Zoro would share his earrings with both Luffy and Sanji

Not in a shipping way tho

Zoros earrings are a show of strength and loyalty, and his unique sword style. It's a representation of his being. He isn't exactly a man of words, he's a man of action. He'd give them out as a promise to the two other heads of the crew as a sign that his loyalty, his strength, his being, is with them.

It's a promise to Luffy that he will help protect the family their captain has been wanting for so long, a promise to help him accomplish his dream of being pirate king.

It's a promise between wings, that they'll share the burden of protecting the crew they all care for, that Luffy won't have to carry the role of protector alone. That they'll get stronger to keep up with their captain so he won't worry about them.

It's a promise that they're in this together. They all have each other's backs. His swords swing for the good of the crew, it's no longer just about getting stronger for himself.

Sometimes words fail, but actions can carry plenty of meaning. Sometimes having a physical reminder that someone is there for you is just as valuable as hearing it out loud.

And in the event they get separated again, if for whatever reason the three cannot be there physically to lift each other up, there's a reminder that they have people who care about them.
