GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀

READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?

Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio/lifting weights. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.

🎀 new makeup styles - been loving smoky eyes and black waterlines, overlining with a muted brown, lash clusters, rhinestones, and more sultry details.

🎀 currently healing my gut - psyllium husk supplements, fiber, kombucha/prebiotic soda, chia seeds and an adequate amount of water have all become a part of my routine over the last month or so and i definitely feel different.
🍨 #prettiedup - bleach my hair, signature makeup routines, regular nail appointments (found a tech that i can rely on 🎀), korean skincare + african black soap, and anything else to boost my beauty.
🎀 got a personal trainer to maintain my “skinny bbl” look - i’m a tall girl with long legs and that with a tiny waist and round butt is so my look. currently training for it and i’m pretty happy so far. at this rate, by the end of march i’ll be at my goals.
🍨 building my vitamin and supplement routine - collagen, probiotics + prebiotics, maca, berberine, + some hum essentials.
🎀 my love of teas - cannot live without tea. it’s my favorite form of caffeine. and herbal teas always help me feel as if i’ve boosted my health. my favorite teas right now are green tea, matcha, and double spice chai. also love black, spearmint, and raspberry teas.
🍨 weekly digital detox - one day a week i go out of my way to avoid my phone. i simply rely on other things for entertainment, radio for music and try to interact with those around me.
🎀 hair extension wardrobe - tape ins in natural black and honey blonde, vixen sew ins with 30” bundles (i’m a tall girl so long hair to me is at least 26”)
🍨 cycle syncing - i’ve changed the way i eat depending on where i am in my menstrual cycle. i find my gut responds to the things i eat better. even with the time of day, being intentional with the way i live my life is so important to me now.
🎀 new personalized diet - high protein and low artificial sugar is pretty much what i’ve been following. what i typically eat in a day is berries, rice, oranges, lots of water, almond and peanut butter, etc. my fav sources of protein are grilled chicken, sushi, steak, salmon and eggs. of course i still like sweets they’re for sure few and far between.

🎀 trust in my intuition - it’s taken a while but i’m finally learning to trust myself. if my body is telling me to do something i do it, i don’t try to force what isn’t there, and i respect my mind by honoring the discerning abilities i was blessed with.
🍨 gratitude and thought reframing - so many things in my life changed for the better when i learned to flip my thoughts. in a glass half full fashion. it’s literally the law of assumption. i’m forever grateful for everyone and everything i have. and miss universe has only blessed me with more because i’m now so much more receptive.
🎀 no bull shit + not easily impressed - i literally have the shortest tolerance. i expect a certain standard of behavior from those that wish to be in my presence and this is because i give a certain level of care, consideration, authenticity and respect.
🍨 manifestation journal - my literal best friend. everything i write in my LOA journal comes true. i’m not exaggerating. i read it in the morning and tend to write in it before bed. i keep it right next to my bed along with some stickers and gel pens.

VOLUME I
Rindou who went through a long stage of denial about having to wear glasses before he finally admitted that he can’t see jackshit without them.
Mikey who genuinely stops and stares at every rainbow he sees. No matter where, no matter what situation, if the refraction hits his eye all pretty and colorful he‘s going to take a moment to appreciate it.
Kakucho who is a bitch for crystals. Diagnose him with a clear lack of Rose-quartz and push some shiny rocks in his hands and he's happy. He melts when he's presented with personalized crystal pouches and pretty rocks that he can caress in his pockets. He doesn't really buy the whole rocks as remedies thing but he likes the stones that come with it.
Izana who has a whole Ecosystem figured out for his aquarium. He takes it super seriously and makes sure that every tropic level is sufficiently cared for. The plants are non-invasive and regenerative, he has a moss-ball for natural filtration and the algae that he does allow is probiotic. also Izana who has a log book for his aquarium where he enters all the plants and fish he's gotten, how many times he's done a water change, and whenever a creature dies. It's the most controlled part of his life.
Emma who has a single Orchid flower in her room that Shinichiro gave her for her Birthday one year. She's read books on how to care for it properly and nurtures it like a mother. She cried once when it lost its blossoms, thinking it would whither and die, but later figured out that it was just the change of seasons.
Baji who unintentionally mean-mugs people when he spaces out and stares. It's real bad because his eyebrows furrow deep and his lips fall into a frown. He doesn't mean it at all, and is kind of upset that he keeps scaring people away.
Takemichi who has really bad allergies against seasonal greens. You can't catch him outside during spring without a puffy, snotty, swollen face. Its bad-bad.
Ran who sort of lived for the buzzcut he had in juvie, and thinks about just buzzing off everything again every once in a while.
Mitsuya who has both his eyebrows pierced right where the slits are. They are (by some miracle) aligned perfectly and suit him sooo well.
German/Russian Hanma who gets frustrated whenever he forgets a word, because he doesn't only forget it in one language, but all languages he speaks. Its not like he could translate it cause he knows it in another language, no! He straight up forgets the word in every language he speaks
Hakkai who wants to be good at baking so bad but created poison whenever he tries. They aren’t even salvageable by sugar coatings, fruits or sprinkles- they’re dry and crumbly and sometimes salty. It’s sort of a shame because he tries really hard.

Wang Yibo's endorsements and interesting patterns
So I have been looking into clusters of values represented by the stars’ portfolios of brand endorsements, and with Wang Yibo’s brands the picture is even more interesting. I am deliberately not going to be  looking at the history with the brands and at the revenue the endorsement brings, even if this sort of data would be totally available. I am looking at the values. 
And I can see three main groupings: 
Luxury/ stage performance/ making a statement via one’s looks group of brands. Beauty/ originality / fashion as a language to express one’s uniqueness. Chanel, Jimmy Choo, Loewe, Shu Uemura are in this group. 
Then there is a whole group related to sports/ outdoor activities/ spirit of adventure/ active youth lifestyle / embodied experience of life + healthy lifestyle (Lacoste, Jeanswest, Evisu (through the car racing connection), Lifespace probiotics, now Helly Hansen); loosely connected to this is TaiLing the electric vehicle (indirectly via the climate change positioning and Wang Yibo nature conservation activist/ China youth representative on the international “arena” roles). These seem to be most aligned with the direction his public persona has been evolving over the last year and a half. 
Another loosely aligned with this group is Edifier with the high-quality sound and music tech, because it is a very youth thing to do. 
And then there are the “minor neutrals” (Baseus, C-kafe skincare, Adolph haircare etc.) and “definite outliers” from active/ healthy lifestyle (SuperX alcohol, Master Kong Ice Tea, Franzzi cookies, Milkground processed cheese). 
I have been following these brands for a while now, looking not just at the celebrity photos, but at all the ways the brands are engaging with their customers. Because celebrity endorsement is a very particular marketing strategy, if it is tied closely to the fandom and fan engagement. It sure cuts through the noise of saturated markets, but, taken to the extreme, it can (re)create the economic side of the aftermath of incident 227. When fans’ emotions are “farmed” and converted into brands’ profit, it makes fandom rather different to what it used to be before the 2012 “algorithmic revolution” in social media. 
So I am particularly interested in what other marketing strategies brands are using to keep their own followership growing and engaged (and to make sure these are real people, and not bots). And I have been looking at different Wang Yibo’s endorsements and noticing very interesting things.
At the moment I am in a space of “is anybody seeing what I am seeing?”, so I’d ask you, dear reader. If you by chance also have been using your “detective streak” in trying to understand what is happening with the strategies that Wang Yibo’s brands are employing to interact with fans, are there any specific patterns that you have noticed?

Royal Mail Ships of the Great Warp Storms
I was inspired by a post positing potential names for RMS Titanic sister ships if White Star had kept to their naming scheme and made more Olympic oceanliners.
A lot of them sounded like Chaos spaceships. Perhaps the "Royal" in "Royal Mail Ship" refers to being under a daemon prince.
The RMS Septic and RMS Carcinogenic are two Death Guard mail and passenger ships themed after deep sea life. The RMS Septic looks like a dead whale and the outside is covered in space barnacles that can survive in the tides of the Warp. The inside contains animals such as bone-boring worms, polychaetes, sea cucumbers, octopi, and isopods. It smells really bad.
The RMS Septic's sister ship, the RMS Carcinogenic, looks like a shipwreck that has been on the bottom of the ocean for at least a century, covered in rusticles and more sea critters. It's also very stinky. There's also crabs, lots of crabs. Not just actual crab, but crab-themed furniture, crab-themed kitchenware, sculpted crabs on door handles...
The lodgings on the two ships are the most luxurious available by Death Guard standards. Despite everything looking like it's been at the bottom of the ocean, there's a grand staircase, a dance hall, a gym, a swimming pool, sports rooms, gardens, a grand dining hall, room service, and Art Nouveau-style furnishings.
The food, though, will give you food poisoning and/or cancer. If you're on board the RMS Carcinogenic, you may turn into a crab, or multiple crabs. But it's alright, you won't die.
As passenger ships go, the RMS Septic and RMS Carcinogenic are the safest around. Construction-wise, the ships have more safety features than average, and are designed to take a beating without falling apart. Nobody has ever died onboard even though you're guaranteed to catch at least one disease.
While they're pretty slow compared to ships aligned with the other gods, they're exceptionally reliable, and you and the mail are guaranteed to get where you need to go...eventually. Even if you don't look quite the same as you did when you boarded.
The RMS Probiotic is also a Nurglite ship, but themed around a swamp. Try the kombucha! It's got billions of microbes.
The RMS Parasitic gets around by hitchhiking on larger ships, like a remora on a shark. Somehow, it hijacks the brains of the crew so they go where the crew of the Parasitic wants to go. Once attached, it's nearly impossible to pry it free or break open. The attachment method that lets it hang on without being jolted off is a top secret.
The RMS Hallucinogenic are two identical ships owned by a Tzeentchian warband. One will make you trip balls, while the other has a 50% chance of turning you into a hallucigenia, the Cambrian animal. This is referred to as "getting shrimped".
Both ships have a habit of picking up stranded spacefarers or people fleeing warzones, people desperate enough to take the chances of losing their humanity. It's common for one of the Hallucinogenics to arrive at port with the swimming pool filled with hallucigenia, the passengers who didn't get shrimped instructed to gingerly transport the passengers who did. There's a reason the pool water has the same composition as Cambrian seawater.
The final destination of shrimped passengers is a marine sanctuary world somewhere in the Great Warp storms, where they will live out their lives in peace, at least until something eats them.
The RMS Plutonic looks like a regular Khornate ship on the outside, with red paint and lots of spikes. On the inside, it looks like a volcanic zone, with extreme heat, magma tunnels, lava flows, and volcanic rocks. Owing to the nature of Chaos ships, the Plutonic doesn't fall apart from all the molten rock inside of it when by all means, it should. All the furniture is made of rocks. All the amenities are combat-themed. You have to kill and cook your own meals.
Perhaps it's a good idea to only mail heat-resistant materials on this ship.
The RMS Dramatic is a Khornate ship that only hires the worst drama queens as its crew! Everything is a big deal to them! If you complain about the food you get food thrown on your lap. If you look at the crew wrong you get thrown in the brig!
Sometimes the crew has gotten in trouble for tossing mail out of the airlock because they got mad.
The ship is known for causing drama when it arrives at port, for one reason or another. Explosions, fistfights, missing passengers, near collisions...
The RMS Unrealistic manages to sail despite looking like it shouldn't. It looks cobbled together, or too big and awkwardly shaped to hold together in flight. Looking at it, one feels like when a work of visual fiction has a certain art style, and an object from another series with an completely different art style is inserted into it.
Onboard, the laws of physics become wobbly. The floor becomes the ceiling, and passengers may get turned inside-out. It's good not to have realistic expectations for what may happen to you!
Nobody knows anything about the RMS Enigmatic. All the reviews are very vague about what the onboard experience is like, but somehow tickets get sold. People who've seen the ship dock and take off can't remember what it looked like. As soon as passengers get off they forget everything about the ship. They usually agree that it was a nice experience, though.
The RMS Erotic is adults only and mainly delivers sex paraphernalia such as dildos, vibrators, buttplugs, whips, paddles, erotic publications etc. It is a Emperor's Children vessel, so most likely highly unethical things happen onboard!
The RMS Alcoholic is filled to the brim with booze. Its cargo hold contains all manner of alcoholic beverages, and every level of the ship has a bar or pub. For humans, there's drinks from different worlds, made from all sorts of different plants, and even drinks from the distant past, for alcohol can make its way into the far future through Warp portals.
For transhumans there's stronger drinks: warp moonshine made from jet fuel and tortured souls or something like that.
The crew has high alcohol tolerance so its okay if they drink on the job.
The RMS Pathetic looks pathetic, like its sagging. All the decor is depressing and the crew are bummed to be there. It's populated with sad, droopy daemons that look like they came out of a Salvador Dali painting. The food is bland and sad looking. Legend says the ship used to be prouder, but Perturabo yelled at the captain and it hasn't been the same since.
The RMS Elastic stretches and bounces back as it moves, like a giant rubber caterpillar. Onboard everything acts like rubber. People, furniture, machine components. Somehow all the machine components stretch like rubber and still work. The food is different types of taffy and gelatin. It's the place to go if your body needs to be stretched out.

Went down the rabbit hole on this and im like, relatively convinced it's a scam
First red flag, shits expensive--the kind of expensive that health products claiming to easily solve a problem that plagues primarily poor people tend to be. $250 is cheaper than the dentist but way, way too much for a microbial culture.
The website is vague as fuck and doesnt offer citations, just promises. Now, we could be forgiving of that-- IF it weren't making specific health claims. The state of FDA regulations is pretty counterproductive to well-disclosed autonomous health: unless a product is sold as a drug and has faced the relevant industrial scrutiny, manufacturers are required to make only very vague claims about supplement and cosmetic products. Most people who are serious about autonomous health simply avoid this by not creating commercial products & instead releasing the relevant formulation information, a la 4 thieves vinegar collective. We could maybe overlook the websites vagueness as the result of a not-particularly-radical but well-meaning endeavor trying to not get sued...except they're also, as I understand the law, not doing that. So that was enough for me to decide that this endeavor is sketchy.

Now, I fully believe that anyone can contribute to medical knowledge and an academy or professional background is not required to do great things. However, listing your qualifications as this shit^ is just...a fascinatingly poor choice.
