I ENTERED THE VOID STATE
in this post i will explain in depth how i entered the void state and what i manifested. i will be open to questions but if you ask something that i explain in this post i won't answer it just fyi, so even though this will be long, if you are truly curious i encourage you to read the whole thing. i am sorry for any spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes that might be present.
overall story: i have been trying to enter the void for around 2 months now, and finally entered through a lucid dream. one thing i want to note before i tell my story is that i have been lucid dreaming my whole life (so if you never have, i don't know what good steps are for beginners).
the beginning: my journey started when i inadvertently came across a post about how someone else entered the void state and manifested their dream body and face. i was not into manifesting before, in fact, i actually had a problem with the whole concept of the law of attraction and didn't know there were other types of manifestation and never looked deeply into it. that being said, i have always been an open-minded person and also, a more or less spiritual person. i believe in a lot of "out there" things because a lot of said things have been proven to me (through experiences i find hard to explain so i'm not going to). i'm sharing this to let you know that due how deeply i naturally believe in such things i never really had a problem with my void concept, even though i experienced doubts (so for this area i really can't give much advice).
so after learning about the existence of the void state i searched "void state" on tumblr and skimmed some info here and there on it, what i came across included some basic methods on how to enter the void but i didn't fully understand them yet. that same night i followed a shifting guided meditation but i couldn't really get "into" it, i was a naturally anxious person who found it hard to relax so it just wasn't working, but i did see it through and try my best and i think in the long run it helped me. in the guided meditation i listened to, the person makes you walk through a door to get to your desired reality and even though the meditation didn't work, that imagery worked it's way into my subconscious and i had a lucid dream that night. i did not manifest anything that night but it was on purpose (i think). in my lucid dream i woke up in my bedroom. i looked in the mirror and decided i would change what i saw to a more desired appearance and it worked (i looked exactly like the person i was thinking of), then, i decided (with intention) to open my bedroom door and enter my dream house and it worked. at this point in the dream i thought that entering the void must be super easy since i was already basically close and could have done it there if i wanted to BUT i chose to wake up because i wanted to enter the void when i actually knew for sure what i wanted my manifestations to be. i knew i was going to want a lot if i really thought about it and i also didn't want to actually look like someone else (my whole lucid dream i was more trying to test my imagination and build my confidence). the next day i started making a void state list and writing down everything i genuinely wanted for myself.
experiencing doubts: things started to go wrong after that hahah, after my first beginner's luck(?) experience i was struggling to lucid dream (even though i've always naturally been a lucid dreamer, the times it occurs is still random and i couldn't make them happen) and meditations were only getting me so close. all in all, over the past 2 months i had 5 failed lucid dreams and several close, but failed, meditation attempts. this instilled some doubts in me, especially the lucid dreams, because apparently once you lucid dream it's meant to be quite simple but when i would affirm for the void in my dreams i would just wake up or the dream would continue.
another thing that caused me to doubt the void was questioning some of the stories on here. most of them i initially don't believe anyway because it's known there's many liars in the community and there seems to be a trend of people posting void success stories in an attempt to enter to the void (to act as if it already happened) but they technically haven't in reality yet. that being said, i did have some blogs i mostly trusted and then one day one of the blogs i trusted answered an anonymous ask about a success story and it really looked like they sent it to themselves. the reason i thought this was because the op of the blog spells a commonly used word wrong all the time but it's not a spelling mistake people commonly make (in fact, i know no one who makes this spelling mistake) but then the anon that sent them the success story made the exact same spelling mistake. it made me worry that perhaps there were no true success stories because why was this person who supposedly mastered the void bothering with sending asks to themselves to validate their blog? i mean this was all speculation but it still caused me to think.
that being said again, i still basically believed, i just wavered a little, but i definitely believed enough to keep persisting (because why not?)
the success: finally, after almost 2 months i entered the void through a lucid dream. when i realised i was dreaming i tried to make myself stay super grounded in the dream but i also thought about not taking too long since i didn't want to wake up. i did this because i realised the very first night when i had my lucid dream, i didn't get excited and try immediately, i hung around in my dream for a while and just enjoyed things (as i explained). so i wandered around the dream a bit and just looked at things, touched things, tried to feel the temperature and take note of it and then when i felt calm and not too excited i closed my eyes and affirmed for the void and entered. when i got the void i just said "i have everything on my void list" (a few times to make sure) and then stated i was exiting the void state. the void feels how pretty much everyone describes, you just know it's happening and you are pure consciousness.
what i manifested: my void state list ended up being super long and i manifested a lot of personal things that i won't share, which is what i'm sure would be the same for most people, but i'll include a list of things that others might find interesting or encouraging:
desired appearance (including body, face, height etc)
money (i came up with a plan that of how it would make sense in my country to have acquired it)
got rid of my anxiety disorder (having this was probably the most debilitating part of my life, it's also why i know meditation never truly worked for me since i could never relax and it's crazy to feel not severely stressed constantly for the first time in my life)
got rid of my autoimmune disease and fixed my eyesight (i manifested being healthy overall in general)
feel comfortable instantly, i will no longer get too itchy, feel dirty after a long day, be too hot or too cold etc. (can't really attest to this one yet but i have felt no discomfort)
dream living space and whatever bed i sleep in to always be super comfortable
opinion on the void state: overall the point is that the void state is real and you can get anything you want, getting to the void is also easy but it's just about trying to go for it and not getting discouraged. i don't want to share too much of my opinion on this because i actually find it really toxic. some people will get mad if you say you "entered" or "got to" the void because you technically are always the void, and personally, i don't find these slight changes in language to be important unless you are very sensitive to it. for me, it doesn't matter if i think about the void as something i enter or something i am because i believe it exists and that's all i need to know at the end of the day. if you want to see it as something you are, or a state or anything else, i don't think it matters as long as you believe manifestation is possible, you are the creator of your reality, you get to decide what language or thought process works for you :)
common questions: i'm going to answer some question i feel like i will get if people find this post so i'm just going to answer them here. remember that these answers are just my opinion.
question: how come people don't manifest to end world hunger, for everyone to have money, to become the next "big thing", to be a real life superhero, for everyone to be happy etc. truthfully, i think people do manifest that but i don't think they stay in this reality. a lot of people think that using the void at all means you shift your reality, idk if i believe in that, but i would have to assume the people that use the void to manifest very extreme things ultimately have to shift realities. so this would mean the reason you're not seeing these results is because these people are no longer in this reality. if you pay attention i think you will also notice that most void success stories that seem to come from reliable sources (though this is still all personal judgement) seem to be rather humble, these people just manifest to be the prettier version of themselves, to live in a nice place, to be around good people and other similar things. i think people with mostly humble desires stay in this reality and people with more fantastical desires (to be the most famous person ever, to be a multibillionaire, world peace) go elsewhere.
question: why would someone even have humble desires? i can't speak for every single person but i think it's just the desire to stick to the familiar. we want better lives but also want to feel at "home" still, i wanted to still feel like ME. maybe it seems stupid and selfish but if we really are shifting realities every time then there really is no way to actually solve world hunger anyway, it will always exist in this reality even if you or i personally go to another one. at the end of the day, life isn't fair and i am just grateful to have discovered the void to live happily and am sharing this so you can too.
question: i'm worried about the wrong people finding out about the void state. honestly, me too! but i think this falls in line with my past two answers, if someone terrible happened to stumble upon this post and entered the void, i don't think they'd stay here, they will go to some other reality more likely, so i really don't think we have to worry about someone super evil getting to the void and doing something super heinous or whatever. but honestly i do understand the worry. at first when i discovered the void i thought i wouldn't share my success story once i entered because i wanted to keep the void as quiet as possible. but just remember two things: most people do not know about the void and if they do a lot of them will give up and not persist. second, someone really evil finding it will probably leave this reality (my theory).
question: why do people not show better proof. truthfully, i don't know, for me it's because i really do want to live a private life and a lot of stuff i manifested can't be proven anyway. if i show my bank account, it could be photoshop, if i show my new face it means nothing because i revised to always look this way, i can't prove i no longer have my autoimmune disease and the list goes on. i think people with more dramatic proof also want to maintain their privacy or go to other realities. perhaps there's even been people to show dramatic proof in this reality but they had to revise that they didn't because it was a mistake.
question: do you have any overall tips? just keep persisting. and personally, i think it's okay to try several methods at once. i know some people say if you try several then it "cancels out" like, if you try lucid dreaming and it doesn't work so you meditate it means you don't "believe" lucid dreaming can work for you so then that's why it takes you so long but i think you can just tell yourself "every method works for me so i will just keep persisting". another thing i recommend trying for a few days is setting your alarm to go off at different times so day 1 is 8am, day 2 is 7am, day 3 is 9am and so forth. each day set the intention to wake up BEFORE your alarm goes off, once you successfully start waking up a few minutes before your alarm everyday this is your tangible proof that your intentions are working. this isn't really a method but more so a confidence booster that worked for me to remind myself i'm in control and powerful. if you also try this i think after a few days you will feel more confident intending to lucid dream, for your meditations to work, for subliminals to work (whatever is your personal vibe) and you will get there easier hopefully!
question: did you ever do any official lucid dreaming methods. personally the only way i ever had a lucid dream was by intending before sleeping that i would lucid dream. but methods where you wake up by setting your alarm early and going back to sleep and stuff didn't work for me. i tried but due to my anxiety i would always wake up super alert or even stressed, so i could never relax enough. but they are successful for many people so there is no harm in trying.

LOVE THIS TAKE!!! as someone who keeps falling asleep i definitely prefer meditating upright sitting. I keep getting into the void state, but barely catch myself aware until im out- i have to change 💯
They lied to you about the Void (and that's why you never get there)
(some words are misspelled as I had to use a translator)
Many of you believe there's a secret formula to reaching the Void. You think you'll experience the same thing as everyone else and that if you don't, you haven't arrived.
That you have to do a million things to achieve it.
But that's not the case.
Our minds, in a sense, are stupid.
They believe everything, absolutely everything, and sometimes misinterpret many things.
I've reviewed, analyzed, and questioned countless old posts right here (Tumblr) on the subject of the Void, and many people (myself included) who share their experience with the Void and give advice on how to reach it are misinformed (again, not out of malice, but out of a lack of process, experience, and knowledge).
Let's start with some beliefs and information shared by many of you in the manifestation and spirituality community for over four years:
"Manifesting is easy."
Of course it is, the difficult part is the process you must first undergo to make manifesting easy.
There's a process.
No, it's not about "deciding" to reach the Void and repeating affirmations to yourself until you become stressed and feel worse (you and I both know that when you affirm yourself, you feel horribly bad, stressed, anxious. Why? Because you know what you're repeating to yourself is a lie).
All the people who say they "decide" to reach the Void but still feel stressed, anxious, frustrated, etc., haven't decided a damn thing. Stop fooling yourselves.
Surrender
Truly surrender. You will get there until you stop wanting to reach the Void. Let yourself be, surrender. Don't do it with the goal of expecting something in return. If you expect something in return, let it be relaxation and connection with yourself.
People who say they've "given up" but keep trying haven't given up. Look for the meaning of "giving up."
Position
The best position to relax while trying to reach the Void is to sit up straight, cross your legs, and place your hands on your thighs (although it sounds uncomfortable, it isn't. Stick your butt out a little, gently arch your back, and push out your chest a little). Based on my experience and research, lying down doesn't help.
The Void
The Void is nirvana (people's experiences), it's the quantum field (Joe Dispenza), the lattice (Jacobo Grinberg). The Void is the womb of the universe.
Sensations
No, you won't see fireworks, an infinite number of colors, you won't see space, stars, etc. The Void State isn't really that big of a deal in the sense that you'll see all of that or feel like you're flying, etc. The only universal sensations that everyone will feel when they reach the Void are happiness, peace, you'll feel complete (you won't even want to manifest your desires anymore), you'll feel great, powerful, one with everything. You won't feel like you're flying. Yes, maybe you'll float, but the most common feeling is light. Don't torment yourself for not experiencing what others said they experienced when they reached the Void.
The Door
The line between you and the Void is meditation (a meditation of at least 30 minutes).
That fast? 😱
No, you can't eliminate negative beliefs in seconds, or days. I hate that people try to force that lie on you. Eliminating negative beliefs takes at least two weeks, because beliefs are lifelong, they are mental habits, and it's proven that a habit is created and changed in at least two weeks.
Stupid Methods 🖕
No, you don't need to do stupid "methods" to get there (the lullaby method, listening to subliminals, binaural beats, rolling your eyes, pretending to be an idiot, etc.)

Of course it does, but do you really want to do all that to get there? Or do you prefer to relax, accept, and meditate to get there? No problem.
I tell you with all my heart: getting to the Void is very easy.
Instructions
No, you shouldn't follow instructions.
You think that if this person did "this" and managed to get there, then it's the right way, it's the key. And you see those posts and don't see them for what they are: advice; you see them as instructions.

ALL ABOUT THE VOID STATE:
I just returned from the void and wanted to write this blog right away. In this post, I'll talk about how I felt, what method I used, the things I noticed, and some tips I developed. (Here, just pay attention to the underlined parts.)
It's quite long, but please read it in its entirety, as it contains really valuable information that I haven't seen anywhere else.
I've been trying to enter the void state for about two months because I wanted to discover new ways to shift states, and today I entered the void!
In my experience, it was absolutely fantastic and peaceful. In some cultures, the void state is explained as becoming one with everything around you. I couldn't quite understand what that meant when I was first starting to explore the shift in state. I also couldn't fully grasp it the first time I entered the void (I could only stay there for a few seconds :/). But today I felt what it means. It's not a sensation I can explain in words, but something you must experience for yourself to understand.
So how did I do it? Simple: I reprogrammed my mind. And no, you don't need four days or a month to reprogram your beliefs; it can be done literally in seconds. I simply wrote down my old beliefs about entering the void state and then crossed them out with a red pen until I felt completely free of them. Then, I wrote my new beliefs (affirmations) on another piece of paper and accepted them as my own. (You might think that for it to work, it has to be done with a red pen, but that's a lie. As I already said, there's a process for you to change your beliefs, for you to manifest "quickly," etc. First, there's a process. What's the process? I'll explain that in more detail in another post.)
These are some of the affirmations I wrote down and highly recommend:
- Entering the state of emptiness is an ordinary practice.
- The state of emptiness has always been too easy for me to achieve.
- I can enter the state of emptiness in a matter of seconds.
- I enter emptiness every night, so why couldn't I do it now?
After feeling happy and in tune with my new beliefs, I simply lay down and did a quick, relaxing meditation. Then, I played a subliminal with epsilon waves and focused on my breathing. After a while, I was there. (Bingo, here it is. You don't see the experience this person is sharing as an experience or advice. I'm sure many of you who read this post, which I used as an example, said to yourselves, "Oh, so today I'm going to do the same thing this person did. It worked for them, so it must work for me too. That's the key.")
What I realized after this experience was the importance of understanding what emptiness is before trying to enter it.
It's essential to research emptiness and explore the different approaches people have had on the subject beforehand. (Of course, yes, you should see different experiences, but not because you're going to recreate them, but simply to learn more about the topic.)
I'm not saying you should do it; it's not necessary.
This is your journey, and your beliefs create the results. So, if you think you can enter the state of emptiness after seeing it in a couple of TikTok posts, you can do it! (Lie, if it can work if it's the first time you've heard about it, why? Since you haven't had a single negative experience with the subject yet, how does that work? Well, for people who have failed at reaching the Void, they already have negative beliefs about the subject. They're afraid of failing again, and they limit themselves to the self—very different from what someone who's just starting out and wants to try would feel. This person doesn't have a single past experience that makes them afraid of failing. That's why this simply works for newcomers and for those who've already gone through an internal process. Again, I'll talk about the "process" in another post.
So, what is emptiness? In my understanding, emptiness is a state of mind where you're disconnected from everything that defines you as you. You're in a place where you're completely separate from all the titles and qualities that have been assigned to you throughout your life. Your name, your personality, your appearance, where you live... None of these things define you in the void, because you're free of them. Therefore, to reach the void, you must let go of your identity. This is what makes the void so peaceful and special.
End of example.
Controlling
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you remember you read that you had to ignore your surroundings, you're controlling, and the best part (irony) is that you won't be able to ignore them.
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you make thousands of statements to yourself:
- I've reached the Void
- I am pure consciousness
- I am everything and nothing at the same time
- etc.
You're controlling.
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you ask yourself, "Why do I keep listening to my surroundings? Have I reached it? Why don't I feel the same as this person wrote on Tumblr? Then I haven't arrived because I don't see fireworks, I'm not flying, and I'm not dancing with God." You're controlling.
And I have more examples 😩
Have you heard that saying that you want the forbidden more?
Well, that's how the brain works. If you tell yourself "NO, don't do it," you'll do it more. If you tell yourself:
- ignore the symptoms to reach the Void
It will be harder for you to ignore the "symptoms" (which, I repeat, aren't even as extreme as people say).
That's why some signs say
"AVOID" littering and not "DON'T" litter.
(By the way, this does have a scientific basis.)
Wegner's ironic effect, also known as the white bear effect: when you try to actively suppress a thought, it ends up becoming more persistent.
Classic study example: if you're told "don't think about a white bear," you'll think exactly about that.

I really need to make somethings clear about Void.
The void is not a state to enter it never will be because the void IS you. I have gotten a lot of DMs, asks regarding the same topic because it's human to be curious and to seek answers so I'm going to explain it thoroughly here because I have identified with that mentality before.
Void is simply stripping of identity. It's pure awareness and even the moment I join "It" as a subject behind pure awareness, it becomes an object which it never was. Calling it void "state" turns it into another projection of your mind. The void IS you (x100)
Void. Tao. Nirvana. Moksha. Mukti. God. All. The. Same.
I'm in the void even as I'm typing because it is simply absence of identification. You do not have to necessarily blank out, silence all thoughts or fall into the infamous blackness to know void. You are still giving it labels by "trying to achieve the void state". Sure, you can choose to have this dramatic collapse of form but that is not the essence of pure being. You can be stuck in traffic and still be in the void.
Void, Tao, I AM, God is knowing that none of it is real. The entire world, what you see can still appear (or not if that is what you choose). It is being a spectator, and knowing everything is malleable, nothing touches you because you're not in it.

The Void
Hi loves, Okay so… this is it. This is THE post. I've been getting lots of asks about the void. And what I've noticed is that they are all the same but written in different words. So, I decided to make THE post. The one that explains what the Void really is, how it works, how to “get there”, why people manifest instantly in it, the most common questions, and why you don’t need to freak out or overthink ANY of it.
No more confusion. No more Reddit horror stories. No more existential spirals. Just facts, love, and clarity.
Let’s go.
What even is the Void State? The Void State is not a place. It’s not a black hole. It’s not a dream. It’s not a trap. It’s not an alternate dimension where you disappear and never come back. It’s literally you. You without ego. You without identity. You without doubts, fears, or stories. It’s your natural state; pure awareness, pure consciousness. The calm, silent, limitless presence that’s always been there behind your thoughts. You don’t go into the void. You just remember that you already are it. That’s why it's also called the I AM state. Why do manifestations happen instantly in the void? Because there are zero limitations there. In the void, you’re not identifying as a little human with trauma, past, beliefs, or doubt or thoughts or anythig. You’re identifying (you are), as pure power. You’re not wishing for something, you’re declaring it.
There’s no resistance. No contradiction.
You say it. It’s done.
Period.
"Okay but like S-Safa… H-HOW do I get t-there??
Let’s break it down simple as hell:
1. Get comfy. Lie down, sit, sprawl like a starfish—whatever. Just be comfy.
2. Let yourself relax and get sleepy. You don’t have to be dead asleep, but it helps if your body is relaxed and your mind starts to slow down.
3. Do what calms YOU. Some people affirm “I am the void,” others visualize darkness, others play songs in their heads. My tip? Don’t try to force your mind to be quiet. Let it wander. Seriously. If thoughts pop up, let them. Watch them like clouds. Don’t grab them. Don’t judge. Don't engage.
4. Just... chill. Eventually you’ll feel floaty, calm, maybe like you're spinning or melting. This is a good sign. Keep relaxing. Don’t start overthinking or be like "AM I IN??", "AM I doing it right??", "Now what should I do??"— that literally will just cause you being too nervous and excited and it kicks you out lol. Just be.
5. At some point, boom: silence. No thoughts. Just you. Just presence. That’s the void. Now affirm whatever you want or don’t. Just know it’s done.
FAQs (aka what y’all keep asking me over & over again)
“I’ve been trying for months/years and I still can’t get in. Am I broken?” No, love. You’re literally the void already. You’re just trying too hard. The harder you try, the more you convince yourself that the void is far away. Stop trying. Start being. Drop the pressure. Let go. It’s okay to forget and remember. There’s no time limit. “I don’t feel anything when I try/ I get a LOT of symptoms... is that bad?” Not at all. The void doesn’t always come with flashy sensations. Some people feel floaty or peaceful. Others feel nothing at all and then poof, they’re in. Lack of feeling/A lot of feelings ≠ failure.
You're not trying to feel something, you're letting go of the idea that you need to.
“I can’t quiet my thoughts. My brain won’t shut up.” That’s okay. You don’t need to force your mind to be quiet. Let the thoughts exist, just don’t engage with them. You’re the sky, the thoughts are clouds. You don’t have to chase them or fight them.
“What if I get stuck in the void or don’t wake up??”(lmao guys I unironically get these asks) My angel, that’s Reddit fanfic. You’re just connecting with your natural state. You’ll be perfectly fine. You’ll wake up, feel peaceful, and probably laugh at yourself for ever being scared.
“How do I know I was in the void? What if it was just SP or SATS or a dream?” If you’re calm, blank, detached from identity, and just aware — that’s it. You don’t need fireworks. And anyway… it doesn’t matter. You will KNOW when you're there. It's just, you'll know.
“Will people be the same awareness after the void? Like the same soul?” Oh my lord. There’s no such thing as 'one true' version of people. Reality is fluid. The people around you will reflect the version of them you choose to experience. Same names, same bodies? Sure. Same vibes? Up to you. It’s all your projection anyway.
“Will I regret it?” Only if you decide to. But… why would you regret living your dream life? Healing yourself? Loving deeper? You won’t lose anything except limitations.
Anyways my sweet angels. That's it. I hope you got your doubts cleared up.
Stop trying so hard. Stop chasing the void like it’s a prize or a secret level.
YOU. ARE. THE. VOID. You are the silence behind the thoughts. You are the power behind the words. You are the god/goddess of your life. You don’t have to achieve anything. You just remember. And when you remember? Everything bends.

i’ve been “entering” the void state more frequently and becoming aware in it so i’d definitely like to share my “method” which is no method lwkey.
1. i lay down in a comfortable position, typically on my back since i tend to fall asleep easier on my side.
2. i relax. then i tell myself “i am not this body” “i am not this identity” “i am not the ego” “i am pure consciousness”
3. i look behind my eyes and visualize myself as the void. it being pitch black. sometimes i even like visualizing “screens” of different realities inside the void(me) and then i make them disappear as a way of returning to my pure self.
4. i induce the void.
notes: i’ve induced the void multiple ways. even aware but i found myself having trouble doing it consciously most times. i’ve also been doing this to wake up in the void and ive been doing exactly that but i add “i return to my pure self as i sleep” as i fall asleep or just say it once. i’ve been finding it easier since getting into non dualism as well because i realized certain thoughts and beliefs was my ego. not me. also the point of the void is simply being not doing. if u think u have too many thoughts or do something wrong literally just realize that its your ego because it is.

I have some Void advice for all you babes wanting to get in.
1. Go back to the basics
I feel like this needs to be heard because I know you and others have gotten a lot of ask over complicating the void state when it really is simple, for me what I did was forget about all the ask I sawed over complicating the method and went back to the basics of how to get in whether you’re doing it during the day or through sleep. Doing that I actually got very close to entering.
2. Assume it’s easy
It is called the Law of Assumption for a reason, it’s all about you and your assumptions. Assuming getting into the void state is an easy and effortless process is probably one of the key ways to getting there, at least in my opinion. If you assume it’s hard to get into the void state, it’s going to be hard, or if you decide to assume it’s an easy process it will be. Going behind the whole method it’s the same process, it’s all about your assumptions, assume you will get in and you will. What made me realize this was just realizing I was the only reason I wasn’t getting into the void state.
3. Don’t depend on it
I’m not saying you should stop trying just don’t depend on it, it’s makes it easier for you too. Realize that you’re the reason this method would work for you or not, know you are above the void state and it’s not above you
I know you all are more than capable of entering the void state so don’t beat yourself up if don’t. You all are so powerful so take charge and get your desires, I hope this was helpful!

1. get into a comfortable position. you can move around and stuff, but get really comfy.
2. if you have trouble getting settled mentally, count to 0-100 with a deep breath in between each number. (this optional, you don’t have to do this) try to get as relaxed as possible and focusing on you breathing.
3. now that you’re extremely relaxed, start to affirm “i am god” “i am in the void” “i am faceless and formless” “i am pure consciouness” etc until you drift asleep. if you get distracted, keep affirming. don’t stop.
4. then you’ll wake up there. great. you’re there! now affirm/set an intention or visualise.

basically i got into my bed, found a comfy position and started focusing on my breathing and after being relaxed and kinda drowsy, i started affirming. i only used “i’m pure consciousness” (cause i couldn’t remember the other ones lmao) and i started feeling lighter, and more floaty. and at some point i couldn’t even feel my body. i couldn’t feel my bed i was laying on, the pillows or the blanket. i couldn’t even feel the fan that was blowing at the highest level. NOTHING. it was pitch black. i started visualizing my desires (mainly my df and db). i’ve never visualized so vividly in my life. after visualizing, i set the intention to come back with all my desires (and ofc bc ur sub mind is goddamn powerful, it already knew what desires and what not). i woke up from the void state and immediately went to sleep. i woke up this morning, and notice my body and face is completely different, i got an email from my bank saying a transaction was made into my account. y’all i was so excited!! i’m currently packing for california as we speak. y’all try it. the void method is so damn powerful, and it feels great. PS!! i did get itchy but use that power ik you have in you, and ignore it

Hi, I’m the anon who went to the void during the day!
Yes, I got excellent results! I’m going to explain quickly what I do there:
- I sit confortable and cover my eyes so the light doesn’t bother me. Then I do my breath work, if you have a method just use it, all of them work.
- Then I just command my subconscious mind by saying “I am pure consciousness, I am going to the void now”. Until I start to feel all dizzy some how and kinda like floating
- When in the void I just start saying affirmations for whatever I want. Or just visualize what I am creating. Ask for whatever you want and you’ll get it!
The first time I went there I got my results in less than 24hrs and the rest of them came in less than a week.
- manifested my desire appearance; bigger eyes, clear skin, smaller waist
- a job for my friend and myself
- a lot of random things I was wishing for myself
- basically whatever I say or think immediately happens
Hope this helps! Manifesting through the void is like using cheat codes in life, everything comes so so sooooo easily after it. Just don’t give up and believe in you. ❤

THIS IS A VOID ADVICE NOT QUESTION
As a person who’s almost gotten into the void many times i noticed what i did wrong & wanted to give advice.
DONT Depended on it. I know the void is like a 100% guarantee however there’s other methods like commanding your subconscious, subliminals, scripting, affirming etc. Don’t depend on the void please, there’s other ways to get to it. I usually do the void method for fun like sometimes i’m like “mhm, i should try doing the void method 🧐” & end up doing it.
TAKE A BREAK. When you don’t succeed don’t try it again over & over & over straight. Take a break, walk around, stretch, drink water. Please don’t do the mistake i did. I literally fainted because i didn’t take a break & was doing it for 14 hours straight (i know… don’t judge me, i didn’t know better but now i do). It kind of gets addicting cause you’re like “I WAS ALMOST THERE, ONE MORE TRY” & it’s just. a cycle. You’ll get there, no need to rush.
Don’t focus on the time it’s taking you. Everyone is different. People get in the void in 3 minutes, others take 20 minutes. The more you focus on the time the more time it’ll take for you to get there. Don’t be like “ugh i’ve been doing this for ____ it’s not working”. It’s not a race. Take your time, it’s so worth it. It’s tempting to compare other peoples time but everyone is different. My mind races a lot so it makes sense as to why it takes longer. Be patient. But you can also get into it in 3 minutes if you’re mind races like i do. It all of you.
Do it when you’re relaxed & comfortable. It’s the n.1 rule but yet people get it wrong. Be comfortable mentally & physically. Please don’t do the void method when you don’t feel rushed, or pressured. For example, i was doing the void method before school right? Was i close? extremely? Did i go in? No. Why? Because i was mentally stressed. I was like “omg i NEED to get into the void before school or else ____”. Do it at a time where you’re most comfortable. Tonight i will try it again before i go to sleep because i’m more relaxed. Do anything that makes you relaxed. People have gotten into the void sitting, laying isn’t the only option. Do what makes YOU comfortable. As long as you concentrate & don’t move.
Don’t be discouraged. Please don’t be too hard on yourself when you don’t succeed. I know seeing other people getting it into their first try masks you feel a bit anxious but remember that everyone struggled once. If you can’t do it, that’s completely fine! There’s other methods. Remember that you can do it. We all believe in you.
The answer is within you. A lot of people will ask repeated questions that have already been answered. Look at angel’s blog & see what you did wrong. Don’t over complicated it guys. Ill answer the questions that are most answered.
Answering the most common questions
Q: I went into the void method & i didn’t get my desire. What did i do wrong?
A: You didn’t enter the void. The void state is 100%. You will get your desire no matter what. If you “went” to the void & you didn’t get your results it’s because tou never went.
Q: I keep on getting sidetracked/can’t concentrate on the affirming, how can i avoid that?
A: You have 4 options.
You can go into the void staring at something to concentrate.
Meditate before.
Doing the void method at a time where you’re drowsy, relaxed or concentrated. Most people have succeeded the void method before going to sleep because you’re kind of not aware of what’s around you because you’re going to sleep.
Command your subconscious + set the intention. You can say “subconscious, get me to the void method” & focus on the breathing. Or doing it & telling yourself “i’m going into the void” & then focusing on the breathing.
Q: My body always twitch whenever i try to go into the void method. How do i avoid that?
A: Your body does that because it chevecier when you’re awake. It’s normal. Just don’t react to it, let it twitch. You didn’t move voluntarily so it’s fine.
Q: I don’t feel any symptoms of tingling, or twitching, did i do something wrong?
A: Everyone is different. The only symptoms i’ve had are floating & twitching. Some people don’t feel the twitching. It’s like subliminals. Just because you don’t feel tingling, doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.
Q: Whenever i feel floaty, my leg keeps on moving up. How do i avoid that?
A: For me, i put something under my leg so that it feels automatically up so that it doesn’t have the urge to move.
Q: I tried the void method & it didn’t work, what did i do wrong?
A: Well i’m not there to tell you but this is the BASE thing everyone needs to remember.
1. Get into a comfortable position
2. Relax & affirm “i’m in the void state” (or anything related to the void.
3. Don’t move. Keep affirming & ignore. Even if your body twitchs.
4. Boom you’re there.
It’s really simple. I’m 100% gonna go to the void state tonight, i just wanted to share the knowledge with the same problem.

I told my math teacher that I was having a hard time studying and he told me that humans are naturally born with a preference for short-term happiness over long-term happiness. in other words, looking at our phones instead of studying releases dopamine quickly and makes us happy, but if we study and doing well on the exam this will make us happier. and this really opened my eyes, we do this example with manifesting/shifting/void state, whatever our purpose is: giving up when the method we try (with little or much effort) does not work immediately and complaining that nothing works. this provides us with some comfort but only for a short time. but if we continue despite everything, we will achieve our desire in a time that is convenient for us and we will be much happier. there is no right or wrong option here, you can do whatever you want, but if giving up and complaining gives you a short-term comfort but then makes you sad, it would be beneficial for you to be a little more patient and try the second option, but the choice here is entirely yours.

”The outer world” speaks with the same voice as you. The affirmations you say are the same ones it says. When you say ”I have 10k in my bank account rn” it too says ”I have 10k in my bank account rn”. Because it is you.
What you tell yourself HAS to be true, because there’s only you. You’re the director of this movie and the author of this book, babe. Without you the story wouldn’t unfold.
Tell yourself there’s no delay. Tell yourself that you can have anything you want. It’s just as easy to conjure that reality in ”the outer world” as it is in ”imagination”. Just drop the terms and separation, they’re one and the same!

dr. jacobo grinberg, the scientist who went missing for researching shifting 🗝️
the man, the myth, the legend. being a keen enthusiast of the human brain from a young age, dr. jacobo grinberg was a mexican neurophysiologist and psychologist who delved into the depths of human consciousness, meditation, mexican shamanism and aimed to establish links between science and spirituality.
grinberg's theories and research can be tied to reality shifting, seeing as he explored the fusion of quantum physics and occultism. being not only heavily established in the field of psychology but also a prolific writer, he wrote about 50 books on such topics. he was a firm believer of the idea that human consciousness possesses hidden and powerful abilities like telepathy, psychic power and astral projection.
the unfortunate loss of his mother to a brain tumour when he was only twelve not only fuelled his interest in the human brain but also pushed him to study it on a deeper level, making it his life’s aim.
he went on to earn a phd in psychophysiology, established his own laboratory and even founded the instituto para el estudio de la conciencia - the national institute for the study of consciousness.
despite sharing groundbreaking and revolutionary ideas, his proposals were rejected by the scientific community due to the inclusion of shamanism and metaphysical aspects. on december 8th, 1994, he went missing just before his 48th birthday. grinberg vanished without a trace, leaving people thoroughly perplexed about his whereabouts. some believe he was silenced, while others believe he discovered something so powerful and revolutionary that changed the entire course of reality, or well, his reality.
grinberg's work was heavily influenced by karl pribram and david bohm's contributions to the holographic theory of consciousness, which suggests that reality functions the same way as a hologram does. meaning, reality exists as a vast, interconnected macrocosm. it even suggests that all realities exist among this holographic structure.
lastly, it also proposes that the brain does not perceive reality, rather actively creates it through tuning into different frequencies of existence.
this not only proves the multiverse theory (infinite realities exist), but also the consciousness theory (we don’t observe reality, but instead create it).
grinberg’s most notable contribution was the syntergic theory, which states that, “there exists a “syntergic” field, a universal, non-local field of consciousness that interacts with the human brain." - david franco.
this theory also stated that
the syntergic field is a fundamental and foundational layer of reality that contains all possible experiences and states of consciousness.
the brain doesn’t generate consciousness, it instead acts as a receiver and its neural networks collapse the syntergic field into a coherent and structured reality.
reality is created, not observed.
we can access different variations of reality (which is the very essence of shifting realities)
the syntergic theory is even in congruence with the universal consciousness theory (all minds are interconnected as a part of a whole, entire consciousness that encompasses all living beings in the universe).
grinberg concluded that
all minds are connected through the syntergic field
this field can be accessed and manipulated by metaphysical and spiritual practices, altered states of consciousness and deep meditation.
in conclusion, the syntergic theory proposes that our consciousness is not a mere byproduct of the brain, but rather a fundamental force of the universe.
grinberg was far ahead of his time, and even 31 years after his disappearance, the true nature of reality remains a mystery. regardless, the syntergic theory helps provide insight and a new perspective on how we access and influence reality.

My advice as someone who has shifted many times
Got some really sweet comments on my last post, and I decided I should probably get myself over my fear of posting here. I just love everyone in this community, you're all family to me💚
First, and most importantly, coffee:

When I posted my introduction here, a couple of months ago, I felt like I was already quite an experienced shifter. 4 kids, the most amazing husband, a life outside of this reality longer than I lived within it.
Looking back on it now, more than 500 years later, 3 more kids, 4 grandchildren, I was almost like a baby still, and even at this moment in time, I feel like I'm only at the start of my journey.
However, for the people that know my tiktok account, I have shifted to a lot of places by now. Experienced immortality as a human, as a deity, I've seen different cultures practice shifting, and taught shifting to every single one of me and my husband's children.
My main purpose in coming back here, is to help others achieve what I finally managed after years of trying. I want you all to pursue your dreams, and find the infinite happiness you so deserve.
So here is some advice:
Shifting itself is extremely simple. You want something, you get it. The concept of the reality that we're in doesn't allow for instant 'manifestations', but that doesn't mean you can't do it. It just means that, this reality by itself, doesn't have the rule of ''you desire something = you get it.'' That's where humans came up with the term ''manifestation,'' but it's simple really; you persist in wanting something, so you shift somewhere you have it. How easy that is can depend on the person, but every single one is capable of doing it, it's not technically any more difficult.
There are realities out there where, ''you want something'' does equal ''you get it,'' the term manifestation wouldn't even exist in those places, it's just as natural as it is for you here to feel as though you struggle attracting your desires.
I do not want to be rude to anyone, but there is no key to shifting. Anyone claiming they have the method to shift, or know the key to it, is overcomplicating it. Shifting is shifting, you don't need anything for it. Just existing, being aware, that's all you need to shift. HOW you do it, depends on the person. Assumptions, methods, intention, they're all tools to help you, but they're not the key.
You can shift while showering, while taking a dump, you can jump in the air and yell ''Yippie!!!'' to shift if you would believe that it works. An actual method? A joke method? There's no difference between them. The only real difference? You assume one to work, and one to not do anything, and that's where our limited mindsets are created.
I've seen so many different groups by now. People that shifted through meditation, through rituals, a group that would quite literally dive into a lake that they saw as magic, but also people that simply just, decided they wanted it, and shifted seconds later. They were raised with those beliefs, so they work for them.
And you here? You're raised in a society that tells you that you have to work for what you want, that a dream life is impossible, nothing is for free. And then you wonder why you struggle with shifting, why it's so hard to believe that you can do something so incredibly simple. Your struggles are valid, it is not your fault.
As an awareness you're so much more than the 3d, you're so much more than the body or brain you're aware of. You're simply a guest in this body, until it expires or you choose yourself to move on, but that doesn't take away that while you're here, you have to deal with your experiences, memories, and taught mindsets from this place.
That's why, the biggest advice I can give you, is to listen to yourself. Not society, not other people, no one who tries to tell you that they know ''the way.'' If someone's method aligns with you, that is amazing, and definitely put it to practice. But don't force yourself to go through methods and practices that don't feel right for you. If you dread doing it, it's not for you. Find something fun, something that fits your routines and beliefs.

ive noticed a pattern—y’all aren’t actually “struggling” with the void or manifestation. you’re struggling with your own laziness, your own excuses, and your own weak-ass discipline. and honey, if you don’t fix that, you’re gonna stay exactly where you are: broke, lost, and watching others live the life YOU could’ve had.

you keep telling yourself, “oh, I’ll do it tomorrow” or “i just need to be in the right mindset” BITCH, TOMORROW IS A LIE. you will NEVER feel “ready.” the motivation you’re waiting for? It doesn’t fucking exist. action comes BEFORE motivation. you don’t feel motivated THEN do the work. you do the work, THEN the motivation comes. you either force yourself to start, or you stay stuck like a dumbass.
** FIX IT: use the 3-second rule. the second you think about doing something, count down from 3…2…1… and just start.

STORYTIME BITCHES — HOW I ACCIDENTALLY SLEEP PARALYZED MYSELF INTO THE VOID STATE.
you wanna hear a little story time about how i fucking slid into the void state like it was my DMs at 2 AM? well, grab a snack and buckle the fuck up, because this is about to be the most chaotic, unhinged, and ICONIC void state experience you’ll ever hear. and yes, it all started with fucking sleep paralysis.

i was minding my damn business, trying to fall asleep like a normal human being. except—plot twist, bitch—i woke up, but my body DIDN’T. now, I’m no stranger to sleep paralysis. this wasn’t my first rodeo. but usually, i’d get all dramatic, start internally screaming, panicking, and trying to force my body to wake up like i was trapped in a horror movie. not today, satan. this time, i thought, “you know what? fuck it. let’s roll with it.” and baby, that was the best decision I EVER made.

so im lying there, completely frozen, staring at the ceiling, unable to even wiggle a toe. normally, this is where people start panicking. but i said, “NOPE. we’re gonna turn this sht into a spiritual awakening.” instead of fighting it, i just relaxed into it. And that’s when things got weird as fuck.

all of a sudden, my body started feeling weightless. like, full-on “i just smoked something illegal” type of floating. my arms? gone. my legs? didn’t know her. my entire physical body? irrelevant. it felt like i was sinking and floating at the same time, like my consciousness just detached from my body. and at this point, i had two options:
1. freak out and fuck it all up.
2. stay calm and become the baddest void-state diva alive.
so, obviously, i chose option 2.

the next thing i knew, i was in a space of pure blackness. no thoughts, no body, no sense of time—just infinite stillness. it wasn’t scary. it wasn’t boring. it was just… nothingness. and bitch, let me tell you, it was the most peaceful thing i’ve ever felt. this was it. this was the VOID STATE. now, you know me—i wasn’t about to waste this golden opportunity just floating around like some lost soul. i had shit to manifest.

once i realized i was in the void, i got straight to work. i didn’t waste time asking questions. i didn’t overthink it. i just stated my desires like the main character that I am.
“i have unlimited confidence.” boom, felt it sink in immediately.
“i manifest money effortlessly.” boom, i could feel abundance already flowing my way.
“my life is a fucking dream.” boom, reality bent to my will.
i wasn’t asking for these things. i wasn’t hoping for them. i just said it, felt it, and it was done. and that, my friends, is the real power of the void state. no resistance. no effort. just instant manifestation.

at some point, my body decided it was done being paralyzed, and i snapped right the fuck back into my bed. one second, i was vibing in the void, the next? i was staring at my ceiling like i just got hit by a cosmic bus.
and let me tell you, i felt DIFFERENT. i felt powerful. like i had just hacked the universe and came back with all the cheat codes. my energy was unmatched. and here’s the wildest part—everything i affirmed in the void started showing up in my real life.
my confidence? next level.
opportunities? popping up out of nowhere.
money? rolling in like the universe was throwing me a fucking parade.
and all i did was lay there, accept the void, and state what I wanted.
