お晩です。年末にしか更新されないこちらのページ、今年も登場です。

今年自分の中での一番大きな出来事としては、高校生��時に組んで以来、コピーをして遊んでいた時期も含めると10年間なんとかずっと活動していたmagic loveが活動休止になりました。すべてにおいてmagic love中心の生活を続けてきていたんだけど、正直元々の活動ペースがめちゃくちゃゆったりだったからあんまり活動休止の実感が湧いてないです。

magic loveは各々がバンド以外のことでも活動をしていて、一旦それぞれがそれぞれの事に向き合おうというのが今回の活動休止の理由かなと。かなりマイペースな活動だったけど、これでも僕たちには少しペースが速かったみたいで、気持ち的には本当に休憩しますって感じです。

なので2〜3年で戻ってこれるかもしれないし、10年ぐらいかかるかもしれないし...今はなんとも言えないんだけどmagic loveをやりたいなとみんな思ってます。

とりあえず来年はレコーディング・PAを本腰を入れてやりたいので、もし興味あればどんどん声かけてください。

あとは少しずつソロでの宅録活動をしてみようかなと思っていて、とりあえず勢いでベースを買いました。

存在感薄いので忘れられないように頑張りたい。

2017年リリースされた作品で好きなものを10枚選びました。毎年のように好きなもの・よく聴いたものです。

一番好きなアーティストであるBECKの最新作が本当に最高でした。

BEST MOVIES OF THE DECADE (2010-2019)

For no other reason than because I’ve seen a slew of these today and they’re all horrendous.

NOTE: It’s weird because as I’ve been looking at what year these films came out some websites list films as coming one year and some lists them as another. I did the best I could based on the info I remembered.

NOTE #2: To be fair, I haven’t kept track of the movies I watched each year so I had to go back and look at list of yearly releases and what not to make this. There is a very real chance that I’m forgetting some stunning indies I loved and that faded into darkness.

2017年上半期よく聴いた旧譜はこちら。

2016年末からの1年間で2回も入院したこともあり、音楽には刺激というよりも心地よさを求めていた気がします。

5月にCITY POP NIGHTというパーティに出演、8月にはユーミン（音でかかったな）と山下達郎（最前列でビビった）のコンサートへ行きました。ユーミン、達郎、まりやは、プロデュース作品やカヴァーも含めてCDや7インチで探してよく聴いていた気がします。まりやのRequestは30th Anniversary Editionを買いました。

まだまだプレイしたい曲が山ほどありますし、2018年の2月にHotoriでCITY POP NIGHTをふたたび開催することにしました。よろしくお願いします〜！
