My deepest darkest fantasy is that I collapse on the street and I am rushed to the hospital. They perform a bunch of tests and find out I am severely deficient in some kind of vitamin. Then I start taking the vitamin and I become the happiest cleverest person alive because all my problems were caused by this one deficiency

Success! It took six months, but I have been officially diagnosed with combined type adhd!

There is hope, in the distant future! I have an appointment with a doctor who will hopefully refer me to get an ADHD assessment done!

Now the waiting begins however. I'm guesstimating four months, but it could be more, could be less.
