Viktor se quedó en silencio, absorbiendo las palabras de su alfa. Siempre había admirado esa luz en Jayce, esa esperanza inquebrantable, la misma que parecía inspirar a todos en Piltover a creer en un futuro mejor.

[Johan x Jace]

The sun was beginning to set over Seoul, painting the sky with shades of orange and red. Johan leaned against the railing of the building's rooftop, his gaze fixed on the horizon. He didn't say anything, but his tense body spoke more than any words. Jace, who was standing a few meters away from him, could feel the discomfort in the air.

—What’s wrong with you?—Jace asked with a slightly annoyed tone, crossing his arms. I knew something was bothering Johan, but the other had remained silent since they had met a few minutes ago.

Johan clenched his jaw, clearly upset, but he tried to maintain his composure —Nothing—

Jace scoffed, rolling his eyes —Oh, sure, 'nothing'. It’s always 'nothing' with you when you're clearly mad. What did I do this time?—

Johan finally looked at him, his dark eyes shining with a mix of frustration and... pain? —Vasco—

Jace blinked, surprised —What does Vasco have to do with any of this?—

—What it has to do with is that you're always with him. I saw you today. You were smiling and laughing with him... and that bothers me— Johan crossed his arms, looking away again —I don’t see you smiling like that with me—

The comment caught Jace off guard. He had never thought Johan could be... jealous? Jace sighed, slowly approaching him —Johan... Vasco is my best friend. You know that.

Jace stayed still for a moment, processing what Johan was saying. Then, without warning, he stepped closer and put a hand on Johan’s shoulder, forcing him to meet his gaze.

—Johan... I’ve never been interested in Vasco that way. You’re the one on my mind. Only you.

Johan looked at him, surprised by the sincerity in Jace's voice. For a second, he seemed to relax, but then his eyes hardened again.

—Then prove it— Johan whispered, leaning closer to him, his words a challenge —Stop giving so much attention to everyone else— he said, pouting.

Jace huffed, amused by the ridiculous scene of jealousy his boyfriend was displaying. He knew Johan wasn’t good at expressing what he felt, and this was the closest thing to a confession of jealousy he would get from him. Without saying another word, Jace stood on his tiptoes and gave him a quick kiss on the lips, a gesture that served as his answer.

—Happy now?— Jace murmured, still close to Johan.

God Dog stared at him for a few seconds before a slight smile crept onto his face —For now—

Johan is a character deeply misunderstood by many fans. He feels the need to appear tough and act aggressively towards others, believing it’s the only way he can achieve his goals and help his mother with her surgery. His rough exterior hides a vulnerable side, shaped by the difficult circumstances in his life. I wish more fans could empathize with him, as we know that beneath the surface, his actions are driven by the desire to reunite with his mother and live a normal life like any other teenager.
