gleaming-glowing:
The hospital was where she spent most of her time, it was sort of funny, it seemed that once she left her tower, the universe simply replaced it with another…just one that was closer to the ground and with far more people. As much as she still felt trapped however, everything was all still so new and huge it was hard not to feel free, even if she wasn’t. Distracted as she was, watching a cart being pulled along, packed with fabric, stacked high, she bumped into someone. Her heart dropped to her stomach and she turned, tensed up, in the direction of the impact. She felt the cold very suddenly, as a mutant, she had to do better than most when it came to not causing any trouble. One look at the red head and her heart dropped even further, she was a hunter, Lynn Possible? “Kim possible,” she corrected, covering her mouth, “no, I’m sorry, I should have been watching where I was going.”
Kim was thrilled to be in the clinic. At least then she felt a little safer. She was worried about the possibility of becoming a zombie. She wished that they had just figured out how it was being caused, but she knew they were a long way off. She smiled at the blonde. “No, you’re fine. Are you available to do a work up?”

His brow furrowed deeper in concern as he looked at her. “But are you okay. You look like you’ve been through hell.” Courage frowned, hoping everything really was alright.
“I’ll be fine as soon as I get checked out at the clinic.” Kim shrugged it off a little bit. She was fine. She had been scratched in fights before.

Courage was on his way to work a shift on the wall when he caught a glimpse of Kim. He liked to imagine that they were friends, even if they didn’t work together too often. Though, when he noticed the fresh wounds on face, he felt panic swell in his heart. The young man bounced anxiously on his toes, studying her briefly. “Kim? What happened? Are you okay?”
Kim relaxed a little when she saw it was Courage. She enjoyed working wall guard shifts with him. He could sometimes make the monotony fun. “We had to go on a hunt this morning.” She gestured to her face. “We all made it back in one piece.”

Kim was a little torn up. Somehow a zombie had gotten close to Borealis. The hunters, of course, had gone out and eliminated the problem, but she had gotten hurt in the process. They still weren’t sure how the zombie virus spread, and she was worried about the cuts on her face. Only one was caused by a zombie, the others by clumsy teammates. She had sanitized the wound as quickly as possible, but she couldn’t help but be worried. As she walked back into the city walls, she felt safe again. She knew she’d have to go straight towards the hospital and get checked out, but the safety of the city was one she craved. She wasn’t paying attention when she bumped into someone. “Oh.. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to.”

[KIMBERLY “KIM” POSSIBLE] has been seen around Boralis lately. He/She/They look a lot like [KAT MCNAMARA] and their personality resembles that of [KIM POSSIBLE]. They are [TWENTY]. They identify as [CISFEMALE]. Their job in Borealis is [ZOMBIE HUNTER]. They are [BRAVE, CONFIDENT, CARING] and [COMPETITIVE, ASSERTIVE, A PERFECTIONIST]. They [ARE NOT] a mutant. How will they survive the apocalypse?
Biography:
Kimberly grew up in the most normal, nuclear family she could in Borealis. Her family tried to keep things as simple as possible for the three kids while still working to better the community.
Her parents were scientists. Her father was always trying to bring back the technology he vaguely remembered from his early childhood. Her mother had trained to be a surgeon from the few that had survived the disasters.
Kim always admired the zombie hunters growing up. She would sneak out and watch them train, trying to replicate their moves. She wanted to save the world, just like her parents, but in a different way. While her parents focused on the science thing, she wanted to focus on the badass side of things.
When she turned 10, the zombie hunters caught her watching their training sessions. Instead of punishing her, they started including her in the training sessions.
She worked hard, making sure she was better than all of the other people in her training class. She was small and able to go more of a distance than most others.
While she does occasionally fight with weapons, she much prefers to fight with her own fists. She doesn’t see weapons as an extension of herself like the others she trains with.
She trained from 10 until she was 16, when they allowed her to finally go out on hunts.
Kim still did participate in schooling, knowing there was no way her parents would allow her to drop out in order to become a zombie hunter.
She still hasn’t told her parents that she has been a zombie hunter for the last 4 years. She is afraid of what they will say to her because of it.
Headcanons:
Kim picks up extra shifts as a wall guard when she needs extra money. It is also the job her parents believe her to have.
Kim is skilled in gymnastics.
Her favorite color is army green.
