Arctic is an adult IceWing prince described as having silvery polished white scuffed scales as pale as moons with hints of pale blue, blue eyes like ice fragments and a cloudless sky, a light blue diamond earring on his left ear and a silver narwhal earring in his right. He wore matching jewelry to Foeslayer on outings and in the graphic novels he wears a crown/tiara. He's vengeful, lost and angry.
