⊹ ࣪ ˖ 🌸 SHIFTING/LOA TERMS FOR NEWBIES TO KNOW : shifting for dummies 101
❀ . . . Hello guys! First “informative” post here on this blog! This is nothing to grand but this is like an easy explanation of everything in the shifting circle! This is specifically made for newbie shifters who just started their shifting/manifestation journey or people who coming back to it after a long break! Also this is my specific view on these terms so I suggest going out to research if you are genuinely new here and don’t just use this post— also if there ever happens to be errors in the explainations LET ME KNOW! So I can quickly edit it or make a way better post in the future 🪽 (*cough some grammar mistake incoming 🫣)
Reality shifting ✩ the act of becoming aware of / moving your awareness to different realities. It’s something that we all natural do because we shift every second (A popular concept like this is something is Buddhism called “Annica” which means that all living things..Hell even creation itself is not set in stone and is always changing). With the concept of the mutliverse or just overall limitless possibilities when it comes to shifting, you can shift to any reality because any type of reality can exist. You can shift to where you are some millionaire’s partner or a isekai protagonist from a “fictional” media in this
Law of assumption ✩ a term coined by the famous Neville Goddard who was a very popular and successful mystic, writer, teacher, and philosopher. The law of assumption to put it in simple terms is the law that what ever you assume to be as fact and persist in will in fact be true and real in this reality…heck the moment you decide it to be true it will become the truth!
a perfect quote to describe it is this “Change your conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world in which you live…”
3d / outer world ✩ the physical reality that we interact with right now. The stuff that you see, taste, feel, smell, and hear.
4d / inner man ✩ the inner world of man— you can say the person’s imagination, thoughts, feelings, subconscious, and many stuff relating to it! It’s the mental and non physical realm/state/reality To describe the relationship with the 4d and 3D reality we will use the famous man and the mirror example. Now if you are a newbie you may assume that the mirror is 4d and the 3D is the man but it’s actually the opposite, the 4d is the man while 3D is the mirror. The 3D is a mirror of the 4d and your overall current perception of reality. when the man doesn’t like the way he looks, he’ll be a fool to try change the mirror when he should be changing himself.
Imagination ✩ the imagination and the 4d are basically two sides of the same coin. They are basically in a way the same thing with a tad bit of different perspectives. To put it simple, the imagination is the real reality— consciousness, awareness, the 4d and even the 3D, the fictional stuff that we always think when we are kids to the reality that we are living in now. Imagination is basically the real reality
Conciousness ✩ the foundation of reality! The thing (+ awareness and the 4d/subconscious ) that is the reason why we can shift in the first place. A limitless force that exists in all things and one of the basis of awareness. I highly suggest seeing this video and @omniverseexplorer to really understand as they got amazing information
Awareness ✩ awareness is something very complex in the shifting community. It’s not just the state of being aware and perception but one of the main foundations of reality. It’s the thing that allows us to observe and perceive reality! When we say that we are awareness in this community, we mean that we are the observers of not only this reality but all realities! It’s not just our personal conciousness and personality but a formless and detached being that’s just experiencing creation and nothingness at the same time.
Permashifting ✩ Where you shift to you desired reality for long period of time or permently staying there with the option of coming back.
Respawning ✩ Respawning is very similar to permashifting but there is a twist! Though yes you are leaving this reality with no intentions of coming back… the thing is you can’t come back to this specific reality. While permashifting is leaving for long periods of time or permanently with the option of coming back, respawning is when you are cutting ALL ties with this reality meaning that what you are doing is genuinely permanent. The closest thing you can do to shifting back here is going back to an alternate reality! This is why I will advise people to do this when you are 16+ and 100% sure what you are getting into because the moment you successfully respawn, that’s it!
- deathless : respawning is usually tied to stuff like death and forced reincarnation (hell people sometimes refer respawning as forced reincarnation) which is why it’s very controversial in the shifting and manifestation communities. Though as I respawner myself, especially deathless respawner I want to say that respawning doesn’t always mean that you die (+ death is very subjective when in comes to stuff like spirituality, consciousness, and quantum physics)! Deathless respawning to put it simple is basically you respawning with no intention and desire of the void vessel that you leave behind to die! Many deathless respawners use clones ( i will go into that later) to take their places and continue their lives here while they are in home realities
- sca : sca or sudden cardiac arrest is something that a lot of death induced respawners use if they don’t want their void vessel to continue on. I want to say that this is NOT 100% suicide and suicide is heavily discouraged in the respawning community! Sca/death respawners after successfully shifting intend for their bodies to die AFTER they are safe and grounded in their drs.
DR / desired reality ✩ your desired reality is quite literally the reality you desire to experience and become aware of. This can be any reality like you being rich to you being in some anime like one piece!
CR / current reality ✩ the reality that you are currently in and experiencing (basically like this reality that we are all in now)
WR / waiting room ✩ a waiting room is specific reality where you can just relax in and don’t have to worry about. It can be anything like a cozy cabin in a magical forest or space ship floating in the outer space. Usually people shift here if they can’t decide which dr they want to focus on or a place where they can just detach and not worry about anything! (This is also a great place to respawn/permashift to)
Home reality ✩ the reality that you like to consider your “original” reality , your home! This can be any reality, including this one that we are in. A lot of permashifters and respawners like to use this term to refer to the place they’re permashifting/respawning to.
Void reality ✩ this is a term respawners mainly use to talk about the current reality they desire to get out of. The reason why they call it that is because this reality is you can say “dead to them”, it’s meaningless after they respawn!
Void vessel ✩ similar to void reality, void vessel is another respawning term that basically mean the version of you that you are leaving behind and is meaningless to you.
Subliminals ✩ Very special audios with affirmations where the conscious and aware mind cannot pick up and interfere with that goes straight to your subconscious mind! The subconscious is not logical as the conscious mind and anything you tell it, it manifests to reality. If you use a subliminal to improve your intelligence and grades, your subconscious then programs you and reality to fit those affirmations in the subliminal. It’s a very useful tool in the terms of manifestation and shifting
Channeling ✩ the process of receiving and sending messages or information from/to non-physical entities, such as spirits, universal forces, guides, higher-dimensional beings or/and people from your drs(their higher selves). (This goes hand in hand into divination)
Scripting ✩ it’s in the name, you write and describe what’s your desired reality and overall which specific reality you want to shift to. NO as you script, you are NOT creating a new reality (you are not the special god of your desired reality unless you script it and even if so, that reality/concept always existed before you even became aware of it). Scripting is like putting a detailed description on your “quantum gps” that will help you know where you want to shift to. Scripting can be complex and different for everyone! It can be digital, traditional on paper, a simple Pinterest board, or a Shakespeare like novel.
Void state / pure consciousness ✩ your purest state of form! It’s where you are just awareness and not attached to any reality and the 3D in general. Since you are fully in the 4d in this state, manifestation is insanely instant and I mean INSTANT! Which is why an insane majority of the shifting and manifestation community focuses on it a lot because once you enter this state, your manifestations/your shift you dr is guaranteed! Don’t overhype too much, it’s just another state of conciousness that everyone entered at some point (just not aware or knew what it was)
Self concept ✩ it’s in the name : it’s how you view yourself and the world around you. It’s you current mindset and main state of mind. Even though you can have poor self concept and still shift/manifest, it’s really great to work on it because you can say it’s a main basis on your 4d reality ( 4d = 3D reality )
lucid dreaming ✩ when you are aware that you are dreaming! This usually happens during your REM ( rapid eye movement) time when you are asleep where you brain is the most active.
Affirming ✩ the act of stating a fact / confirming it’s true.
Persisting ✩ the act of consistently maintaining a belief/affirming to the current/desired story, even in the face of challenges or doubt
SATS (state-akin-to-sleep) ✩ term coined by Neville Goddard— is a very effective technique for manifestation and shifting. It’s basically the transition period from being awake to being asleep (a lot refer to this as hypnagogia which is the state between awareness and sleep, often described to have dream-like experiences or hallucinations)! It’s great a method became many describe as the moment you fall asleep and wake up perfect to decode your subconscious mind. Now how do you use this state? Well, you basically fall asleep imagining and/or affirming a scene/affirmation which implies that your desire has been fulfilled.
s/o / sp ✩ abbreviation for significant other/person — basically your partner
Safe word ✩ a word/phrase that you say or an action that you do that shifts you back mainly to your current reality (or any reality that you intend to shift to)
Method ✩ a specify way you shift/manifest. There are two categories in the shifting community to which are awake methods and asleep methods. Awake methods are methods you do awake and without the need to fall asleep and asleep methods are ones that involve you use sleeping(+ intention) you don’t need methods to shift, they are just tools to help
CC / yume (yumeship) ✩
cc = comfort character
yumejoshi/yumeship = people, particularly fems who ship themselves with “fictional characters” of this reality
Brain waves ✩The rhythmic patterns of electrical activity generated by the brain and also states of the brains/consciousness. The main ones are beta = wide awake, alpha = very relaxed(the subconscious becomes open to suggestions), theta = half aware / half asleep (the subconscious is very open to suggestions), delta = unconsciousness/subconscious
Subconscious ✩ The part of the mind where we are not aware of but controls 95% of not only the mind and body but our perceptions of reality. The subconscious controls a lot of stuff like emotions, habits, dreaming, bodily habits like breathing, the 4d reality, and much more
Manifesting ✩ the act of deciding a desired thing or outcome by focusing thoughts, beliefs, affirmations, or simply knowing that you already have it by deciding it in the 4d
Face claim ✩ a specific look, especially of the face that you want to look like in your desired reality. A face claim can be anything, it’s just overall what you want to look like! Face claims can be from a drawing, vibes you want to give off, an edited version of you current reality’s face, or actual people’s faces.
Lifa app ✩ an app that many shifters use just for the shifting related activities. It doesn’t really exist (unles you manifest it into existence ) as it’s mainly for your drs. The possible is and functions of the lifa app can be endless! Its very personal, and all up to your own design
Clone ✩ this is tricky to explain, especially in a non-dehumanizing way as your clone is still you in a way. I would say that it’s like the remaining conciousness that’s left behind as you normally shift/permashift/respawn to your desired reality. As you shift, your cr body won’t just lay there unconscious (unless you intend it too) and this apply to ever other reality. Your drselves, or any version of you is not just unconscious waiting for you to shift there (unless you script it), they are continuing to live their lives just like the version that you are leaving behind will do. No it’s not some copy of you or any entity, it’s literally you in just the same way that all your drselves living their lives are you, you are just not aware of them. To put it simple, it’s just you (that’s “left behind”) living your life as you/your awareness isn’t aware of them and in another reality
Time difference ✩ the comparison between the time that you spend in your dr compared to the time that passed in your current reality.
Reincarnation ✩ a term mainly originated from Hinduism and Buddhism! It’s the belief/concept of the overall cycle of death and rebirth! After death, the person’s soul/consciousness/essence will be reborn into a new lifetime and form. I’ve seen a lot of respawners (especially sca respawners) use this term when it comes to shifting and starting afresh in their drs.
astral projection ✩ a phenomenon where the person’s conciousness/soul separates from the physical body without the need of dying and travels around without it, specifically to the astral plane. It’s in a lot of esoteric and spiritual beliefs and I highly suggest you research it from experienced people before you start doing it yourself.
irl magical girls/heroes ✩ (y’all don’t know how much I have to go into depth with this so I don’t fuck up the genuine meaning- any irl magical heroes that see this and think it’s a bit inaccurate, again please tell me 😭🙏🏻) Now I won’t say this is really 100% in the shifting community but as I go into into the whole rabbit hole of magical heroes (mainly on tumblr), I’ve noticed how a lot of the them use manifestation and chaos magic!
We all know magical girls! Well imagine them in real life! Using the power that we all have from birth to become magical heroes to protect others. They mainly use astral projection, reality shifting, manifestation, and witchcraft like chaos magic to due their duties! Here is great post explaining it all! (+ another one)
pick a card / tarot ✩ a card system (doesn’t always have to be cards but mainly used by cards) as a tool for divination to figure out and get revelations about the persons subconscious and spiritual experience (+ overall daily lives)
Sigils ✩a inscribed or painted symbol considered/intended to have magical power for a specific thing/concept
Quantum jumping ✩ basically the more scientific form of reality shifting “an abrupt transition of a quantum system from one energy state to another”
Shifter ✩ someone who practices reality shifting and the overall practices of changing their reality (me PERSONALLY like to use shifter as an umbrella term of someone who knows and experience the power of shaping their reality )

"persist, persist, persist" but... how?
What is persisting? Once you identify what exactly you want and assume you have it, all you have to do is persist till you see it in the 3d. But how exactly do you do that? what is it in the first place? Persisting is essentially just staying in the state of knowing you have your desires already. By avoiding intrusive thoughts and detaching, one can get their desires like *that*
Lets say i want to manifest being void state (or pure consciousness) master in order to enter the state effortlessly. What do I do?
First, I assume i am void state master
" I am void state master" "I literally entered the void last night" "I induced pure consciousness yesterday" "I am so good at this! this is my reality!"
Now that I already assume this, I dont have to do anything other that persist. But alas! the next day i wake up and realise I havent induced pure consciousness. I begin to doubt my assumption. So i say
"Omg i cant enter this void!" "manifestation just isn't for me!" "omg I suck" ... and wallow in self pity.
But then I remember. I am actually Void state master already. I keep flip-flopping and not trusting my assumptions. So to refute this I say
"What am I even talking about. I enter the void so effortlessly!" "This is my reality." "I was put into this world to enjoy living and not to suffer" "I can do whatever i assume I can"
In this way, whenever doubts arise, I persist.
Dolly tips Trust me when I say all you have to do is persist. Think of this. Imagine someone tells you "hey, I love your green hair". would you say "umm i'm actually brunette, but now that you said that, I guess I had green hair all along" or would you say "girl are you blind? I literally have brown hair."?
Thats the confidence you need to have in your assumption. Your brain might sometimes act like an annoying little brat, but you know the truth.

I ACC THINK I ALMOST SHIFTED TWO NIGHTS AGO. I WAS GOING TO BED I HADNT EVEN BEEN AFFIRMING OR ANYTHING I WASNT EVEN TRYING TO SHIFT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT I LITERALLY JUST WENT TO BED AFTER THINKING "i want to shift tonight" LITERALLY ONCE NOT EVEN RIGHT BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP AND OMFG I WAS FALLING ASLEEP AND I FELT ARMS AROUND MY WAIST. IT WASNT LIKE A PHANTOM FEELING KINDA LIKE YOU SOMETIMES FEEL LIKE THERES A BUG ON YOUR LEG BUT ITS JUST YOUR LEG HAIR MOVING AROUND IT WASNT THAT. I COULD DISTINCTLY FEEL THE WEIGHT OF THE ARM ON MY WAIST, AND I COULD VERY CLEARLY MAKE OUT THE FEELING OF THE FULL HAND STROKING MY BACK. IT WAS ACTUALLY CRAZY. I DIDNT REALLY THINK TO AFFIRM (mostly i was super out of it bcs ive been taking allergy meds due to my severe pollen allergy and this medication makes me super loopy and drowsy) BUT LIKE THIS WAS REAL. I COULD TELL IT WAS REAL. HOLY FUCK IM STILL EXCITED AF. IM GOING TO MY DR. This is the only method you need to induce pure consciousness/ tap into the “I AM”/ tap into the void:
relax, deep breathing
affirm “I AM”
relax some more
detach, get lost in the darkness of your closed eyes
you’re done, you’ve shifted
there are no if ands or buts, there’s no “i was so close”, “it just doesn’t work for me”. this method cannot fail, there is no such thing, at all, it’s you who focuses too much on the symptoms, it’s you gets upset when “nothing happens” before rolling over to go to sleep just to endure another day in your shitty reality. it’s you who fails to see your own potential and it’s only you who can change that
this is the basic method that works for anyone with a conscious and subconscious mind,
it’s not anyone’s fault that you’ve decided to overcomplicate it
that’s the basic fucking template you don’t need shit but yourself
stop with the neediness it’s getting kinda pathetic
You dont need to follow some stupid 10k affirmation challenge
You don’t need to follow any challenges lasting weeks
You don’t need subliminals or waves or a guided meditation
You don’t need to ask bloggers the same shit and vent about how you “just can’t do it”
You don’t need to lucid dream
You don’t need any of this
again the basic template is only difficult to you because of the over-complication of it all
Let me give you an example: Imagine you’re a baker and there’s this iconic legendary baker who has this incredible, world famous cake, they give the world a recipe to it and it’s quite simple. how can such a simple recipe impress the taste buds of so many? it doesn’t matter about the how or why, it just does. But so many bakers around the world, including you, are scared of not impressing their customers so they add all this other shit to the recipe that was perfectly fine. And it just makes everything so complicated, all because they don’t trust that the original recipe will be able to impress and satisfy their customers.
That basic recipe is the “method” that Neville gave to us, he didn’t have tumblr, he didn’t have youtube to binge fucking yoga nidra meditation videos. He didn’t have a phone to inhale subliminal after subliminal like it’s a full time job. He didn’t have bloggers shoving 10k challenges down his throat, and guess what, he was just fine! Stop overcomplicating the recipe, all you need is the mind. You don’t need a fucking routine, all you need is you
But I know there are some people who will look at this, scroll past and still scan their feed, scrambling for an “instant method” like some junky. And to that i say, go ahead, waste your days overcomplicating the act of shifting consciousness, waste your days overconsuming, doomscrolling, complaining. The law and the art of shifting was always real and will continue to be real while you sit there with absolutely nothing, so go ahead. Rack your brain to the point of a headache, to the point of insanity trying to understand what’s right infront of you, you’re only doing yourself harm.

Yes, this is a new account, I just made this. I don't care if people question the authenticity of my post, my experience as a shifter, or whatever I'm about to say.
I don't know how to use Tumblr, nor do I know how to make my post reach people who need it, nor would I be a narcissist and say "you're lucky if you found my post!" I don't mind if this reaches an audience or not, I'm glad to get everything off my chest.
Yes. I've shifted.
I have shifted realities, more times than I can count on my fingers, and that is for a very specific reason, which I'll explain later.
I'm writing this because I'm about to permashift, and no, I won't hear out any antishifters or people who don't like permashifting in general, I don't care about your opinion so don't waste my time.
Before I start, I'd like to say one thing:
I was irrational minded, I lacked belief in myself and shifting. Shifting often times felt like a chore more than a fun activity, and i have to admit, it became an unhealthy habit.
So? Why did I mention this?
Because I had been lurking around shifting communities and I realised everyone feels like this, a very (mentally) painful feeling where the lack of shifts starts acting as your biggest enemy, and the phrase:
"Shifting needs practice!"
Sounds like poison when it comes from an experienced shifter.
Though, is the phrase actually true?
No, not at all.
Shifting does not need practice!!
Here's why:
(BTW, I will explain my "method", no matter if I have time or not. Also, I don't call this reality "Current Reality", instead I call it Void reality, so don't get confused.)
The "practice" you're doing is only affecting your void reality (taking time out of your day, making you constantly think you're in your learning phase, so it doesn't exactly lead to your desired reality, does it?)
Of course, if you view it as a skill, it will in some way act like that, it'll become a skill for you, and you can never succeed on your first, second, third, hundredth try, because in your brain you have registered the fact that shifting is this grand, universal task, and that it is very difficult (because its common sense that you practice difficult things to get good at them)
Practice is a very humane and earthly act, if people have succeeded doing just practice, then good for then, they're right in their own way, but it didn't work for me, and in my opinion it's the worst way to view shifting, and often times it is demotivating, and you'll mess up you're entire journey.
Shifting is not a skill, shifting is a universal law.
I'll become more clear as I explain my journey:
My journey:
I found shifting from a random YouTube video 3 years ago. I might have only said cool and moved along.
A year later something traumatic happened in my life, which shook me so badly I needed an escape.
First of all, I chose astral projecting, but I realised I was too much of a coward to do so.
Then I came towards shifting, first DR was very typical, it was Hogwarts.
Having no knowledge whatsoever in the topics of spirituality, meditation, I went straight to methods, because they were like guides for me, I was very inexperienced, of course, and looked at other people and what they were doing for guidance.
Alice in wonderland method didn't do much, raven method was too uncomfortable (side note, all this raven method does is make you too focused on your void reality, cmon, in your DR are you laying down like a starfish?) And I was having terrible trouble with my intrusive thoughts (which made the floor disappear from under my feet, made the stairs for the stairs method too short to climb or straight up made them dissappear as well)
I didn't have any luck that year, no mini shifts, no lucid dreams, or sleep paralysis. And my DRs never remained constant. They always changed on a daily basis.
I was big on methods, I couldn't realize they never worked for me.
Although, this year of failure led me to finally figure out where I belonged.
A DR made out of scratch, which I spend much effort in putting the pieces of it together.
The DR, which was called "Home reality" really made me feel settled in my journey.
LOA, and the consciousness theory were the leading factors which made me shift.
And don't worry, it isn't what you're tired of being told, I didn't just apply any orthodox definition of LOA and succeeded.
Background to my first shift:
It was a particularly stressful day, I really missed my home.
I was studying at my college (I still am, but...) and I was dreading giving a chemistry test, I did not prepare. In my mind, one thing was constantly looping in my head.
The scenario of the chemistry teacher coming in, and taking the test, and the next day I get it handed back with a big fat zero.
But then I stopped and wondered, having already known about the consciousness theory, so according to it:
"I am constantly letting this thought run in my mind, and constantly letting this reality dictate what happens next."
Basically, I realized what was about to happen next was indirectly in my control, but with my line of thinking, I was letting this reality control it directly.
I stopped, like actually stopped thinking.
And with a blank mind I thought.
"I won't have to take any test today."
And went around telling my classmates this with a confident tone.
The teacher came in, said we'll instead do some practicals in lab.
So the test got cancelled.
Going home, I got excited, i felt powerful.
I decided to apply this to shifting.
Before shifting, I took a nap during the day, (if you're tired your body insists on sleeping, so your mind will get hazy and you will start acting lazy towards your goal)
And after living how I normally would, before bedtime, I listened to some songs, and look at a Pinterest board which reminded me of my home reality.
My method and what happened next:
First phase of shifting:
When I laid down on the bed to start shifting, I first got comfy (for me, if I feel sleepy for some reason, I laid on my back, I can't fall asleep in that position, but if I think ill stay awake until I reach a "detached state" then I sleep on my side, it's comfortable)
I obviously wasn't checking the time, but I spent about 10 minutes getting relaxed, all I do to relax is:
a) look at the blackness (closed eyes, looks like starry skies) and try to believe I'm looking at the milky way.
b) think about my home reality, just faces of my loved ones, and nostalgia inducing images.
c) Affirm, but don't focus entirely on affirming, usually in the back of my mind I'm repeating "I have shifted to my home reality" "I have shifted my senses to my home reality" "I have stopped sensing the void reality" "I am smelling, tasting, feeling, hearing and seeing my home reality" no other fancy affirmations required. (Now that I think about it, you need to affirm NOW because this method has two phases, one where you are shifting, and one where you have shifted, and you are in the 3D, where you are occupying your DR self, their thoughts, and memories, and popular method usually only have one phase, either you are shifting, or have shifted. So my point is if you affirm later and you'll be affirming when you're supposed to be in your DR, and obviously, your DR self won't be spouting out affirmations about shifting to a random reality for no reason.)
During this time, you'll feel tingly all over. It's a good sign.
And you'll feel a certain detachment, like you aren't exactly here, you have no idea what position you're lying in, and where your feet are. (Please, for the love of God do not start counting your feet or get freaked out that you can't feel your leg, you'll come back to the void reality.)
So you can start the next phase.
Middle phase (optional):
To prepare for the next and last phase, you can do this to get ready, or don't (First read the third phase)
This is all about connection to your DR.
Think about memories from your DR, focus on the faces of your loved ones, the way you act, talk, your mannerisms in your DR, or you can simply say affirmations like these one:
My name is ___.
I work as a ___.
My age is ___.
Don't try to imagine vividly or anything, lightly touch upon the basic details of your DR, the construction and foundation of any reality and the person, who has existed there for their entire life.
(That's you!)
Phase three:
Take a sudden, abrupt stop from your stream of thoughts. (Yes intrusive thoughts will still pop up but don't give any importance to them) when you're in a blank state of mind, not longer than 30 seconds, you need to build up to the last step of your shifting method, and journey.
a) start imagining hearing the voices of your loved ones or just any voice, calling your DR name, your nicknames, with different tones. (For example, i heard my name in an angry tone from my father when he was scolding me, I heard my name followed by a laughter when my S/O teased me.)
OK, for me, I started feeling intense, groundshaking symptoms at this moment. Sudden flashing of lights, extreme feeling of floating, and ofcourse, feeling tingliness so much that it felt like pins and needle on my entire body. (I did ignore the symptoms)
b) plan the rest of your day in your DR, which you will be spending.
AGAIN, PLEASE DON'T SAY IT LIKE THIS.
❌️When I reach my DR ❌️ I will have to go to that eye specialist for that appointment.
Instead: (and the more you personalize it, the better)
Ughhh, I have to go to that appointment- this day will suck.
(Don't mind my example, that was the only thing I could think of at the moment)
c) in this reality, you are constantly thinking of something, your thoughts are definitely what constructs this reality, and your current thoughts are affecting your subconscious. (By this point, your subconscious is grounded in your DR, so don't worry about that bastard.)
Now, you're going to start thinking, thoughts which are going on in your DR self's mind, start with one sentence, with which you'll be able to start consciously thinking like your DR self.
And think in the style, tone, and mood of your DR self, and keep the thoughts strictly related to your DR.
Thats it, but what happens afterwards? And what happened to me?
So for me, I started feeling weird while I was thinking.
And I remember I thought this:
"Ugh, I don't want eggs for breakfast."
(I'm not saying this is the key to shifting, at this point, I had covered various topics, including, weather, my upcoming work assignment, and praised my S/O for a good 5 minutes.)
And I started panting, like suddenly I was trying to catch my breath, the room felt bright, so I opened my eyes, and well, I was in my home reality :)
I was delirious for a few second, my S/O was looking at me worriedly, but surprisingly, it didn't even take me a minute to adjust, it felt all so natural and I wasn't scared.
I didn't even feel emotional, at all, and didn't hug my S/O with tears in my eyes, I straight up asked to be served breakfast, incase anyone was wondering.
So that's it.
Although i have much to say, I'm tired of writing, but I'm more than willing to answer each and every one of your questions, although I only have 7 hours left till I permashift, I'll remain mostly active till then.

why am i so pretty, like jaw-dropping pretty? I can’t enter a room without being starred at in awe. I can’t walk the street without people telling me how gorgeous I am, honestly it’s just become normal to me. I melt hearts with just a stare, I make minds go blank with just a second of eye contact and the tiniest touch.
I have been blessed with the most beautiful face in existence. Although some bitches try, there is no angle of me that could ever make me look bad, i always get comments on how insane that is.

Girls use me as a template, they use me as the standard pretty girl. They try and emulate my style and how I walk, but they could never look like me and that’s what drives them crazy.
Men (and women) do insane things to get my attention, how many times has “have my babies” been screamed in my direction, i stopped counting a while ago. My pretty privilege is through the roof, guys have bought me things from jewellery to bags to cars just for an ounce of my attention. Billionaire heirs have asked for my hand in marriage more times that i can count.
Other girls look at me and wonder how it’s fair for a girl to look this good. Eventhough people go crazy of me, i’m so protected to the point where nothing bad can happen to me. The jealousy and obsession never get to a point where they can hurt me.
People don’t believe i’m real when seeing how gorgeous i am, every photo of me is a masterpiece and im literally everyone’s dream girl.
i’m vs angel pretty, the type that people are addicted to, the innocent yet so, so sexy look. I have the type of face people go to war for.
Even though i’m so talented in other areas, my beauty is a main thing im known for, no wonder im a model

How I Shift On Command + How You Can Too
I don’t plan on posting anything other than this or starting a blog, so I don’t need anyone to “believe” in me. The only person you should trust is yourself—trust yourself to resonate positively with what you see online and click away if it doesn’t serve you. This is here for you to take from if it resonates. I literally only made this blog to post this here. My hope is that it reaches at least one person who can take something from this and apply it to their shifting journey. If not, and this post ends up here untouched, I’m just glad to finally get everything down in words and off my chest. 
Jumping straight to the answer because I’m not going to make anyone sit through a long post for it. The rest, the "advice," is here if you want to read it.
The "method"
I figured out what works specifically for me as an individual instead of following everyone else’s journey. Everyone has their “thing” that makes shifting click, a sweet spot that makes reality shifting possible. For me, it’s a combination of the law of assumption and inducing an altered state of consciousness.
During the day, I spend time affirming—or sometimes just reminding myself or keeping a little note nearby—things like:
I can shift.
I know how to shift.
I could shift tonight.
Shifting is accessible to me.
At night, I watch videos, look at Pinterest boards, or listen to music that reminds me of my DR. This ingrains where I’m going in my brain. Sometimes I do this for fun, and other times I skip it entirely.
When I lay down, I always lie on my back and stay somewhat still because I like the feeling of my body going numb. This isn’t necessary to shift, but I enjoy it—it lets me feel the symptoms of hypnagogia (that in-between state of wakefulness and sleep).
To meditate quickly, I count from 1 to 100 with a few affirmations in between to remind myself of what I’m doing. I do this until my body goes numb, and I start messing up the counting. Usually, the mistakes or random, nonsensical thoughts are my signal to start shifting.
At this point, I begin affirming the things I affirmed during the day:
I could shift right now.
I have the ability to shift.
I have the power to shift at any moment.
While I do this, I focus on the feeling of being in my DR—not my surroundings, not my senses, just the internal feeling of being there.
This is where “brazen impudence” comes in. I hard-force myself to feel like I’m in my DR. It’s not about imagining my surroundings but purely about embodying the feeling of being there.
Hypnagogic imagery and sensations like floating often kick in at this point. These are symptoms of your body falling asleep so your awareness can take shape in that sweet spot for shifting.
I continue this, then stop and start counting from 1 to 100 again, with affirmations like:
I can shift.
I know how to shift.
I could shift right now.
Then I repeat the process: using brazen impudence to force myself to feel like I’m in my DR.
Eventually, I reach that threshold between sleep and wake—a liminal state of pure consciousness. Body asleep, mind awake, I call this the “rabbit hole” which is honstly just a deep state of hypnogogia. It’s a state where anything is possible: lucid dreaming, astral projection, slipping into the void, shifting—anything.
When I’m in this state, I use brazen impudence to force myself to feel like I'm shifting to my DR and don't take no for an answer (I tell myself I'm in Barbados and shut the door in my own face). This can involve affirmations or just talking myself through it, either way I wake myself up there. Occasionally, I simply relax, expect to wake up in my DR, fall asleep, and wake up shifted.
Does all that sound complicated? Let me simplify:
Lay down and get comfortable.
Count from 1 to 100 on a loop with affirmations in between until you mess up the counting, get sleepy, or have your mind wander. Like this:
Me: *counts from 1 - 100* Me: *says a few affirmations/askfirmations* Me: *counts from 1 - 100* Me: *says a few affirmations/askfirmations*
On a loop until...
Persist in the feel of being in your DR—not focusing on surroundings or senses, just the feeling. Feeling is the secret.
Alternate between steps 2 and 3 until you’re in that relaxed body asleep/mind awake state, OR just straight up hypnogogia tbh. (That is, if you don’t already shift lol)
From there, choose what feels right: shift from a lucid dream, affirm, slip into the void, or just feel yourself in your DR like I do, convince yourself that either you shifted and are there, or are shifting and will end up there.
One thing I’ll tell you now—regardless of your circumstances, how long you’ve been trying, how long it’ll take, who you are, etc—is that you already know how to shift. You, reading this right now. You know how to shift, and there’s nothing you did to learn it. There’s nothing you can do to unlearn it. It’s something that will stay with you until the end of time.
Why do you think people shift randomly without prior knowledge of shifting? Even people who don’t believe in it? It’s because everyone can shift. You can shift.
Right now, stop reading this post and say in your head or out loud, “I already know how to shift.” Or, if that doesn’t feel right, “I already have the ability to shift,” “No matter what, I have the power to shift,” or “My mind knows how to shift no matter what.”
Can you argue that? No, you can’t. And if your mind starts throwing out “buts,” go back and read that again.
Shifting isn’t difficult, and no one struggles to shift. I’m sure you’ve heard it before—that shifting is simple and happens in seconds—because it does. You don’t struggle with shifting. You can shift; everyone has the power to. What you “struggle” with, so to speak, is figuring out what works for you, what your brain likes, how it operates—because everyone is different.
What ended up working for me more than anything was figuring out how I operate and modifying shifting to fit me—not forcing myself to fit shifting.
Will my method work for everyone? I have no idea. Unless you assume it will work for you, this is what works for me. I’m me, and you’re you.
Before you say “Oh, but I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked so far” and expect me to sit here and ask you “but have you really tried everything? <3” , listen to me. 
I could shift perfectly well with my own personal method before I started shifting regularly. I knew it worked well for my brain, but the thing that “blocked” me (so to speak) were my assumptions. 
When you sit there and say “I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked” that’s your assumption about yourself. You believe that nothing works for you, that you don't know how to shift, that you’re this powerless, lost baby shifter who needs guidance. 
There’s nothing wrong with this, it’s not your fault, and theoretically you could shift even with your “blockages” (I really hate that term), as shifting waits for no one.
This is why so many people shift randomly and with poor assumptions without meaning to. But you clicked on this because you want to know how you can shift consistently + on every time, and this is the answer I’m giving you. 
You find out what works better for you, be it affirming, visualizing, scripting, shifting awake, shifting asleep, shifting with hypnagogia, shifting with hypnopompic, shifting through lucid dreams, shifting with brazen impudence, through SATs, robotic affirming, through letting go, through putting your DR on a pedestal, through listening to music, through law of assumption alone, and many more. 
If that sounds overwhelming, please note that all of these are the same vehicles that get you to your destination. Just in different shapes and colors. Like how some people drive a car, others drive a motorcycle, others walk, others swim. The movement forward is always the same. 
What you’re doing, no matter how you’re doing it or in whatever state of consciousness you’re doing it from, will always be:
Assume it's true, feel it, receive it. “Assume and persist,” “ground yourself in the assumption,” you’ve heard it all before. 
How to Find What Makes You Shift On Command
You could either test different techniques (affirmations, visualizations, scripting, lucid dreaming, etc.) and see what feels natural to you. 
You could (and I love this one because it’s a cheat code) Assume you already know what works, and let the law of assumption guide you. “Manifest it” so to speak. 
Pay attention to your life, because you already shift on command, you've been doing it your whole life, but I guarantee you haven't noticed it. Pay attention to you, like how easily you slip into hypnagogia, your dream recall, or how strong your intuition is, maybe you put too much emotion into a scenario you don’t want in your life and it inherently manifests, things like that. Pay attention to the thing that makes you go “huh, that was weird”
“But Clover, I tried everything you mentioned above and still haven’t found my method!” 
My darling. Listen up. Come closer—I’m about to let you in on a secret. The way you apply the law of assumption isn’t one-size-fits-all, because assumptions and beliefs are not linear. It's the same every time, yes, it's a law. But just like you, the way you can use it is unique to each person.
Let me tell you how easy it is so you don't think I'm over-complicating it
You could, for instance, believe you’ve got $1000 in your bank account right now and act like it, fully living in the end. Or you could believe you’re going to have $1000 in your account and act like it’s already on its way. Or maybe you believe something’s going to happen that’ll bring you that $1000.
The same applies to shifting. It’s been a game changer for me. I used to struggle so much with things like:
“You’re already in your DR, just act like it.”
“Ignore the 3D.”
“You’ve already shifted.”
Do those methods work? Absolutely, they work beautifully. But like I said, if it doesn’t feel good or true to you, don’t force it.
My dearest, darling reader. If the story you see in your 3D is that you can’t shift, can’t find what makes you shift, are you just going to sit there and accept it? What is more satisfying? Think with me here: accepting that you don’t know how to shift and cannot shift, or persisting that you do know how to shift? 
“Clover, but I’ve been trying for 4 years! I’ve tried everything and I still haven’t shifted”
So that's your story? Your story, your assumption is that you’ve been trying for 4 years and haven’t shifted? If you’ve resonated with the phrase above, that’s your story. And there’s nothing wrong with it, but! there will be no magic solution for shifting. Or a magic method. Or a person like me giving you advice, that can make you shift without you changing your assumptions first.
“But I don’t want to reprogram my mind! It doesn’t work for me. I don’t want to do robotic affirming 24/7, I want results now!” 
I know, right? It’s annoying having to do these 100-step methods, and drink charged water, and have to beg the universe for your desire, and loop affirmations in your mind that directly contradict what you’re experiencing in the 3D.
“Oh ignore the 3D, the 4D is your only real imagination!” they say, as you sit there, clutching your phone, rocking back and forth in bed, repeating affirmations you don’t resonate with while dreaming of being railed by your S/O.
Believe me, I've been there, wondering what the hell was wrong with me. I asked myself why couldn't these basic steps that worked for everyone else work for me. I blamed myself for not trying hard enough, for being lazy, for inconsistent. When all that time, the answer was me. I needed to manifest/shift in a way that felt good for me.
Just remember, the law of assumption isn't complicated, and the way you apply it is not one-size-fits-all. Reprogramming the mind through continuous repetition and affirmation works, and if that resonates with you or feels effective, you should absolutely go for it.
However, at its core, you don’t inherently need to reprogram your mind. It’s as simple as assuming your mind has already been reprogrammed and watching it unfold before your eyes. You do what feels right to you.
For example, if person A does better with visualization and listening to music, why on earth are they affirming and listening to subliminals?
If person B feels better scripting in a notebook, why the hell are they reprogramming their mind?
If person C feels good reprogramming their mind, why are they taking the simple route?
Funny, isn't it? Which is why if you've read all of this so far, and you have not resonated with it, just click away. Go find another post or advice that feels true to you. The words I'm writing right now are not universal, they're not the absolute truth. That's the beauty of the law of assumption. Whatever you believe to be true, becomes true.
I didn’t feel good with the affirmations “I’m already in my DR” and “I already shifted.” Do they work, are they true? Yup, but I didn’t feel good ignoring the 3D, even when I knew the 4D was the true reality. So I swapped them for affirmations like "I'm shifting to my DR", “I’m going to shift to my DR”, swapping things like “I already shifted” to “I’m shifting” because those are the kinds of affirmations my brain loves. 
I've heard a silly bit of misinfo that these affirmations stating future events put you in an infinite loop, and that they don’t make you achieve your desire. That’s not true? At all? Makes me laugh, really. Because here I am, “master shifter” or whatever name people give it in this reality, shifting as much as I want to wherever I want with these types of affirmations.
Yet here I see every day on the internet, people implanting stubborn little rules and regulations to a practice that has been done for ages, a universal law that will work even when you don’t care for it to work. 
How I Shifted The First Time
The law of assumption is what made me shift in the end. Initially, I surprised myself at the beginning of my shifting journey because I shifted three months after starting it. I woke up one morning in my DR room, felt it was real, knew it was possible, but accidentally shifted back because it was too good to be true. 
What followed was a period of losing my mind; I shift back to my DR for a few seconds (mini-shifts), fully shifted to different rparallel ealities, and filled the hell out of shifting journals with my discoveries as I went along. But I never fully shifted to my DR and stayed there. I wanted to permashift. I was so focused on leaving my CR and going to my DR permanently, frustrated because I knew I could shift, knew how to in theory, but was stuck in this endless loop of assuming I couldn't make myself shift and had to rely on spontaneous shifts.
And then one night it clicked when I was reflecting on the law of assumption and reality shifting. I knew shifting was real. I knew I could shift. Everyone can shift. I had shifted before. I would continue to shift even if I gave up on shifting. I could shift that night if I wanted to. I could shift that night even if I didn't want to. I knew how to shift. And so do you.
These are all assumptions I went to sleep with in mind, laying there, feeling like an idiot as it all clicked for me. 
If there was no doubt in my mind that I could shift that night, why wouldn’t I be able to shift? 
What followed was an overwhelming sense of peace washing over me. I let go. What more was there to be done? I could shift. There was no crying or screaming that could make me shift more than I could right then. 
I laid there and started my process. Just like I mentioned earlier. I began counting from 1 - 100 on a continuous loop. With affirmations that I could shift, I knew how to shift , I could shift that night.
And then I reached hypnagogia, and began inducing the feeling of being in my DR, just like I mentioned earlier. That liminal space rabbit hole shortly followed. I could go anywhere I wanted then. I could lucid dream. I could astral project. I could slip into the void. I could shift, and I did. Just…letting go and inducing the feeling of being in my DR. Not the surroundings, not the 5 senses, no affirmations. Just knowing that I was in my Dr. 
It was peaceful. 
I was at ease. 
And then I was woken up by a violent crack of thunder because my dumbass scripted my DR wakeup scenario to be in the middle of spring, and it was raining -_- 
I woke up in my DR, fully grounded, fully there, pinching my skin purple because I couldn't believe I was looking out the window at my DR city.
I wish I could tell you that I remained cool, but I so didn’t. I sat in bed for a good 10 minutes, mouth agape, repeating “oohh fuck it’s real….ohhh my god it’s real…whaaat the hell.” 
And then I paced around my room panicking, giggling like an idiot, checking my DR phone because all my friends and DR life was on there as evidence, opening drawers, looking at myself in the mirror, and straight-up freaking out. 
What followed after that was incredible, something I lack the words to describe. I spent a few weeks in my DR before shifting back, spending a few weeks here and then shifting back–here, back, here, back and forth, spending more time in my DR then my CR to the point where I consider my DR my true reality, and this one as my “other” reality. 
I shifted back here in early December of last year, and I’m here now before I shift back permanently—meaning, I’ll shift there, and then the next time I shift will be to another DR or a waiting room somewhere in the multiverse. I’m taking a "break" so to speak and hanging out here until events I scripted in my DR start to happen, and my life changes (positively, all good things I assure). 
I’m not sure if the person or people who find this post will care, but my other reality was originally called my “Witch DR”, where, as the name suggests, I’m a witch :) But not the fun kind, with a broomstick, a cauldron, and a pet cat though 😂The kind where I have to be up early for work in the mornings, can’t keep a cat because the building I live in doesn’t allow it, and have more responsibilities there than I do in this reality. 
One thing I didn’t expect about shifting before I lived there the first time is that—it’s life. You will have good days. You will have bad days. You will fuck up. You will laugh so hard that soda comes out of your nose. You will cry more than you ever have. And the people you once saw on a TV screen are very real, and can be very annoying lol. I miss my DR friends dearly right now, but I can’t go poking around the internet for videos and pictures of them because it feels so weird. 
Gut feelings are strange. I use them as a compass in both realities whenever I have to manually flap the butterfly’s wings and take a route. I felt compelled to write this post, and I’m not sure why. But if what this post has the power to help one singular person and help them realize their power, I'll be beyond happy.

How to manifest your dream life in hard circumstances
People love to say just feel good and raise your vibes like that’s easy when your life is literally crumbling. like girl, i’m broke, crying, spiraling, mentally fighting demons and you want me to assume that a mansion is already there? be serious. But here’s the thing you actually don’t need to have it all together to manifest. You can be a total wreck and still be shifting your entire life in the background, because manifestation isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being persistent, like yeah, i’m crying, but i’m still that girl, i’m still rich, i’m still chosen, i still gonna get everything i want.
The 3D might look like trash rn but that doesn’t mean anything but that’s old news, that’s just not your truth anymore. It’s literally just leftovers from past thoughts. Stop letting it gaslight you into thinking you’re stuck. You’re not. You’re actually in the middle of a whole reality flip but you keep pausing it by reacting to the bs around you. The moment you stop giving the 3D authority, you win. stop arguing with it. stop explaining yourself. just be like, nah, my manifestations are done. and then move like it even if you’re tired even if you’re lowkey doubting, keep deciding, keep choosing the version of you who already has it.
It doesn’t have to feel magical you don’t have to float on vibes and moonlight. sometimes manifesting looks like dragging yourself out of bed and whispering everything is working out for me even when you feel like oh everything's falling apart and that’s powerful, you’re powerful. even in your worst moment, you still have the power to flip it all. You’re not behind, you didn’t ruin anything. You’re literally always one decision away from everything shifting. Keep going. The 3D will catch up. it always does, and stop victimising yourself like oh I can't manifest because of this and that, GIRL PLEASE???? So stop treating it as an excuse and just decide for god's sake.

FORMULAS FOR SUBLIMINALS!!

┊last week I thought you might be interested in learning about the "inner workings" of subs. I think now is the time to talk about formulas for writing subliminals (this post will be especially useful for beginner submakers)
┊so, I'll start with my personal favorite formula:
❝layering one list of affs on another + the "echo" effect❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ this is when one list of affirmations is layered on another, where one list of affs is repeated at a faster volume, and the second - at a slower volume + adding the "echo" effect so that the affs are repeated not once, but 2-3 times, so it turns out that you hear 2-3 times more affs and get the desired results much faster!
❝hyperbolization❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ this formula, as it were, "exaggerates" the expected results
for example: "I have a waist of 10 cm", "my weight reaches the 10 kg mark", etc.
❝acceleration of affs by x100 times❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ here there can be acceleration by x5, x10, x100 times - as you decide for yourself. if you decide that you need to accelerate by x5 times - accelerate by x5 times. decide to speed up x100 times - speed up x100 times
❝best friend❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ the essence of the formula is that you write affs not on your own behalf, as usual, but on behalf of your best friend.
usually affirmations are written as follows: "I have an angelic aura", "I really look like an angel"
and here: "wow! you really have an angelic aura", "you really look like an angel"
write affs in a different form, as if all these words are said to you by your closest friend
❝echo❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ I talked about this effect a little higher! "echo" doubles-triples subliminals, which also doubles-triples them in your subconscious and ensures the manifestation of permanent results
❝many affs in one sub❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ each submaker writes their subs differently: someone may have about 50, someone - almost a thousand, or even a million affs. It all depends on your individual preferences. If you want to write a lot of affs and you think that this will be the most effective - write it this way. If you don't think it is necessary to write a lot of affs - it's okay, your subs will still work!
❝native voice in AF voiceovers❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ it is believed that when you voice subs with your voice, their vibrations increase, which is why the results are achieved faster. but, again, everything depends only on your individual preferences! it is not at all necessary to voice subs exclusively with your voice!
❝linking affs to a specific action❞
ೃ⁀➷ ⋆·˚ I'll start with an example here: "when I drink water, I lose 1 kg", "when I sit at the computer, my vision improves noticeably"

permashifting 101
i wanted to come on here and make a short blog about what permashifting is because from what I've been seeing some people still don't know what their talking about respectfully so I wanna share my knowledge and hope this will enlighten you with a better understanding. First of all respawning isn't the same thing as permashifting, respawning is when you cut ties with your current reality and can't return whereas with permashifting you essentially can since you haven't cut ties with your current reality like you do with respawning (also you don't die I have absolutely no clue where people got that from) also when you permashift you don't start your life there as a new born all over again (unless you want to) there's a lot of misinformation lately and i need to put the foot down and debunk them. clones aren't a thing, it's literally you and when you permashift no one will notice an inch. shifting in general is not a physical thing and you're becoming aware of another reality, the version of you that you left in your current reality will continue living life just as you normally would. permshifting is when you don't have a time limit to how long you want to stay in your intended reality, as long as you want and normally for quite a long time but you CAN come back and some people do, with respawning that's not possible. i think this is my personal take on the whole matter and as a permashifter myself i wanted to share my wisdom as y'all say. I'm not phased if this flops, i don't care about status, as long as this important information is out there for baby shifters to read before they get brainwashed to nonsense, that's what matters to me and I'm open for discussion in the comments to have someone correct me if I was wrong in any of this debate, and I want to educate myself even more. in conclusion, happy shifting.

There are people who go to sleep in one bedroom apartments and wake up in mansions. There are people who go to sleep with a body or face they hate and wake up with new ones. There are people who go to sleep hating their school life, family and friends and wake up with all of that changed. There are people who go to sleep living a life they dread and wake up with their dreams. Why not you.
You are so much more powerful than you know. You are the operant power of this reality and all the other realities. As I once said, these realities are your children, they are of the same relation to you and the same proximity. It is you running through their veins. You aren’t doing this extravagant thing by creating and shifting timelines to a new reality, you are taking your awareness and placing it in a reality that already exists.
You can leave anytime you want. In fact, top panicking and realise you’ve already left. A lot of you promised to yourselves that you would get your dream life over the break, over the weekend, over night and you panic when you don’t see anything. How many times will you do this? Stop the panic, the outerman isn’t you and sees nothing but limitations. There’s nothing to panic over because it is done and there’s nothing left to do. You wouldn’t be panicked about a cruise trip if you were there.
The words “OMG school starts on monday and i STILL haven’t been on my cruise trip, im so upset i feel like a loser” wouldn’t be uttered if you’re already on the cruise, sipping one of those cute drinks with the tiny hats. So stop panicking about wasted time when you’re already there and there’s nothing to do. Don’t get worked up over nothing, the 3d isn’t real.
All you need to do to induce pure consciousness is focus on the darkness in your eyes, set an intention to induce the state of “I AM” and make up scenarios, count, sing in your head. do whatever. Forget yourself, stop trying to relax, stop forcing it, stop looking for symptoms stop trying to immerse yourself in the feeling and let it happen naturally. You don’t force yourself into the state of awake and asleep so why is it any different with pure consciousness.
∘˚ 𓆸∘˚
Think of yourself being in a pool, there’s two of you. One version of yourself is being let down gently into the water and the other version of yourself is letting you down. Think of a baptism type of position. When you are fully immersed in the water you are pure consciousness, and you will come out of the water as your desired self. But what you must do is let it happen naturally. You can’t push yourself underwater. You can’t drown yourself or the water won’t accept you.
Let yourself down gently. Stop trying to force yourself into pure consciousness, stop forcing the immersion or it won’t accept you. Like how if you force yourself into the state sleep you’ll just sit in bed eyes shut waiting to it to happen. It isn’t until you let go and finally give up trying that you eventually fall into the state of sleep. That’s it. Give up, give up trying and let go. Assume you’re in the water already and before you know it you’re fully immersed in that body of water.
When we say falling into the state of pure consciousness is as easy as breathing, we’re not just trying to motivate you are trick your minds into thinking it’s easy as a form of help. It’s the truth. It’s a state, that’s all it is, just as is sleep and being awake right now, think of how effortless it is to fall into between sleep and wake. That’s all pure consciousness is. Failure to do this does not exist.
You can leave anytime you want and within an instant. Assume you have mastered this simple yet beautiful art and you will have, assume you’re there already and you will be. It takes a second to flip your thoughts and begin. You don’t need a routine or a days worth of affirming or any challenge. If you believe that is a must, you don’t understand what this is.
Go, simply because you can.
YOU CAN do this, why not now? Don’t let your fear of failing and “letting yourself down” allow you to procrastinate, failure doesn’t exist.
YOU ARE YOUR ONLY BLOCKAGE, CHANGE THAT AND LET YOURSELF GO

Emergency shift, tonight.
Another step by step guide, but this time it's mainly focused on how to shift when you'd do anything rather than stay in this wicked reality, perfect for permashifters or anyone frustrated with their current living situation in general.
OK, so I made this method in my WR, since I can't possibly "shift" here (I can switch realities on command by intending, so shifting isn't an activity for me anymore, I don't need to do methods), so last night i went to my WR, with as much skills I had before my first shift, I had an infinite time to figure out the perfect I need to get the hell out of here shifting method.

Step 1, Morning: (divide this into four parts, morning, afternoon, evening and night)
Yes, you woke back in your CR, but don't think about that, get into the mindset that you're happy and you'll shift tonight.
First of all, drop all tasks from the CR, stop, don't do assignments or anything, don't focus on your CR.
Afterwards, what you need to do now is relax yourself, go ahead and pick something to do that you enjoy, so you can divert yourself from overthinking about shifting (personal recommendation, Sims 1 :) listens to subliminals in the background, don't worry about them if you think you have a strong enough mindset.
Don't completely abandon your CR body, don't just become a robot, eat, talk with your family (don't if you're not a fan of them). Avoid shifting forums as much as you can, mainly because there is always something irrational on there which could possibly discourage you.
Quick tldr for this step: relax, calm yourself down, listen to subliminals.
Step 2, Afternoon:
If you're developing a headache or feeling light-headedness due to the excessive subliminal listening then that's good, it means your brain is absorbing the affirmations.
Now, trick your human brain by listening to subliminal boosters, but only those ones which repeat playlists by million, billion, trillion, or zillion or something, it won't matter how effective the subliminal is, as long as you believe the title to be truth, then trust me, it'll work like promised.
After you're finished with your subliminal run, top it off with one of wrath's seal and you're good to go, you're now mentally prepared to shift, and you are in a perfect mindset. (wrath, the subliminal creator, in my opinion their subliminals, especially the boosters are the strongest; search wrath's second seal, in my opinion it's the strongest one in the series).

Now you have eye strain or something, get up, go sit outside for a moment, stare at the trees, birds, skies, and start daydreaming-!
(Don't worry, I didn't tell you to touch grass, you can stay indoors, but, daydream :)
Daydream about your sweet sweet DR, if you're going to your WR, just imagine all the fun things you'll get to do there, or visualize your WR (or script; meaning revise how you made your WR to be like)
OK, back to the DR part, daydreaming can be done in many ways, perhaps you'd like to zone out and fall into deep contemplation about your actions in your DR, kind of like a case study (for me, bringing up old events from my teenage years or something, specific memories arise which didn't make sense; like me ignoring someone I like, and try to figure out why I did it, this all strengthens your bond with your DR)
Or you could simply rewind your memories in your DR, or what you've planned for the upcoming days, what you were doing before shifting, my recommendation would be to kind of add lots of "too much information" like, where did you place the honey after you had finished baking that cake? Didn't you had to put a new bar of soap in the bathroom? Didn't you broke the button of your favorite coat yesterday?
Or If you're good at visualising, you can simply live an entire day in your DR (perhaps not an entire day, just visualise your morning routine)
Another good one, if you can't visualise or don't feel like it, open Pinterest, scroll through your home feed, and try to relate the pins you see to your DR (I was just about to buy that shirt; I swear I saw that exact same house somewhere; that cat looks exactly like my sister's cat)
Feel like your DR self now? If not you're definitely getting excited and prepared by now.
Step 3, Evening:
Now it's time to attach yourself firmly to your DR self.
Consume media which remind you of your DR self, try your luck with Character ai, maybe it'll make sense for once (make your own bots, add a little description of your DR self within the character details, the bot will remember your details, ask ill share a template :) your spotify playlist + pinterest, remind yourself, your DR is very much real, if it's possible, close your eyes periodically for a few minutes, imagine making decisions like your DR self, and facing the consequences right after; or you can have a small conversation with your loved ones, keep it related to your DR.
Eventually, you'll be led to nightfall, it's time to go home.
Step 4, Night:
Listen to the subliminals you've listened to during the day, again, for an hour at least, if you're doubting yourself, or feeling like you won't be able to do it, try to distract yourself by a memory from your DR or something, or simply, already get into you're DR self's mindset, say "affirmations" like these:
"What the heck is going on in my mind? Why am I thinking about shifting, I've already got so much work to do." (That was an example, get creative :)
If you're ready to start shifting, lay down in a comfortable position (or sit up but lean back on comfy pillows if you're in fear of falling asleep) take a few deep breaths, if you like meditation then do so, but it's not at all necessary, just relax.

Now shift (just kidding, use my method which I've explained thoroughly in my first post, follow it and no doubt you'll shift, you're invincible.)

The Power of Scripting: How It’s Shaping My Shifting Journey
Scripting has become one of the most powerful tools in my shifting journey. It’s not just about writing down what I want to experience—it’s about creating an immersive and personal reality that I can tap into whenever I need. Scripting allows me to visualize and set clear intentions for my shifts, bringing me closer to my desired reality each time.
What Is Scripting?
Scripting, in the context of shifting, is essentially writing out the details of your desired reality (DR)—what you want to experience, the world you want to inhabit, and the characters you want to meet. It’s like creating a roadmap for your shift. When you script, you craft the environment, interactions, and even emotions you wish to experience once you’ve shifted.
How Scripting Has Helped Me:
1. Clarity and Focus:
One of the biggest benefits of scripting is the clarity it brings. When I’m specific about what I want in my DR, it becomes easier to manifest that world once I shift. For example, I’ve scripted the room I have in Sans and Papyrus’s house. It’s a comfortable, purple space with a soft bed, which gives me something solid to focus on during my shifts. The more detailed I get with scripting, the more vivid and immersive my experience becomes.
2. Emotional Connection:
Scripting helps me connect emotionally with my DR and the characters I want to meet. When I write out how I feel meeting someone like Sans or Papyrus, I tap into the excitement and joy that I expect to feel when I actually meet them. That emotional charge makes the shift feel real and motivating, as if I’m already part of that world.
3. Overcoming Doubts:
Sometimes, I struggle with doubts or fears that the shift might not work. Writing out what I truly want, and making it as specific and vivid as possible, helps dissolve those doubts. It reinforces my belief that I am in control of my journey and that everything I desire is within reach.
4. Consistency in Practice:
I’ve found that scripting not only helps in achieving the shift but also keeps me consistent. When I can reread my scripts, it reminds me of the goals I’m working toward. It gives me motivation to keep practicing and refining my approach. I know that every time I script, I’m bringing myself closer to my goal.
5. Building a World:
For me, scripting isn’t just about shifting into a space—it’s about creating a whole world. I’m working on a goddess DR where I can be the god of my world, shaping and changing fates, and watching over humanity. I’ve already started scripting the peaceful world I want to live in, with its landscapes and inhabitants. This vision of creation is helping me build not just a location, but a way of life in my DR.
Tips for Effective Scripting:
• Be Detailed: The more details you include, the more immersive the experience will feel. Think about everything from the scenery to the emotions you want to experience.
• Use Present Tense: Write as if you’re already there. Using present tense makes the experience feel real and helps trick your mind into believing that it’s happening right now.
• Incorporate Emotions: Don’t forget to add how you feel in the script. Whether it’s excitement, peace, or happiness, emotions create a deeper connection to your DR.
• Read and Visualize: Once you’ve scripted, spend time reading it and visualizing what you’ve written. This mental rehearsal strengthens the connection between you and your desired reality.
• Keep It Personal: Your DR is YOURS. Script it in a way that resonates with you—your preferences, your feelings, and your goals. The more personal it is, the more it will feel like home when you shift.
Conclusion:
Scripting has truly opened new doors for me on my shifting journey. It’s helped me feel more connected to my DR and shaped the way I experience the worlds I want to visit. The more I practice, the more real my desired reality feels. If you’re not already scripting in your own shifting practice, I highly recommend giving it a try.

How to persist when 3D isn't showing and your brain is screaming???
Okay, ik how hard it feels when nothing is showing up....like, you’re out here affirming, visualizing, being that version of yourself and doing all the things, and life’s just looking at you like "nah, not yet." And it’s frustrating as hell. But listen, this is exactly when you have to double down.
See, manifestation isn’t about what’s in front of you..it’s about what’s going on inside you. Your 3D reality? Old news. Everything you’re seeing right now is just a delayed reflection of past thoughts and beliefs.
That’s why it feels like nothing’s changing. But the second you start thinking differently, reality has no choice but to shift. It’s literally law.
"But what if it’s been months and I still see nothing?"
That’s the thing..persisting doesn’t mean waiting. It means you’re so locked into your end state that you refuse to accept anything else.
The key? Stop checking. Stop looking around for proof. Stop thinking "but when?" and just be the version of you who already has it.
If you had it right now, would you be stressing? Nah. You’d be chilling. So chill.
But what to do when doubts hit?
When you start thinking "ugh, this isn’t working?" Flip that thought instantly. Be delusional if you have to.
If your mind starts saying "this is impossible," correct it like, wtf brain? This had already happened are you dumb or what????
If your brain says then why tf I can't see it, tell it cause you don't have eyes that's why you can't see it, I have eyes and I am literally seeing it cause this has already happened dumbass. :|
You have to be stubborn. Treat anything that contradicts it like background noise...irrelevant, meaningless, not your problem.
It’s not about fighting reality, it’s only about deciding that you have it.
