Isabelle restored 🖤 She came to me with the most messed up hair, but I made it shiny again. She also came in Elizabeth’s pink dress. I put her back in her ballet clothes!

I may eventually get her pink tights and another leotard, but for now loving this look. Sometimes the dolls that initially come to us in TLC condition end up being special to us 💜

I got a new doll !!! They're a TLC Isabelle Palmer (GOTY 2014) who I'm gonna revamp into a new character (Matt/Mathilde) :333

Currently I have no wig for them, but I'm buying one next week so they'll be fully customised sometime soon .

I plan to clean and paint them today though !!

I'll always find it weird that American Girl has the twins sharing the same names as 2 Girl of the Year dolls.

Honestly when I first learned about AG’s 90s twins, I expected them to be identical twins but with wildly different hairstyles, in order to make them unique enough to justify buying both dolls

Like how Lanie and Isabelle are identical except for their haircuts

Tried this beautiful Valentine’s day dress that I got from a nice seller in Ohio on 3 of my dolls today. Isabelle, #56 who I named Norma after Marilyn Monroe, and my white body Samantha. I ended up keeping it on Isabelle because she needs a bigger wardrobe and she is sort of special to me as she was a recent TLC doll that I spent a lot of time working on! ❤️💝💌

I’ve held it in for long enough, it’s been 9 years, but Isabelle would never be aloud to wear those ballet shoes with the sparkles they draw to much attention to your feet, and her ribbons aren’t tied correctly. What the heck Isabelle? Why can’t you just have regular ballet shoes? You’re like 9 you are supposed to be en pointe yet you will ruin your feet
