Oh. I just realised something I hadn't noticed.

It's about Niles' name.

Throughout the series, we had only one mention of Niles' possible family name. And that's in episode "The Butler, The Husband, The Wife and The Mother".

When Fran asks Niles what his last name is, Niles replies: "Just Niles, Like Cher".

So he's actually answering truthfully: his last name is "Niles". She never asked for his real name, because she thought "Niles" was his name. Soo, he has a point in his favour there.

Anyway, I checked on Reddit for more information about this, and came across a debate on this topic where they too came to the same conclusion.

One of the comments said (and I quote):

“I think Niles being his last name is right. In a Season 4 episode, Maxwell's father greets Niles by name and says he hasn't aged since he last saw him and Niles says "That was my father". Unless his father was Niles Sr., it would mean that Niles is the family name.”

Now. If You go to IMDb and you read the trivia of that chapter, you'll see that they tell us that Niles' full name is:

EDWARD EZEL NILES

The information comes from IMDb so it's true. So I came to the conclusion that "Niles" is the surname.

Back to my point... Niles and C.C. share the same name composition!

Chastity Claire Babcock → C.C. Babcock

Edward Ezel Niles → E.E. Niles

In a biological host, yes. Their host would process it through their organs just as the living would. Any biologically hosting mime can be affected by any sort of drug that the body is susceptible to.

In true form, no. They do not have an organ system and cannot process any substance. What they "eat" or "drink" just gets transported to their dimension, unused.

Sure lets:

Show them together in literally every merch that features them and also give them multiple pieces of merch focusing on them as a couple

Give them a reprise of a song Charlie shares with one of the most important people in her life

While we are at it, give them another duet in season two as well! (with who knows how many more to come in future seasons)

Give them arguably the biggest challenge they could have faced in their relationship and show them overcome it, only to give them an incredibly romantic love song in the next episode showing how they made up and even become stronger!

Show them fighting in harmony and synch during the final battle!

Literally have just the two of them, no one else, sing "we're gonna do this, you and me" in the finale song! (You know, the song that quite obviously foreshadows future plot points)

And then break them up! Yeah, sure, makes perfect sense🙄
