Every day for 365 days.
Over the last year alone, an average for the last five years, a lesser than average for the last ten โ
I've travelled 2500 miles by foot alone, all with a 35 lb backpack.
Burned a minimum total of 330000 calories or the equivalent of approximately 100 lbs of body fat, just from walking calories burned, not including resting metabolism and gym time lifting weights and cardio.
For the last ten years all these statistics can easily be multiplied by ten giving me 50 million steps, 3.5 million calories burned, 1000 lbs of bodyfat equivalent burned, and 25000 miles travelled.
In addition from 2018 - 2021 I jogged a total of 4000 tracked miles approximately 400000 calories burned or equivalent to 115 lbs bodyfat.
In total over the last ten years I lost the equivalent to 4.5 times my full bodyweight in calories.
