Old concepts for Sleeping Beauty. I wanted to keep her puffy dress, but I found her too similiar to HEA.

Tbf The Narrator DOES things I know that, like telling us what to do (controlling our body cough cough) but I think it's funny when the voices shove him aside like he is the most useless of them all and none of The Narrator's efforts are ever (or almost never) mentioned by any of the characters. (Like. He does what he does like make the construct and narrate things, but it's not like anybody is gonna think him for it.)

And in Quiet's POV, I guess The Narrator really didn't do anything in the good ending to helo him slay the princess so yeah

The Voice of The Smitten: A lot more than you, who only knows to put people in their basements and make them kill eachother!!!

The Damsel Chapter in a nutshell.

Sooooo my final (?) Design for my fan-princess, The Sleeping Beauty! She is the Chapter IV for The Damsel, coming right after Happily Ever After (If HEA is the prologue, she might aswell be called The Sequel...)

I wanted her to look similiar to HEA, but I figured Smitten would want to make her more comfortable by giving her something similiar to a nightgown, but still presentable enough. She has more curly locks to resemble Aurora from disney's Sleeping Beauty. She doesn't have her necklace anymore (Cause Smitten has The Blade) and her Tiara becomes a simple moon pendent. I also wanted to give her some sparkles :)

She has red lipstick. After all, this princess is designed to be awaked from her slumber with a true love's kiss! (Or just shake ber awake. Also works. After all, why would you kiss a lady without her consent???)

Hello, there! C: This is my first Tumblr post EVER and I got very INSPIRED to make a Slay The Princess art (And also join in Draw the Princess cause it looks fun! Idk if I got the rules right but oh well)

Okay, actually, I made a fan-princess and she is Sleeping Beauty!

A bit of lore:

So, she would take place after Happily Ever After, where the player decides to attack Smitten in order to protect the princess. Smitten gets OUTSTUNNED and since we believe him to be threatning, he becomes so. He kills us and when we reset and get to the cabin, Smitten (Now in a dragon-like form) is now protecting it and now he has OUR blade. If we defeat him, we are able to reach the princess and choose what to do with her (Obviously shake her awake like Shrek did c:)

A few trivia:

• This one would be a VERY scared princess after what she witnessed.

•Her lips are now red because Sleeping Beauty is meant to wake up with a True Love's kiss.

•Smitten becomes convinced Long Quiet is unworthy of her love and wants to protect his and the Princess's happiness (As if he became his own individual who loves the Princess)

•Smitten had put her to sleep because "She can't be unhappy if she is asleep." Then gave her a comfortable bed and a sound-proof room upstairs.

•She has chains because we still think of her as a prisioner, and Smitten gets mad about it. "She is no prisioner! She is at home, where she belongs- With me."
