I prefer paperbacks but I buy my course books as e-books because I’m lazy. I don’t hate my job but I cannot wait to quit in a few weeks. I miss my little sister. I kinda want to move. I miss my cat. Being alone is fun until you start feeling the loneliness. I became vegetarian to impress a friend. It’s been seven years. The first time I got scared of aging I was five years old. I have a license but no car. I am the way I am because of my parents and also the horrors. English is easier to feel in than my own language. I’ve been feeling the same guilt since I was a child.

When I was a wee preteen reading the hunger games for the first time I was so surprised seeing president snow in the movies. In my head I had, for some reason, pictured snow as a middle aged black man. I’ve been trying to figure out why and I think I just read the word “president” and the only president I had any perception of was Barack Obama.
