my ana rules
♡no eating before 11am and after 6pm
♡exercise everyday (ill link my exercise routine)
♡stay away from juices, dairy and sodas
♡want to binge? binge on flavored water (a teeny tiny bit of juice and water)
♡if someone asks if you’re hungry, say you ate already
