I want to cry I've been farming the wind set for Anaxa for /weeks/ and he is still stuck at 122 speed I can't get a speed substat to save my life
as someone who's had to farm speed for not just anaxa but jing yuan... i felt that so badly
i got extremely lucky that my anaxa's rope rolled 7 speed.. the perfect speed substats will come to you soon i promise
