The Doxxing Situation

this is completely from the op on reddit, but i felt i should relay this information because this truly has me shaken.

The Outsiders Fan Account Doxxing Situation

This will be long so please be patient and read through everything clearly.

Due to the influx of questions and the potential of this having legal ramifications, I have been in contact with multiple reliable sources about the doxxing incident mentioned within the thread and they have provided further insight of the situation. Also, adding in once more, if these fans are willing to go this far into doxxing a single fan account, what lengths are they potentially willing to go to in regard to finding the cast, staff, and other fans?

I ask that we respect the privacy of this victim and we give her the peace, time, and justice she deserves. Please continue talking, sharing, and spreading this thread. Please keep bringing awareness to this situation.

For the privacy of the fan they harassed and doxxed, her name will not be used on this post. Instead, I will be using the alias Sally for her.

The solely ones involved in the doxxing: Kayla, Emma, Ava, and McKenna. There were others present but inactive or not participating.

Facts: This potentially occurred on or around October 10th. This group of individuals had gotten word that the fan in question had spread falsified information about them. In retaliation, Ava made a fake fan account about this person to troll Sally, gain her trust, and eventually start calling with her one-on-one.

These calls were not one-on-one though. She was actively FaceTiming the others while on call with Sally and basically coaxed her into talking badly about them with them on the line hearing everything, and apparently Sally had confided her fullname to Ava. From there, after they hung up, Ava stayed on the line with the others to further badmouth Sally.

Ava provided Sally’s full name. Kayla was the one that brought up “trying to find her” initially, asked for the money, and paid to dox this person. They received her full name, phone number, birthday, address, photos of her home, family’s names. The only person with evidence that they helped pay for this information is Emma, because she left the comment about it. When the address was posted into the chat, McKenna liked it, proving she saw it. From there, jokes were made. The next portion of this is the speculation of what was allegedly threatened and joked within these chats and in verbal exchanges in person or via FaceTime/Zoom.

Speculations: With the information they had access to, alleged jokes were made about 💣 this fans home, performing drive by (pew-pewing), showing up to the home unannounced, robbing, leaking her address on various inappropriate websites, calling her family members, calling her place of work, etc.

Again, these are speculation of what was said/joked about, as these accounts are currently disabling their igs, and/or unsending messages now that they have been caught. Until we get solid evidence of these claims being accurate, we must consider them as rumor, for now.

Conclusion: We do have proof of them calling her names, wishing death threats on her, using ableist rhetoric about her, body shaming her, and more. Nevertheless. This is the most disgusting, vile, and inhumane thing someone can do. Please keep this person in your thoughts and send her positivity. Our community is not standing by on this and I hope the victim knows we have her back on this.

Now, if we back track to their other actions of stalking, please let me remind you of what else they have done: taken photos of people without their consent, followed cast members around on the street, recorded a private conversation with a cast member, knows and has released what train schedules multiple cast members go on, knows and has released what grocery stores and restaurants cast members are at, attended every single Outsiders-related events, confessed to watching cast members leave and arrive at the theater, use nicknames like “Sky Stalker” “Parasocial”, and have been heard joking about this whole Doxxing / Stalking ordeal.

I ask you again: What else could they be capable of?

Please stop these people before another incident like this happens, potentially to Outsiders cast, crew, and other members of our once very safe community.

i’d like you all to keep in mind that this is a cyber crime, and that three of the four people involved were minors. while this might be true, i’d like to keep in mind that if these girls are adult enough to not only use the threats they did, but also wish 🍇 on someone (emma in that group), say horrible things about the cast and wanting to mug/kill brody, there was one screenshot about wanting to watch brody, kwp and renni drown and die, then they’re adult enough to deal with adult consequences. i want to let the tumblr community know so we can support the fan this happened to, keep ourselves safe and keep the cast safe. if there’s any way to contact the police about any of this, or if sally is reading this, i’d advise you to press cahrges for this. this is truly disgusting behavior and i’m ashamed to be in this fandom.

So anyways, this app/AI bot is being introduced and will be in your servers. However discord’s built in /ban command can remove the bot from your server if you have the user ID, which I will include below

Jewish people are "degenerate", believe in "deneracy," and as such, promote transness because it is also "degenerate."

If you want a direct, historical fact, remember Magnus Hirschfeld, a Jewish-German physician and sexologist whose work was done in the rise of Nazism, who founded Institut für Sexualwissenschaft. He was an advocate for sexual minorities including trans people, and was gay himself. His research included sexuality and transgender topics, and the institute even preformed SRS and conducted research on trans topics, which was almost unheard of, officially. Most people that follow me believe that Israel should exist, but let me talk to the people that don't.

I am minor. I cannot vote. I live in a blue state, but the national government affects all states.

I have Autisim. I am a Lesbian. I am genderfluid. I was born a woman, and I present very feminine. I am Jewish, and I look stereotypically Jewish. These are all things that put me in danger if Trump gets elected. I cannot vote. I have no say in what happens, but my life is at stake.

If your's isn't, congratulations. You won the lottery in privilage. When you say that you don't want to vote because all the candidates support Israel, you are putting my life at risk. You are letting Trump get more votes. Because of that, I might get raped. I could get raped and be forced to give birth. I could get killed, or be victim to a hate crime.

Please vote. My friends are begging their parents to move to Canada. They aren't even old enough to drive, but their bodies are at risk depending on if you vote.

for those who don't know there are apps being advertised on social media (i've seen this mostly on youtube shorts but people have said it's on tiktok a lot too but i haven't been on that app in a while) where you can upload 2 pictures and make people in said pictures to kiss.

it's fucking DISGUSTING, VIOLATING, and DANGEROUS.

imagine predators, pedophiles using that shit and uploading pictures of children and themselves. and then possibly uploading them online?!

THIS IS SERIOUSLY DANGEROUS. It's violating boundaries by taking someone's likeness without their consent and making it do things they clearly did not consent to and don't even know they were made to do.

this can easily be abused and used for very bad intentions and ruin people's lives.

Governments should seriously regulate AI right now before it gets better that it already is.

So I wanted to reach out to fellow artists who are sick of these bots and scammers on this app. I wrote a review 4 Tumblr (ik you may be thinking one review won't do anything but that's why I'm reaching out to you all!) If we all express our upsetness/anger/dissatisfaction with these bots and scammers and the fact that Tumblr doesn't seem to do very much about it at all. Not even putting out safety warnings for brand new beginners 2 ensure they don't get scammed or screwed over! Tumblr should have to admit that there is a serious bot and scamming problem on their app, I think if enough of us express that they'll be forced to do something. If you take five minutes or less! To write a review expressing how you feel eventually (with enough of us) their overall reviews will go down and they'll be forced to see that there is an issue. Tumblr needs us as much as we need it and it needs to do its absolute best to keep its users safe from this kind of stuff!

Please consider taking the time to write a review. It can be as short & simple as "2 many bots & scammers" or something more written out like I did. I truly believe that with enough of us pressing on this problem, change can be caused. With enough people and numbers they can't ignore us! Thank you for your time.

Extra points I forgot 2 add: ik u can block them & absolutely if you think or realize your being scammed block them! But! Tumblr should not just be allowed to let scammers use this app for this! Ik most believe it's common sense to tell if it's a bot or not but there are young artists on this app! & Sometimes ppl just aren't aware of that kind of stuff, when you have a dream 2 be an artist you can be hopeful and naive.

Magical girl ramblings of the day: GUSHING OVER MAGICAL GIRLS

I think it’s the best time to bring this manga series up considering it’s getting an anime adaption next year.

First and foremost I’d like to clarify that I don think anyone should watch this anime when it comes out, or even slightly support it.

Now onto what the manga is about; it’s about a girl who’s super into the Tres Magia, a trio of pastel magical girls who fight the forces of evil. She gets confronted by a creature who asks if she’d like to be like them too, which she eagerly agrees before transforming into a bdsm based outfit, and being declared on the enemy side.

I went into this manga knowing purely it had Yuri, and I thought that was interesting and the designs and magic system seemed cute before I was jumpscared with bdsm. To be frank, nsfw mangas are okay but not when they involve children. It gets worse when they get a 8 year old on the enemy team, and they proclaim her as dirtier than the rest of them, with her powers also being bdsm based.

That’s when I dropped the manga. I tried pursuing through it so I could atleast write a good review on it, but I couldn’t continue once the 8 year old was brought into the picture. I’m disgusted that this manga is getting an anime adaption but then again, Miss Kobayashis Dragon Maid got one too. It’s sad that we keep getting anime adaptations of blatant ch***p**n.

I only wanted to make this post because I don’t think a lot of people understand just how horrific this anime will be, if based on the manga. It’s not cute, it’s not good Yuri. If you want something cute with good Yuri in the magical girl franchise, I beg you to seek other media. Such as Madoka Magica, Magical Girl Raising Project, Sailor Moon, and so much more.
