schizoaffective trans cripple facing eviction & homelessness in winter while fleeing domestic violence.

hello, i cannot post my normal content right now as i am currently being evicted from my home. i got this apartment with my ex while we were still together. rent is $1,007/month due to being on a month-to-month lease because i cant afford to renew. my lease expired and I'd have to pass an income check, which i fail. i am severely mentally + physically disabled and i am applying for disability and make $245/month off of government assistance. i am working with a case worker and serveral organizations day and night but my court case was literally useless.

i need to come up with $3,578 by January 26th, 2023 in order to be able to stay in my apartment. the additional $1,007 is next months rent. please note that i am aware this is a very short amount of time and an insane amount of money to ask for. if i can't make that amount by the 26th, my case worker will be helping me forward it toward relocation. we are already working with rapid rehousing programs in my area. i know it's a long shot I just really need to make sure at the very least i can afford to leave by the 26th, as it's literally required by law.

Shout out to my disabled transmascs who can't bind even if you want to. Who want to, maybe even used to, but who's bodies won't let them. For those where it will cause pain, it will cause breathing issues, it will trigger sensory issues, it will be unbearable. Toughest dudes out there.
