I think I'll be adding ~2.5 months (+ 21%) to every Asoiaf year in my mind from now on (maybe the months just have more days like 36, I don't know, but it adds up to 14.5 of our months per year).

So Sansa is 11 years old in the first book, but if you switch to our timeline, she's over 13. Better! Dany is about 16 when she weds, Bran is almost 9, Jaime is 37 yo, maester Aemon died at the age of 123 etc

It's not critical to the storyline and the experience of growing up, but it's a little less ridiculous

Today I finished reading adwd and twow’s sample chapters (it was my first time and I was soooo slow, hoping hoping hoping…)

Now all I have is wait for George to finish the books book

It was July 2023 when I watched Game of Thrones for the first time and was very disappointed. So I read the books! And now a year has passed and I am EVERY day reading fanfics about Jaime and Brienne. What a life!

Another Aprils draft:

When I downloaded the Sims few days ago I thought I’d just play a bit and that was it. But after I started making Jaime and Brienne I though this could be my little freetime project — creating book-like-sim-asoiaf-characters because I am really enjoying doing this. So, I did not stop at the first vers of jb and now trying to use mods for a more realistic look like freckles all over Brienne’s body.

It’s my another vers of Brienne. I remembered that the Sims allows you to switch body types, genders and all that as you like. So I thought, why did I use a female body type for Brienne when I can use a male body type and create the biggest (bigger than Jaime’s) shoulders for her.

It was a good idea, but a male body type includes a male face type, like thinner lips and other things (so the face I created for her last time almost fell apart and I am struggling with it rn). Think I need a mod to fix this later.
