lunch (12:15pm): soba, roasted pig and mixed vegetables with unknown amount of oil

afternoon snack (4:00pm): apricot yogurt and seven almonds; one coffee plus another coffee at 6pm

dinner (8:30pm): whole wheat basmati rice with chickpeas and tomatoes plus some cherries

daily log

today i avoided reality in the afternoon (from 4pm, after the snack, to 5:40pm) by sleeping. but before that i:

binged twice (plus one smaller binge) and purged twice

didn't go to the bar in the morning -> made me spiral for the whole morning and was followed by the first binge (boredom / void / emptiness)

didn't have plain white yogurt cus i have limited money for these ten days before i go on vacation and couldn't buy it -> made me spiral (change in routine) and was the reason why i didn't go to the bar (gotta save up to have twelve mere euros)

painted a blue base for a painting cus i was feeling blue

had a full blown mental breakdown about the "small binge" i had after lunch that made me :

rimuginate on every aspect of my pathetic life

self harm / almost impulsively do worse

have more violent self harming thoughts (see vent post i made at some point today)

cry for an hour

thankfully call my gf and explain through tears what was happening and she helped me calm down

on a brighter note, i :

realized i'm eleven days before my period -> can start taking one xanax pill every day (doc's prescription) hoping it will help

realized i've been stupid and avoided doing the TIPs because i thought i was doing better (expecting a scolding on wednesday but it is what it is, will do my best from tomorrow)

went on a walk while calling my gf at 6pm and it kinda helped with my mood a bit

rn it's half past 7 pm and i'm chilling in the garden. i feel trapped by the fact that i can't smoke more than 15 cigarettes a day otherwise i will not have the money to smoke but that will be more manageable tomorrow i hope

things that made me happy today:

walking

calling with my gf

seeing my best friend

my best friend being understanding when i told her i could barely exist and needed to sleep and couldn't see her

thinking about one ship i like and doodling it

being able to write a bit more

things i wanna do tomorrow:

go to the bar under my house and write

be consistent with my medication and TIPs frequency

see my great-aunt and great-uncle

go shopping/go out with my mum in the afternoon since i didn't today cus i was too tired and she was kinda irritated

go on with the gift (!!)

eat a brioche at the bar / at some point in the day

do a lil grocery shopping cus we are out of yogurts and basmati rice and couscous :((

✨ Christmas greeting & what to expect ✨

Hi friends!

As some of you may have noticed, I've posted three things today for you to enjoy during the Holidays.

I want to wish you a very merry Christmas and a wonderful 2025. I pray that it will be a good year to all of you with many blessings from the Lord! 🙏

This upcoming year, I'm planning to keep on writing about this amazing TV series.

A few things you can expect...

The requests for March will open up on January 2nd, 09:30am CET (Amsterdam time). This time around, they will be taken through Jotform instead of Google Forms (experiment). You may make 2 requests per person again. The same rules apply.

I have written a series to celebrate 100 one-shots! It centres around John and Big James both liking the reader, set before the show. I'm planning on releasing one chapter a week.

I will be updating my other works sporadically.

With this, I hope to kick off 2025 strongly! ☺️

I keep having the need to eat. I keep snacking on random stuff and while it's all under control and i either compensate for it or it's into the limit, i hate it and idk how to stop.

Anyway, today started yeah, with eating some stuff before breakfast cus I had to wait for my gf to wake up to eat that. It wasn't that much, i had the legumes snack and two cookies, but i hated not having the "self-control" to not eat them. After breakfast I also added a random cookie (a different one w a smily face and chocolate spread inside. it looked cute), but considering we slept until 11am and so i skipped the actual morning snack, i think it's all oke?

(main reason why i'm actually writing in here that I ate those. it's so weird to say it cus it's out of the meal plan but honestly i liked them and like it did help me with the feeling of hunger and getting into track with the daily intake that would have been low otherwise so,,,, yeaj,,,, idk)

Other than that all chill. My gf went home and that is sad, but i'll see her in two weeks so that's nice!! Groups went oke, and i even wanted to see my bff instead of feeling drained by her messages like usual! nice
