Kudos to our Mount Elizabeth Hospital staff for rushing to aid a motorcyclist who was involved in a recent road accident outside our hospital. Mr Mohamed Salim, Mr Ragu Gavindasamy and Mr Hetti Dinesh from our housekeeping department were on duty when they witnessed the accident. They immediately ran over to assist the injured motorcyclist. Senior Staff Nurse Christian from the Emergency Department, upon being alerted by a passer-by, grabbed the Emergency Responder bag and rushed to the scene. The team managed to stabilise the motorcyclist and helped redirect traffic. Fortunately the motorcyclist was not badly injured and we wish him a speedy recovery.
