On Kamen Rider Wiki they didn’t put the words “this form is exclusive” for Oma form like they did with Type Special, Tenkatoitsu and Creater Gamer it just says Appearances and the name of the movie however could this mean we’d see Oma form in the series for 4 or 5 minutes of an episode

Oma Form may or may not appear again, maybe in the last few episodes of Zi-O (unlikely) or in the crossover movie (more likely). Unlike the other movie forms you mentioned, Oma Form is being set up as an evolution of Zi-O's power, an extra final form, similar to CycloneJokerGoldXtreme or SuperTaToBa, both of which have appeared again.

It seems odd that it's now we're getting a Hyper Battle Video for Zi-O, but I assumed it was just budget thing where they were trying to save costs so they could get back past actors and recreate/repair suits for any returning Riders, though I'm guessing the Rider Time specials were given separate budgets so they could be made without taking from Zi-O's budget.

Time and budget may have been an issue, but Build's Hyper Battle Video was fairly late as well last year, so this may just be the new format, maybe it's to fill the hole left by the Spring Crossover Movie.

Do you know what Bibiru translates to? Wasn't sure what it meant when it was revealed alongside Geiz's new form.

There isn't a proper translation yet, but from what I've heard it means 'Scared Geiz'

Oma Form is the most OP alternate final form ever so far as it can summon ALL of the Heisei Riders in their final forms to do an All Rider Kick, Zi-O can summon and use their weapons and has ALL their powers on top of his own. 

And yes, I am aware that Liner Form and PuToTyra Combo are part of the lineup, I’m not here to start the “which form is Final Form” debate again.

And we get a sneak peek at the annual silly Hyper Battle Video, and things are gonna get spoopy as we learn Geiz is scared of ghosts! When he overcomes this fear, he will attain the power of the great Lord Yurusen as Kamen Rider Geiz Bibiru Form!

The first trailer for Kamen Rider Zi-O Over Quartzer has been released, revealing that Sougo and the others travel back in time to stop the villains from killing Krim Steinbelt's ancestor. Woz is revealed to be a member of the Quartzers, and ends up betraying the others to rejoin them.

Any idea how much longer Zi-O will run?

In short, not really. However, speculatively, due to the Grand Zi-O debuting an episode later than Build's Genius Form, I'd put my money on 49-50 episodes in total, around early September.

Jingi Irie, who recently portrayed Kaito Sentai Lupinranger VS Police Sentai Patranger’s Zamigo Delma, will guest-star as Rento Makina / Kamen Rider Kikai. Jingi also previously portrayed Jiro / Kikaider in the 2013 film Kikaider REBOOT.

In the future year of 2121, the world is dominated by mechanical life-forms known as Humanoiz. Sougo, while studying for his supplementary test in order to graduate high school, falls asleep and dreams of this future. In his dream, Sougo meets Rento, a mecha-human, who transforms into Kamen Rider Kikai. After Sougo wakes up, he encounters Another Kikai.

Jingi will make his debut as Rento / Kamen Rider Kikai in Kamen Rider Zi-O’s 23rd episode, “It’s Kikai! 2121”, airing on February 17th.

The other day, these photos were taken of Kamen Rider Zi-O’s filming. In the photos, you can clearly see Kamen Rider Zi-O II, and another Kamen Rider-looking suit as well. This white-suited Kamen Rider may actually be Kamen Rider Geiz Revive, the upcoming power-up for Kamen Rider Geiz.
