UPDATE!

So Brian is now in PA with his family! We’re really relieved and happy about that. A very kind friend bought him a plane ticket and we’re very grateful. We still need some help. Brian wants to payback his friend for the plane ticket and my mother for giving him the money he needed in his last week in California. And some help to make the time he’s spending getting a job and surviving to his first paycheck would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Brian’s in kinda a sticky spot again

He did really well with his rides this weekend (we found awesome coping skills for the general anxiety of dealing with people all day and stuff, he’s been getting more tips and being more relaxed so clearly working yay!) and he’s been getting rides again already (that will be on next weeks paycheck). And we have enough for the phone bill (that we managed to push off for a couple days so he could actually work through the weekend… he needs the phone to take rides with lyft) but it kinda taps him out so he’s worried about food and gas money.

(plus his family’s been giving him shit lately so he’s been stressed and it’s sad)

So if anyone wants to toss a couple of bucks at him, that would be wonderful! Like super awesome.

Also my etsy shop is still up! I’ll be putting up some new things soon too (I got some nice poster/wall hanging things I’m happy about)

I’m also thinking about photographing and putting up some of my knitted things so keep an eye out for that too.

A donations request

So for the unaware, I am currently back living with my mom for a few months while Brian is in California putting together his martial arts/fitness-y job (and I’ve only been seeing some of what he’s doing and gosh it’s freaking intense), apartment searching, trying to eat regularly, stuff like that. (he’s also currently sleeping in the gym building so one step removed from homeless) So we’re really broke.

And like my mom is feeding and housing me so I’m pretty stable but there’s stuff my mom can’t/won’t pay for. Like my sleep meds or public transit fees if I need to get around when she’s at work. And she’s already doing so so much for me. And Brian still has phone bills and needs laundry money and to supplement his limited food budget and stuff like that.
