respective music and movie tastes. I want them to, despite the upside down, have a normal romance.

Because, after a rewatch, has Nancy truly been in love with anyone outside of the bonds she's made through traumatic events?
