I’m LOVING this new website!
I seemed to have hit the jackpot on healthy eating recipes. I stumbled upon this website while searching for healthy recipes on Pinterest. I use it religiously, almost more than google. From nail ideas to how to: mommy edition, Pinterest is my go-to. Now, back to what I was saying. This website, called Gina’s Skinny Recipes is almost the Not My Mamas Meals to the internet, changing Coconut Pie, Shepards Pie and all kinds of pie with a huge calorie cut, and let me tell you, NO flavor cut. These are DELICIOUS! Give them a try for some great-tasting healthy eats!

Week 2 Progress pic! 5 pounds down, and more swelling has gone down. 4 more weeks left of wearing my garment. Can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like. I understand that it may take several months to see the full result. Paired with a good diet and exercise, i’ll be ready for that summertime bikini bod.

Alright guys, it's been a while since I've posted. I got viral gastroenteritis, for all of those who don't know, that is also called "the stomach flu" but is a stomach virus that has your stomach as well as your large and small intestines inflamed. I lost 6 pounds in a week. NOT HEALTHY. But I'm back on track and it's back to the gym with plenty of hydration.

So I was weightlifting and I felt fine. Then push-ups came along and there was a major pop in my left wrist that weakened it. I took a look at it today and a bump is protruding out of my wrist. So weights are on hold until I can get this fixed.
On another note. The cardio is still up. I scan do legs too. So that's still good.
