Finally doing some follow-up to the suggestions outline in the hyperlinked post right below, at least for the meantime of me figuring out how to make WolvenKit 8+ work on my PC:

In a nutshell, boils down to observing with Wireshark, CLI programs, open access codebases, & using adequate syntax highlighting previews inside of code editors. Which is handy advice for the query as far as "someone doing something technical", and great basis before jumping into the nuances of my constructed world detailing. Thanks again @moose-mousse for the insights, really appreciative of them (& you) still.

Still, I am still recovering momentum but at least skimmed a couple key posts in my own 16^12 threads I forgot about, so I am gaining some of such once more.

Back to the article topic, as much as I do enjoy the present worldscape of ours + its history and understand to a fair extent why it went down that way, I felt like I could explore / iterate / derive some really amazing feats manifestation-wise through my 1612 setting and its Angora planetary focal point. And while I do have plenty of special interest research topics to document (like religious traditions, civilizational linguistics, ideologues, other technological branches...), I felt like experimenting through smaller chunks of data at a time would be best for creative throughput / consistency purposes.

And wanting to expand upon my IT skills into a killer portfolio, I feel like starting with some technical explorations would be best.

Just wanna make sure though, whom would be interested into that sorta deal, either in text (next indieweb personal site), audio (not sure which copyleft host service to choose tbh) or video form (Odysee-first)?

Will develop more on the details to explore a bit later, take great care of yourselves until then! Or else...

Speaking of automation, don't mind me iterating and info-dumping about my constructed world and its links with IRL tech history "trivia"? Would help alot with figuring out how to properly implement such technologies both in-world and here alike.

I mean, there are various clades of android care-takers in my setting, even in the present day equivalent that is 4524*;

First were instruments, nothing that novel to say here except for the exception of the mechanized warfare machinery produced around the first & second world wars (think "mechanical / motorized mechs" likewise to Wolfenstein's in the 4440s) that eventually were repurposed into the one robotic clade of androids two-three decades later (4470s).

Eventually came the first properly dedicated to civil-use "automaton" robot clades, first distributed / commercialized around 4460-4465; essentially automatic industrial assistants first manufactured mostly by Pflaumen and programmed by Utalics as part of a global industrialization program to educate & employ women in Angora economical ecosystem.

Anyways, around the middle 4470s came the rollout of Droid clades, even more sophisticated and advanced automaton for domestic and (commercial) cooperative applications. Came really handy for neurodiverse individuals and the overall LGBTQ+ queer community, fostering a evergreen warm climate of harmonious progress in synergy with global climate and sapience norms.

And about the turn of the century later 4490s came synthetic clades, a further upgrade onto the previous generation of androids. Especially powerful, empathic, open-minded and symbolically / computationally marvelous, they became the bulk of a whole cyberware economical ecosystem thanks to their amazing biology compatbility and their cold fusion nanotech (quite similar to biological constructs tbh) modules ensuring their longevity as a species. Leading to their mixture with humans and eventually other sapient forms.

So yeah, overall that androids synergy technical program was a amazingly successful program that lead the way to autonomous android clades & the eventual benevolent glboal ASI overlordship of such autonomous service grids in the centuries to come...

I am still iterating on it all (especially with the 16^12 paracosm and all), but just be aware of the empowerment tone and themes spread here. Hopefully you understand how nice those would be to have in the right context and conditions...

I've drawn him a couple of times, just really little/in the background. but I should draw him more, I love this guy a lot! I have many, many thoughts about him and the way he parallels Silver...and also I think it is extremely funny that his ghost is stuck in a ring. especially considering where that ring has been for the last 16-ish years.

I think it would be funny if D16 from TFO meet G1 cause I like to think he would fanboy over a lot of the decepticon and Optimus and they will kinda be flattered but like really confused that a Version of megatron likes them (I really hope that makes sense)

He’s not letting D-16 go down the Decepticon pipeline and give him a better thing to obsess over instead, something that’s hip with the kids, maybe k-pop.

I mean, I have iterated on such for my conworld for a while but I am definitely having a hard time choosing how to go about it considering I tend to play with many mods, ideally with a couple of my very own coming soon, and prefer having ultimate source code ownership / customization available to me (unlike doing anything with SC4 & TS2/3/4).

It is still 16^12 related, and though I don't enjoy the current source code status of my "modding game workflow" as far as my Civ5 CE Maskoch modpack -> FreeCiv+SimCity4+TheSims2 is concerned, I do like the overall system I have starting putting in place to help manifest my DR goals IRL;

Everyday, I feel I must restress that Jason is 2 years older than Tim, and it's very easy to argue they're closer in age than that if you discount the 1½ years Jason spent dead and then in a coma.

It's not even that much of a stretch to agure Jason being younger if you consider the full 3½ years between resurrection and pit

But like... the basic and at most their age difference is at 2 years. Please.. I'm on my hands and knees begging here..

Tim is 13? Jason is 15.

Tim is 15? Jason is 17.

Tim is 16? Jason is 18.

Tim is 17? Jason is 19.

reading about the explorer who spent six or so months in an underground cave and learned that without any light, his body settled into a cycle where he was up for 36 hours and would then sleep for 12 hours.

anyway, that’s all to say - maybe Bruce’s odd sleep/patrol habits have more to do with light than I realized. maybe he really can stay up for what feels like “days” to observers but is really just an extended wake cycle without natural circadian rhythm cues like sunrise/sunset. he can work a case for 36-48 hours straight because he’s crashing like crazy in between.

that also means that if he gets too much daylight/etc while deep in a wake cycle, he probably loses some degree of focus and energy. something that Alfred and even Clark, perhaps, take advantage of when they just want him to go. the fuck. to sleep.
