Petition for somebody to make a website like Omegle except it's for fandoms to RP

For example, you type in a keyword (I’ll use my ship to demonstrate) like Megstiel, select the role you want, and then be matched up with someone who wants to RP the same ship, but as the opposite character.

It’s difficult to explain. We all have wanted to RP, but not all of us can find partners, so this would be a fairly easy way to do that. I understand you have to pay for websites and it takes a lot of work to make one, but it was just an idea.
