I will never understand queers who are "anti-goodfaith" / "anti-contradictory labels". Queer labels don't HAVE to make sense. Being queer is about being weird, it's about being different, it's about not conforming to the homophobic/transphobic norms set by society.

Labels don't have to be set in stone, they can be customized and shaped to fit your identity. You don't need permission or approval to identify as something, you don't need to apologize for or explain your identity over and over again. Identities are complex, obviously some are going to be "contradicting" or "strange" or "confusing" and that's okay. Not every queer person is going to experience attraction the same. It's called good faith because it's meant to be in good faith, it's not harming you nor is it "invalidating real queer experiences."

You don't have to be accepting to every identity out there (I sure ain't), but at the end of the day we're all queer. Identify as whatever you want, however you want. No one has control over who you are.
