10k affirmation challenge
I will be doing the 10k affirmation in one day I will be affirm using a video/video2 to count for me
I need to permashift before the summer yaknow.

inspo: @krystella-shifts @theeglamourbae or Imma just make an affirmation tape with the parrot app hear myself affirm 3 affs in so and so seconds and count how many hours it takes to listen to it till i heared it 10k times.

I Got in the void state (I think heh..)
I did the wim hof pink breath method after I finished I did counted until 100 saying I am in the void each 10 times and then I used my 5 senses to visualise my dr room. I can't explain this how it felt but I just know it was the void fuck why didn't i affirm there I feel at peace i didnt do shit there

Is it just me, or I'm so in love with my s/o? Every new DR i script, he's always my only s/o. I rejected some people from my cr because i cannot comprehend the thought of being with anyone but him? I genuinely feel sick to my stomach at the slightest thoughts of being with anyone else besides him. Even when i first saw him, when i didn't really believe in shifting. I still viewed him as a real person, not just an anime character. Sure, he is majestically appealing, but it's not only that that lures me in about him. I also like his character, his voice, his intelligence, and the way that he is confident about himself. That especially. Yes, confident, not arrogant. Because he sure has every right, i mean... He made me believe in shifting. If it wasn't for him, I'd probably continue to live a miserable life. Find a boring job or whatnot. I am so happy i never gave up. He is the sole reason I'm perma-shifting. What is a reality without his being? He's like the air i need. Like my only purpose for living. It's not in that way, you know. I never really thought about anyone like this before. When i see his picture, i always turn away because i blush and start smiling like an idiot... i genuinely my face goes red and. Like, i can't be the only one. And, i don't know why, but he reminds me of the moon and apples. I like to go outside and look at the moon. I have a feeling that he is also looking at the moon... i know it's not only me, right?

I Did this method and it worked again I fell asleep the soft feeling of bliss I got felt like heaven I am trying it again this afternoon I Do not wanna go to school tommorow I woken up 14 minutes in the meditation and went back to sleep

I did a 20 minute meditation and woke up because I had felt uncomfy my hand was hurting so I restarted the meditation ( I got 7 minutes in I think) the BOOM I was tryna image things to stay awake but the picture was felt so real I daydream all the time but this image felt like I had that thing like I was there Whatever I imagined FELT REAL that the second time this happened to me. How i did it Step 1- 20 minute meditation Step 2- Woke up and went back to meditation Step 3- Focus on the random colours behind my eyes Step 4- Start my scene Question!
How do I use sats for the void state yknow how do I get through sats I saw @kamiiik0 success story on going to the void through sats but imma need more detail.
How do I respawn through it please I need help. This also helped

Respawning!!
I AM SOOO SURE IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TONIGHT ARGHHH I feel so much more connected to my dr tonight! I won't let myself drift to sleep I WILL NOT ALLOW IT I WILL NOT LET FEAR STRIKE ME AND SAY NVM I WILL NOT WAKE UP THE NEXT DAY AND SAY I WILL TRY AGAIN LATER.
Question? Rate my method (1-10)
So I decided that I will respawn tonight I mixed all the methods that made me mini-shift. Step 1 - practice imaginating myself in this bed writing from 1 to 100 after each number I write an affirmation. (Raven method) The twist is that I feel the pillow on myself more and more each affs than the board my hands the marker etc. Step 2 - Basically saying anything my subconsous mind would be doing for me. (I am sitting on my bed writing on my board, i can feel my pillow blah blah blah) You know ur subconsous mind is the one affirming the fact that ur feeling ur bed right now or that you can see everything u created. (Please tell me u see the vision or am i just dumb) Step 3 - Let go. (Completely forgetting about this world and me just focusing on the imagination so much to the point that it became my current reality) Note: Just copy and paste this Chat-GPT to make that make sense to you. I am bad at explaining. Starting by counting to 100 while affirming for the void and sats in between 1. I entered sats 2. I am in sats 3. I am already in sats till 10 i switch to the void affirmations 10. I entered the void 11. I am in the void 12. I am already in the void blah blah blah Back and fourth each (+10 time) when i get to a hundred thats when I start affirming the whole bed thing what I feel and see. Hope yall see da vision.. 🌌 Void State + SATS (State Akin to Sleep) Method – Re-Explained
Step 1: Enter the Practice (Visualization + Affirming)
Start by imagining yourself lying in bed—visualize it as vividly as possible.
While you're doing this, begin counting from 1 to 100.

“I can feel the pillow under my head.”
“I can see my board in my hand.”
These are NOT forced affirmations—you're basically noticing and confirming what’s happening in the scene. You’re letting the subconscious play along and stabilize the experience.
🧠 This works because your subconscious is what makes your dreams feel real—it’s already affirming your physical senses in the waking world. Here, you’re flipping that: getting your subconscious to affirm your imagined senses.
Step 3: Letting Go – Shift into It
This is where you stop trying.
Let go of the outside world completely.
Become so focused on the imagined scene (the bed, the sensations, what you’re seeing/doing) that it becomes your current reality.
You’re no longer just visualizing—you’re living it mentally.
💡 Think of it like being in a dream you know you’re creating—but you choose to stay in it so long that it becomes real in your awareness.
Summary of the Flow:
Count to 100 with alternating SATS/Void affirmations.
Focus on sensations as if they're real (pillow, board, marker, bed).
State what your subconscious would say if this scene were real.
Let go—get so absorbed that the imagined world is your world.
This method blends the Raven method, Void affirmations, and SATS with a sensory/emotional twist that helps you embody the imagined scene fully.
