It's Time...
I setup this account some time ago. I purchased the premium account because I don't want to see ad after ad of nonsense. I just want to write poetry, write my thoughts, and read the works and thoughts of others. It's time to start using my account now!
About 3 months ago, I permanently deleted almost all my social media accounts. I deleted the big ones; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Tik Tok, Twitch, and WhatsApp. I kept my Snapchat and Tumblr Accounts and signed up for Bluesky. It has been quite liberating to purge all these distractions. I have been taking care of my health better, reading more, and sleeping better.
If you have anxiety and suffer from worry and ruminating thoughts, I highly recommend a social media purge. It truly does help your mental health and heart.
I look forward to being here more often. This is what I really needed.
