so i went to a concert yesterday wearing the Marko jacket (which is so very close to bein officially done btw 👀) but the problem was that without Marko's crazy hair the jacket looks kinda off- not quite balanced, I guess. Or at least not on a guy like me whose hair is pretty standard looking- dark n short. So to remedy that i put on a red bandanna as a headband...which means basically my fit last night was “Edgar Frog and his new vampire hunting trophy”

Lot of small posts tonight, sorry,
Give me what you think on Marcia and Paul, personality, analysis, headcanon etc. they’re in future fics of mine and I don’t have a set vision for either of them. Marcia is easier as she shows up slightly more/says more, while Paul is a bit of a bitter mystery.
#Marcia gives me adhd vibes but in that way where it’s the 60s n she’s a woman so they just call her scatterbrained#she’s sort of split between being jealous of the attention Cherry gets but also feeling horrible because she knows it’s not good attention#she tried to dye her hair red w/ koolaid as a kid n it did not work at all b/c her hair’s way too dark#she’s used to being underestimated n she tries not to let that frustrate her but it does of course it does#she was chubby as a kid n lost it as she got older. but she still feels insecure abt it#she’s popular but in a way where she feels like she’s a side character almost#she felt more connected in her tiny moment with two-bit than she has in years#but she isn’t sure if she’s brave enough to do anything about that#she’s a hopeless romantic but pretends not to be- she wants /so badly/ to be practical#so. what is the best bill and ted movie in your opinion? 🤨
Well, the first one is classic, and it's pretty much a perfect movie imo.
Meanwhile, the highs of the second one are real high, from the setting to the characters- evil robot Bill and Ted? Death?? Excellent choices, man, excellent characters. The second one loses points though for Station. I do not like Station. Horrifying. Absolutely heinous character design. The creators have said they sorta lost the plot in the final third of Bogus Journey, and I think it shows- but the first two thirds were still righteous. Gotta reiterate how excellent an addition Death was, man- my buddies and I went as Bill, Ted, and Death to the renaissance fair, and it was a total trip!
Then the third one in 2020 was pretty good, especially for a sequel made 30 years later. I don't love it as much as the previous two, but l think that's more because I love the late 80s-early 90s vibe than because the quality was any worse. It definitely got the spirit of the first two tho, and the heart was there- alls I'm missin is Bill's crop top smh
Anyway, I love all three a lot. They're such genuinely sweet movies, with a lotta fun and a lotta heart. You can really feel the friendships of the creators and the actors through the screen, which makes them feel so much more real and genuine than a lotta films in Hollywood these days, even with the totally nonsensical premises. It's a sorta comedy that's so whimsical and heartfelt that it's always a blast to watch :))
