Did workout yesterday. Breakfast a supplement bar, lunch creamed haddock and mushrooms. It tastes way better than it looks. It's from a 1942 cookbook. My kids love it.

Tried a new product, I liked it. I tried the taro version as well but I really wasn't a fan of it.
This flavor on the other hand I could see myself using as snacks instead of just a supplement.
