Beginner Guide to Automatic Writing and Channeling Deities

One of the ways in which you can open up to the Gods is by channeling as well as automatic writing. I know the gut reaction for most people is to think “only some people can do that but I can’t.” I assure you that it is easier than most people think it is and if only because it is a part of our innate nature as humans.

The process is simple yet there are a lot of things that you need to let go of to get started.

It is important to note that not every automatic writing or channeled message in the beginning is going to make sense. It takes a bit of work not just for you to get used to hearing what the message is but for the Gods Themselves to use your brain and use language that makes the most sense to humans.

Considering Deities do not have a tongue nor do They have language, They have to use the words that you have stored in your brain. They do not pluck Them from outside of your brain, though it is possible the further you get into channeling and possessory work, the more language you don’t normally use may come up in Their response. So if you are only getting images, words, or feelings in response to your questions, do not worry – you are not incapable and you are not doing it wrong. In fact, the feelings are going to help you in knowing when a Deity is actually speaking to you versus when your brain is making stuff up.

To “put on the full armor of God” comes from Ephesians 6:10-18, where Paul describes spiritual protection that believers need to stand against negative forces, deception, and challenges in life. It symbolizes embodying divine strength, wisdom, and virtues to navigate trials with faith and resilience.

The armor of God is not about engaging in physical battles but cultivating an inner state that protects against deception, fear, and ego-driven influences. It is about standing in divine truth, unwavering faith, and spiritual discernment. Below is a deep exploration of each piece, its scriptural foundation, insights from master teachers, self-reflection questions, and practical applications.

This passage is about SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT—it reminds you to stay centered in divine truth, reject fear-based conditioning, and navigate life with clarity, resilience, and love. The Belt of Truth 

Grounding in Divine Reality

The belt holds everything together, just as truth secures our spiritual foundation. This is about discerning divine truth from illusion—whether external deception or internal self-delusion. Truth aligns us with higher wisdom and prevents us from being swayed by fear, manipulation, or false narratives.

The Breastplate of Righteousness

The breastplate protects the heart, symbolizing the need to guard our inner world against resentment, judgment, and misaligned desires. Righteousness is not about moral superiority but about alignment with divine love, acting from integrity rather than ego-driven impulses.

Shoes represent our foundation—how we move through the world. The gospel of peace is about embodying inner stillness and non-reactivity, choosing to walk in harmony rather than conflict.

The Shield of Faith 

Deflecting Doubt and Fear

“Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.” — Ephesians 6:16

Faith acts as a shield, protecting us from the “arrows” of fear, doubt, and negativity. It is trust in divine order, even when circumstances seem uncertain.

The Helmet of Salvation 

Guarding the Mind from Falsehood

“Take the helmet of salvation.” — Ephesians 6:17

The mind is a battlefield. This helmet shields against limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and deceptive thoughts. Salvation consciousness means aligning thoughts with divine wisdom, rejecting ego-driven fears.

The sword represents discernment and spiritual wisdom. Unlike other armor, it is the only offensive piece—truth and divine wisdom cut through illusion.

How are you recognizing and disengaging from manipulative or ego-driven dynamics?

Are you trusting in divine guidance when faced with emotional challenges?

CULTIVATE YOUR WISDOM

Putting on the armor of God is a daily spiritual practice—aligning with truth, righteousness, peace, faith, divine wisdom, and salvation consciousness which must be aligned with to sustainably produce the fruits of the spirit in your mortal life.

Thank You Lord for this day. The people in my life, Your grace and mercy. Thank You for making me the way i am. You bring clarity, you bring peace and healing. There is no weapon formed against me that shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgement I shall condemn. For You have set me free. I receive deliverance and enlargement for my life. I receive deliverance through the blood of Jesus. I thank You Lord, for the blood of Jesus and the power of the blood. I cover my mind and thoughts with the blood of Jesus. I cover my doorpost and possessions with the blood of Jesus. I can overcome the devil through the blood of Jesus. I sprinkle the blood of Jesus and receive multiplied grace and peace. I rebuke Satan, the accuser of the brethren, through the blood of Jesus. You can come no further Satan. I thank God for wisdom.

I walk in the light as He (Jesus) is in the light, and the blood of Jesus cleanses me from all sin. Lead me safety, and I will not fear. Let the sea overwhelm my enemies. You will set me on high above mine enemies. Thank You for being my refuge.

Order my steps today. Guide me continually. Guide me into all truth. Guide me with Your eye. Help me see the bigger picture. I bind and rebuke the pestilence that walks in darkness. I bind and cast out any spirit of Absalom that would try to steal my heart from God's ordained leadership.

I bind and rebuke the spirit of poverty that leads to destruction. Lord, teach me to profit, and lead me in the way I should go. Continue to increase me in wisdom. To Anyone Who's Suffering

Hello my love.

My name on here is J. I'm scared writing this out but I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to have a conversation with you for everything this world has to offer.

I have no idea what I'm doing and in the 24 years I've been on this Earth I've found most of the other adults around me don't either. They tell me what I'm doing is right or wrong, point out every mistake I make while asking me to ignore theirs, and ignore the fact that if I listened to them I'd be sharing in their misery. The truth is I've found being an adult is mostly trial and erroring every decision I make with the Holy Spirit and silly cartoon songs as my only compasses to guide me. I don't know what I'm doing, you won't know what you're doing and you know what? That's okay, because most of the time, things have a way of falling in place and working out just fine for everybody anyway even if sometimes it takes a lot longer than you think it will.

All that being said, I've come to understand that true evil is telling other people not to trust themselves. That no matter what they do- there's still some flaw they need to hyperfixate on to make them good and shiny enough. That they need to obey and submit to a louder voice outside of themselves.

I need you to know that those people are miserable bullies and they have no idea what they're talking about and when you ACTUALLY get to know them they are always the most miserable people you will ever meet no matter what mask they show you. You know why? Because your free will is your confidence. It is everything that makes you the beautiful amazing person that you are.

I spent several years asking myself who I was- and what I decided was that I am a fairy princess that has traversed all of time and space to arrive at this exact moment to be with you. I don't not have a fancy title, or a big career, but I live a beautiful life of standing up for other living creatures, enjoying nature, simple pleasures, and creating art as often as I can. And you? You are a wonderful being that has been through just as much to get here and I want nothing more for you than for you to get to experience every good thing this life has to offer.

Before America became a Capitalist hellscape- it was a beautiful place to live. People lived in harmony with nature. But there's always that bully that comes through because he wants to be King, and that's the reason America doesn't live in harmony with the land or each other. There's always someone trying to step on someone else.

So what are you gonna do about it? Well I know I'm gonna say "F*** YOU bully!" And stand up for myself because I deserve more than a life of being stressed all the time because someone else says their opinion of me is more important than my own. And you do too!

I know it's easier said than done. Sometimes our bully is our family, our boss, our co-workers, our friends, our President. But you will never get to be the amazing person I know you are if you keep making yourself smaller so that these bullies can feel better about their own self hatred.

Sometimes it's the small things that cut the deepest. Like people talking over you, leaving you out of plans, failing to communicate- leaving you hanging.

Sometimes it's big things. Ancestral segregation. Generational curses. Loss of financial, physical, emotional or spiritual autonomy.

It's OKAY to leave situations where you are being taken for granted. You deserve to be with people that don't make you second guess whether they like you or want you in their lives. You are not hard to love and you are not asking for too much. It's going to be messy. It's going to be difficult.

And you know what? At some point you're going to grieve what the bullies have taken. They've stolen your time and you can't ever get that back. But you can take those feelings and move forward with them- because YOU DESERVE BETTER.

I love you so much more than words can say my dear. Thank you for sitting here in this moment with me. I hope you get everything out of this life that you deserve, especially the things you don't feel worthy of.
