THIS POST IS FOR SEX EDUCATION AND HELPING TOO NORMALISE EXTREMELY REAL CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
Rilyn: he/she/xe/it
ok so I know I’ve spoken about erectile disfunction across all genitalia havers on my blog before but I feel I should go into more detail about specific aspects based on personal experience as someone with a vagina.
When I’m having having sex or masturbating yes there are times I end up finishing, but I also experience sudden flash backs and overthinking that cause my brain to try and stop focusing on sexual stimulation and instead trigger an anxiety attack, panic attack or depressive episode. This will lead me to push harder, to try harder, I will end up in pain because of how badly I just want to finish but physically can’t, in those moments it’s best for me to stop, but unfortunately you aren’t thinking of that when you’re telling yourself you aren’t worth love or affection if you don’t finish, something that should take a short amount of time alone for me takes me over an hour because I’m forcing myself to continue despite the end getting further and further away. I want to finish, but I can’t. I end up either finding something new to get me off or I give up, both options lead me to feel like shit if I am not reassured.
You don’t often see people talk about their personal experiences with their sexual life as it’s been made taboo, and embarrassing. But if you don’t know what’s happening in those moments and you see no one speaking about it you will feel so much more alone. These aren’t taboo subjects. They may feel awkward or scary but they’re important.
I’m hypersexual. My hypersexuality has been active since I was a kid and I have been living with it, and been getting affected by it for that whole time and still continue to struggle today, this affects how my body experiences sexual stimulation, whether it’s aimed at someone or not, masturbation for me is a tool to get rid of an inconvenient situation, but if I don’t finish in a specific time span when I’m thinking of it as a job or chore [I can’t decide if I do think of it that way, it’s just the context in the situation] then I will be in pain, I will feel like I’m not worth love, or like I need to work harder, push harder, think of something new and arousing, but even if I find something exciting to think about my body is still giving up, I want it, I want to finish but when my body is beginning to force that feeling away and I need to push harder to get off to finally finish so I can be done with it and get on with my life I feel awful.
It is ok if you experience this. It is ok if you need to stop. It’s ok that your body is stopping. It’s ok that no matter how much you want it your body simply won’t let you. That is ok. It will always be ok. No matter what anyone says it’s ok. If no one if validating you, let me. If that’s what you need that’s what I’m here for. Because I didn’t know what I was experiencing were the symptoms of ED until now, and it would’ve helped me through so much if I knew sooner. But I know now. And now I’m going to bring awareness to this.
If anyone has anything to add to this, please do, if you want to share your experiences and thoughts that’s also very helpful, bringing any sort of awareness to how different bodies can experience sexual feelings is important.
Remember! You are all amazing, perfect, worthy beings and I’m proud of you, even if I am some random person on the internet. I’m proud of you.
Use protection if you can, if you feel tingling or pain even with the right prepping, try a non silicone based lube or condoms, because it’s not normal to still feel pain even if it’s a little bit after all the correct steps. Make sure you don’t have your joints out of place for too long if you’re hyper mobile, drink plenty of water, eat food after sex even if’s a little bit, go pee, or you will get a UTI. That’s why you feel the need to pee after sex or sexual stimulation. Be safe. Be kind. If your partner says they’re experiencing anything I’ve mentioned in this post, stop. Tell them they are still amazing and assure them they are loved and cared about. If it’s a hookup situation, and they experience this depending on how close you are I still recommend comforting them, even a little bit, even if it’s a hug.
I hope everyone’s doing well, my asks are open for anything sex education related if needed :]

Wh... why are you making tiny salty gelatin cubes?
really valid question. i have a chronic condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, which causes a lot of symptoms of various kinds but the big ones are feeling faint and weak and having low blood pressure from not having enough blood! so POTS patients are medically advised to eat 10 grams of salt or more every day, plus the other electrolytes, to make us hold onto water better and increase the volume of our blood.
it's pretty hard to eat enough salt. you can buy salt or electrolyte pills and drinks and drink powders, and all of them are pretty good. my favorite is strawberry pedialyte. but it's really expensive, and the individual minerals by themselves are cheap, so salt pills are the more economical option. the problem with salt pills, especially for people who have trouble eating anyway (which i do) is that dropping a salt tablet into an empty stomach, or sometimes even a full stomach, can make your stomach pissed off and give you nausea or vomiting. not everyone has this issue but i definitely do.
i started making my own salt pills with regular table salt, then started adding powdered gelatin into the capsules to help buffer the salt. i need more protein anyway because my collagen is fucked. the gelatin buffer worked really well, i could take my gelatin-salt pills on an empty stomach no problem and my hair and nails were growing better, BUT buying empty gelcaps all the time was also expensive.
so i decided to try melting the gelatin into jello or gummi blobs and turning it into a small shape i could swallow easily. and actually i just popped all the little hemispheres out of their silicon sheet just now and it worked PRETTY well, but i need to look up how to make hard gelatin because a lot of them started to melt as soon as they got up to room temp even though the water-gelatin ratio should have been stable, possibly from the salt content making the gelatin hydrophilic idk.
i would post a pic but the gelatin browned as it was melting so they look DISGUSTING. next time i'm going to add some grape jelly or something for color because this is awful. they're fine as "pills" though

Inspirational/motivational/religious speakers and being autistic:
This can apply in any sort of religious or political context, I'm currently exploring it from my personal experience angle because I am so far behind on the human train 😭(Strap in cos I don't think this is going to be very motivational)
I wanted to be a speaker for about 30 years before I finally woke up. Growing up in Law of Attraction made me see how motivational speakers were so.... invigorating and alive. They pulsated with so much energy it filled the room and everyone rode the wave (gotta ride that walrus amirite).
Context: I grew up in LoA. This stuff was taught to me from age 4. I believed nothing else.
I wanted to be that person. I felt like I had energy and words and lessons to teach others. Ngl. Still want to be that person.
But there was always that one thing that stopped me. That one little tiny thing that I just couldn't get over in order for me to commit and go. That liiiittle niggling thing at the back of my brain that was
cognitive distortion.
Motivational speakers and their lessons as they grow:
If you're someone whose entire brand is to transform others, the you must do as I say and as I do. You must be the example of your teaching.
Look at Tony Robbins. He has been on this pedestal of glory as the perfect example of how to overcome your challenges and LIVE.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That Oprah gif? My mum did that (like 15 years ago). She went to Tony Robbins, and called me randomly and in happy tears to tell me she loved me, and then walked over hot coals. For real. What a legend.
But Tony Robbins is just a dude. A tall, deep voiced dude who knows how to use his body and voice in a way to convey an idea that gets others to take action. This is a separate post but the cult vibes and techniques of motivational speakers are El Primo.
The catch:
What happens when motivational/life speakers realise they're autistic?
Example: the last author/speaker I really connected with was Mel Robbins.
Tumblr media
I read her book 3 years ago and there were answers in it I'd been struggling with for my life. Things around the action and motivation cycle, things like routines and countdowns. She spoke to me. Those techniques still work today.
Well since then Mel has found out she's got ADHD.
Tumblr media
I've also found out I've got AuDHD
Tumblr media
There's something about the motivational speaking circuit that says neurodivergent to me. Sorta like Silicone Valley, there are certain areas/topics/cultures that naturally attract our kind. It may seem odd, motivational speaking, especially if your idea of an autistic person is someone who doesn't communicate well or is too shy or gets overwhelmed by all that.
No no no, not for me. Speaking is different. Speaking means:
I am in front, and separate to, the crowd
They are specifically here to see me and listen to what I have to say and it's about my special interest so really you're gonna have to drag me away.
Because I love helping people and have a passion for teaching, all that + my excited adrenalin overcomes any hesitancy. I have no issues standing in front of a crowd/group of people, I've done many talks and workshops in my past. I feel like I'm at my best then.
If the lights are bright enough I can't see shit, so I could feel like I'm in a room alone.
I can leave the stage when I'm done and essentially disappear.
With the right set up it can feel like a wonderfully safe and incredibly validating place to be.
A good motivational speaker:
On top of that this is sorta what's required to be an effective and successful motivational speaker in today's day and age (in my humble Tumblr opinion):
A very clear business head to be able to do both business and speaking. Along with marketing, promotions, tours, live streams, admin, etc.
Ability to remain emotionally and mentally detached from your audience and the media, keeping the bigger picture in mind, so that you don't get influenced by them but remain true to your own path. All while interacting with them one on one all the time.
A deep understanding of reading human behaviour, especially on a day to day basis where motivational speaking topics often lie
A constant need to question and probe the reasons why we do what we do. A need to FIND ANSWERS AND FIX THE PUZZLE OF HUMANS.
Belief in what you promote.
Be your authentic self.
That #5 might be a killer cos I believed 150% in what Law of Attraction was. I wanted to be out there and help people and transform their lives.
So what happens when #5 changes for the speaker? What happens to a speaker when they look back at all they've said and done and promoted and realised it was for a specific, niche crowd and not the masses? That some of their lessons weren't helpful and possibly actually quite damaging and hurtful?
I'm really interested because these people are in a role that they themselves have promoted as being self aware, accepting growth, being your authentic self.
Thus the cognitive distortion. I couldn't commit to being a motivational speaker when I didn't ever truly feel like I could live my own truth. Be my authentic self. On stage it's 100% masking. It's still me but I'm numbing a lot of myself so that only certain portions are visible.
How many public people of interest, across history, have had that sort of reflection and then gone on to rectify or change their approach vs doubling down, ignoring the damage behind them, and pretending nothing changed? I'd really like to know this.
There are many authors and 'gurus' I've reflected back on that I loved, and wondered if I connected with them because on some lower level we were both neurodivergent.
Wayne Dyer (RIP), I loved Wayne Dyer. He spent his life in pursuit of spiritual and emotional freedom and I still massively respect him for that. However he came at it from a 'manifesting' angle, since he was LoA, and he passed away from cancer. The guy suffered and died from cancer and all I can think is 'Did he blame himself for that? Did he tell himself that he manifested that cancer because of something he couldn't overcome in himself?'
It's so painful to think those thoughts of someone you so admired. Because what if he was autistic? What if he realised that this desperate need to find answers was actually a scientific, realistic suffering that he never explored? What if he wasn't autistic but something else just as valid?
Not saying Wayne Dyer was autistic. Just using him as an example because of how much he affected me (positively).
History is a pattern of religion/spirituality until it's science.
What happens to the people who are in the positions of power, when the foundations of what they understood now becomes concrete and something totally different?
I want to knoooow

A mentor of research scientist Meloë Kacenelenbogen once shared a sentiment from French author André Gide: “You cannot discover new oceans unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” Kacenelenbogen pushes beyond her comfort zone to explore the unknown. Name: Meloë S. KacenelenbogenFormal Job Classification: Research scientistOrganization: Climate and Radiation Laboratory, Science Directorate (Code 613) Dr. Meloë S. Kacenelenbogen is a research scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md. She studies the impact of aerosols on air quality and the Earth’s climate.Photo courtesy of Meloë Kacenelenbogen What do you do and what is most interesting about your role here at Goddard? I study the impact of aerosols — suspended particles from, for example, wildfire smoke, desert dust, urban pollution, and volcanic eruptions — on air quality and the Earth’s climate. I use space, air, and ground-based observations, as well as models. Why did you become a scientist? What is your educational background? I never made a deliberate choice to become a scientist. I started with very little confidence as a child and then built up my confidence by achieving things I thought I could not do. I chose the hardest fields to work on along the way. Science looked hard and so did fluid mechanics, remote sensing, and atmospheric physics. I have failed many times, but I always learn something and move on. I do get scared and maybe even paralyzed for a day or two, but I never let fear or failure immobilize me for long. I was born in Maryland, but my family moved to France when I was young, so I am fluent in French. I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and physical methods in remote sensing from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI, Jussieu). In 2008, I got a Ph.D. in atmospheric physics for applying satellite remote sensing to air quality at the Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille (USTL), France. What are some of your career highlights? After my Ph.D., I worked for the Atmospheric Lidar Group at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), on spaceborne and ground-based lidars. In 2009, I got a NASA Post-doctoral Program (NPP) fellowship at the agency’s Ames Research Center in California’s Silicon Valley, where I worked for 13 years on space-based, aircraft-based, and ground-based atmospheric aerosol vertical distribution and aerosol typing. In 2022, I came to work at the Climate and Radiation Lab at Goddard. What is most interesting about aerosols? Aerosols are very topical because they have a huge impact on the air we breathe and our Earth’s climate. The smaller the aerosol, the deeper it can get into our lungs. Among other sources, aerosols can come from cars, factories, or wildfires. We all know that wildfires are becoming bigger and more frequent. They are expected to happen even more frequently in the future due to climate change. Both when I was living in California and here in Maryland, I have experienced first-hand choking from the wildfire smoke. I will always remember how apocalyptic it felt back in the summer of 2020 in California when wildfire smoke was paired with COVID confinement, and the sky turned Mars-like orange. Please tell us about your involvement with the Atmosphere Observing System (AOS)? I am incredibly lucky to be able to contribute to the next generation of NASA’s satellites. I am working on AOS, which will observe aerosols, clouds, convention, and precipitation in the Earth’s atmosphere. I am part of the team that is helping design several instruments and algorithms. My role is to connect this spaceborne observing system to all our other space, ground, and air-based measurements at the time of launch. We are making a mesh of observations to address the science questions, run the algorithms, and validate the spaceborne measurements. I am constantly pushed to expand my horizon and my own knowledge. Why do you enjoy always challenging yourself intellectually? I started that way. I had no confidence, so I felt that the only way I could build my confidence was to try doing things that scared me. I may sometimes be a little scared, but I am never bored. What did you learn from your mentors? A few years ago, a mentor shared a quote from André Gide with me that encapsulates what we are talking about: “You cannot discover new oceans unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” In other words, it is OK, maybe preferable, to be out of my comfort zone to explore the unknown as scary as it may be. Along the way, it has been extremely important for me to deliberately choose mentors. To me, a good mentor has earned the respect of all who have worked with them, is uplifting, reassuring, and gives me the invaluable guidance and support that I need. I deliberately try to surround myself with the right people. I have been very, very fortunate to find incredible people to encourage me. As a mentor, what do you advise? I tell them to deliberately choose their mentors. I also tell them that it is OK to be uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable is the nature of our field. To do great things, we often need to be uncomfortable. Why do you enjoy working on a team? I love working on teams, I love to feed off the positive energy of a team whether I lead it or am part of it. In my field, teamwork with a positive energy is incredibly satisfying. Everybody feeds off everybody’s energy, we go further, are stronger, and achieve more. This may not happen often, but when it does it makes it all worth it. What are the happiest moments in your career? I am always happiest when the team publishes a paper and all our efforts, are encapsulated in that one well-wrapped and satisfying peer-reviewed paper that is then accessible to everyone online. Every paper we publish feels, to me, the same as a Ph.D. in terms of the work, pain, energy, and then, finally, satisfaction involved. What do you hope to achieve in your career? I want to have been a major contributor to the mission by the time the AOS satellites launch. What do you do for fun? I do mixed martial arts. I love the ocean, diving, and sailing. I also love going to art galleries, especially to see impressionist paintings to reconnect with my Parisian past. Meloë Kacenelenbogen once shared a sentiment from French author André Gide: “You cannot discover new oceans unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.”Photo courtesy of Meloë Kacenelenbogen Who is your favorite author? I love Zweig, Kafka, Dostoyevsky, Saint-Exupéry, and Kessel. The latter two wrote a lot about aviators in the early 1900s back in the days when it was new and very dangerous. Those pilots, like Mermoz, were my heroes growing up. Who would you like to thank? I would like to thank my family for being my rock. What are your guiding principles? To paraphrase Dostoevsky, everyone is responsible to all men for all men and for everything. I have a strong sense of purpose, pride, justice, and honor. This is how I try to live my life for better or for worse. By Elizabeth M. JarrellNASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md. This might be a controversial opinion piece on the movie, "The Apprentice."
I don't feel as if any insult to Sebastian as a person, or an actor is intended in this piece. There is a mention of seeing Sebastian in the make-up as something that would "ruin your day", but I believe this comment would be made by this author about any actor made-up to look like Donald Trump. There is criticism of his decision to play Donald Trump, and for the movie to be made, and a mention of John Mulaney, so continue at your own risk.
It was authored in December 2023 someone named Sarah. And published on a site called Lainey Gossip.
Do Literally Anything Else
Please leave no insulting or political criticism on my post. It does no good there. Leave it at the source, thank you.
Block or unfollow me if you are offended by my posting this.
Read below if you don't want to click on the link.
Do literally anything else
DECEMBER 5, 2023 17:16:12 BY SARAH
I ignored it as long as I could but now there are photos and there is no denying it any longer—Sebastian Stan is playing Donald Trump in an upcoming movie, and this is a mistake.
The film is called The Apprentice, but despite the millennial title, it’s about a younger Donald in the 1970s and 1980s, when he took over the family real estate business and turned himself into “what a hobo imagines a rich man to be” (when John Mulaney nails it, John Mulaney nails it). Per Deadline, Stan is joined by Jeremy Strong as Roy Cohn and Maria Bakalova as Ivana Trump, and the film is being directed by Iranian filmmaker Ali Abbasi, who won an Un Certain Regard award at Cannes for his 2018 film, Border, and competed for the Palme d’Or with his last film, 2022’s Holy Spider. There are now photos of Sebastian Stan done up as The Donald which you can see here, if you want to ruin your day.
These are VERY talented people, but this is a mistake. Making a movie about Donald Trump, no matter the intent or how vicious the portrayal may be, is a mistake. It is giving that guy exactly what he wants—validation by people who hate him. We would be SO much better off if Hollywood ignored him. He probably never would have become president if the media treated him like what he was in 2015: a joke, an unserious person running an unserious campaign. But the ratings were too good, they couldn’t ignore him because cable news—a dying industry—boomed during the Trump years, so they kept feeding the beast and now there’s a chance he will actually get to be president AGAIN and no Hollywood movie is going to stop it.
I’m not saying we ignore Donald Trump entirely. At this point, we can’t. But he belongs to the realm of serious, investigative journalism, hopefully revealing and elucidating more (alleged) crimes that might halt his path back to the White House. Turning Trump, even a younger Trump, into entertainment is a mistake, just as it was a mistake with Vice and W. regarding Dick Cheney and George W. Bush, respectively. Some people don’t get the biopic treatment. Some people shouldn’t be converted to popcorn entertainment.
But I get the appeal of this project on paper. Sebastian Stan has a knack for portraying rich assholes in a most unflattering way—his brief appearance as Robin Hood co-founder Vladimir Tenev in Dumb Money was a masterclass in turning a certain type of Silicon Valley bro into a walking punchline—but not even he will be able to overcome the simple fact that Donald Trump loves any and all attention and he especially loves living in people’s heads rent free. Don’t give it to him!
The other casting is equally good. Jeremy Strong excels at playing complicated, conflicted losers, and Roy Cohn was certainly that, and Maria Bakalova as Ivana Trump is a stroke of genius. And Ali Abbasi probably has a lot to say about this man, but again, it won’t matter, the people who need to hear the message don’t even live in the same world as the messengers, and it will only give Donald Trump tingles that Hollywood can’t quit him. There is literally nothing to be gained here.
But art! No. We’re too close to the morass of the Trump years—too threateningly close to more Trump years—to see it clearly, to have the perspective needed to create even halfway decent art about it. But people will insist, like I said, I see the appeal on paper, and no one has been able to resist the lure of ratings and attention that comes with anything connected to Trump. People will be curious about this movie which will undoubtedly be on the long list of Oscar contenders next year. I super look forward to giving Donald Trump extra attention during a contentious election year in the US. Or, you know, everyone could decide to do literally anything else rather than give Donald Trump what he wants, which is attention, any and all attention, and the knowledge that people who hate him can’t stop thinking about him. I am begging Hollywood to stop thinking about him.

Reliaable Developers: Understanding the Long-Term Value of BDA-Approved Plots in Bangalore
Tumblr media
BDA-approved plots in Bangalore are premium quality investments sanctioned by the Bangalore Development Authority. They're more than just land ownership – they ensure a secure path to long-term growth and value in Bangalore's tech hub. These plots deliver legal protection, strategic locations, infrastructure advantages, potential for appreciation, and flexible investment opportunities. In this blog, let us understand the long-term value of BDA-approved plots in Bangalore's real estate market.
Understanding BDA Approval:
Earning Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) approval sets the highest standard within Bangalore's real estate sector, representing authenticity, legality, and compliance with strict quality benchmarks. The rigorous validation process conducted by the BDA confirms that the plots meet all regulatory needs, including land-use rules, environmental regulations, and urban planning guidelines. This stamp of approval gives investors confidence, shielding them from possible legal disputes and irregularities that could trouble non-approved properties. Location Advantage:
One of the most interesting aspects of BDA-approved plots is their strategic location in areas planned for future growth and development. These plots are usually found in prime locations with superb connections to important amenities, schools, medical facilities, and transportation systems. Such thoughtful placement enhances not just the convenience and ease of access for residents but also increases the desirability and long-term worth of the plots. For example, Reliaable Prime City in Chikkanagamangala near Sorsfort International School, Spring Leaf Hospital, and several shopping centers benefits from great transportation options, making it an appealing choice for investors seeking convenience and connectivity.
Legal Assurance:
Investing in BDA-approved plots offers a robust legal framework, providing buyers with peace of mind. The approval process ensures that the land is free from encumbrances, disputes, or title defects, thus mitigating the risk of legal entanglements post-purchase. Buyers can rest assured knowing that their investment is backed by the credibility and authority of the Bangalore Development Authority, minimizing uncertainties and facilitating a smooth transaction process. With Reliaable Developers projects being BDA-approved and RERA-registered, investors can trust in the legality and authenticity of their investment, ensuring a secure and hassle-free ownership experience.
Infrastructure Development:
Bangalore's rapid urbanization and infrastructural development play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term value proposition of BDA-approved plots. These plots stand to benefit from the city's ongoing infrastructure projects, including road expansions, metro rail networks, water supply systems, and civic amenities. As Bangalore evolves into a modern metropolis, the surrounding areas experience a corresponding enhancement in livability, connectivity, and socio-economic opportunities. This infrastructural development ensures potential appreciation, driving up property values and attracting investors seeking growth-oriented assets. Reliaable Residenza, for example, boasts excellent connectivity and has an upcoming metro line, further enhancing its appeal and potential for long-term value appreciation. Additionally, good public transport in the vicinity adds to the accessibility and attractiveness of the location.
Tumblr media
Potential for Appreciation:
The scarcity of land in growing Bangalore has fueled substantial price increases in  BDA-approved plots. As more people move to the city, especially in prime areas, these plots tend to appreciate steadily over the years. This offers investors solid returns. Additionally, Bangalore's reputation as India's Silicon Valley and a hub for innovation continues to support the long-term potential of BDA-approved land. Investors can capitalize on this appreciation potential to build wealth for their future. Reliaable Developers' projects have earned praise in Reliaable Developers reviews from homeowners and investors alike, reflecting the promising outlook for long-term appreciation in value.
Flexible Investment Options:
BDA-approved plots offer investors flexibility in terms of investment strategies and land use. Whether it's developing residential properties, commercial complexes, or mixed-use developments, investors can customize their investment plan to meet their goals. Companies such as Reliaable Developers, for instance, focus on mixed-use developments, incorporating commercial, residential, and recreational spaces, catering to diverse investor preferences. This flexibility enables investors to maximize profits and adapt to changing market dynamics while capitalizing on the value of land in Bangalore's booming real estate market.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the long-term benefits of BDA-approved plots in Bangalore encompass legal assurance, strategic location, infrastructure development, appreciation potential, and flexible investment options. As Bangalore continues its trajectory of growth and urbanization, these plots emerge as premium assets that promise long-term prosperity and value appreciation for discerning investors. By capitalizing on the unique advantages offered by BDA-approved plots, investors can secure a solid foundation for wealth creation and realize their aspirations of owning prime real estate in India's vibrant tech capital.
About Reliaable Developers:Established in 1999 by Dr. Rama Reddy and Mr. H.P. Rama Reddy, Reliaable Developers is a leading name in Bangalore's real estate. Led by Dr. Rama Reddy and Dr. Mahendra Reddy, the company blends tradition and innovation. With a focus on BDA-approved plots, they've delivered over 15,000 plots across prime Bangalore locations. I got top surgery over 2.5yrs ago with a relatively high BMI (which is a bullshit metric for health but I digress), a chubby belly and hips, and a very large chest. And I LOVE my results. It was an adjustment for my brain to get used to my body suddenly changing, especially given my autism, but i have never once regretted my top surgery. And I've had multiple partners since then that love my body too. You do not need to lose weight to look stunning after top surgery. You do not need to lose weight to validate your gender, I promise. Come as you are!
And if you're not keen on having super obvious scars, I HIGHLY recommend using silicone scar tape or gel once your surgeon says it's ok to start using it. I used silicone scar tape from about 6 weeks to 6 months post-op and my scars are as long as this person in the video has, but barely visible. It's reusable for several uses and washable by hand with mild soap and warm water. It usually gets stickier again after washing, I'd recommend drying the strips of tape by sticking them to a lint-free cloth. I've also stuck them to the bottom of a plastic Tupperware bin and put the lid on for storage. You can get a roll or two on Amazon and that will likely last you until the scars have matured most of the way if you resuse it.

Mastering VLSI Testing: A Gateway to Future-Ready Semiconductor Careers
The Need for Efficient Testing in VLSI Design
As semiconductor technology advances, ensuring the functionality of integrated circuits becomes increasingly challenging. In modern chip development, testing is not a secondary task—it is integral to design. One of the most critical aspects in this context is "Design for Testability" (DFT), a specialized area within VLSI design that enhances test coverage and fault detection. With the rise in complexity of SoCs (System on Chips) and the demand for zero-defect products, knowledge of DFT has become highly valuable in the semiconductor job market.
Understanding Design for Testability and Its Role
Design for Testability in VLSI Bangalore is gaining prominence as companies continue to expand their research and development centers in the city. DFT involves incorporating features into a chip’s design that make it easier to test after manufacturing. Techniques such as scan chains, built-in self-tests (BIST), and boundary scan are implemented during the design phase to simplify post-production validation. This not only reduces the risk of field failures but also cuts down the cost of test equipment and time. Professionals in Bangalore aiming to enter the VLSI industry find that DFT knowledge is now a fundamental requirement for roles in design and testing.
Why DFT is Crucial in Today's Semiconductor Industry
Designing high-performance, energy-efficient chips is only one side of the equation. Ensuring that these chips are defect-free before they reach end-users is equally important. DFT bridges the gap between design and quality assurance. By integrating test structures early in the design flow, it allows faster debugging and higher fault coverage, leading to more reliable end products. In an industry where product failure can cost millions, DFT offers a cost-effective safety net.
Opportunities for Learning and Skill Development in Bangalore
Bangalore, often referred to as India’s Silicon Valley, offers several educational opportunities for those looking to specialize in VLSI. Enrolling in a design for testability course in bangalore can significantly enhance an individual’s prospects in this competitive field. Such courses often include hands-on training, industry-standard tools, and real-time project work to provide practical exposure. Institutes offering these programs cater to both fresh graduates and working professionals who wish to upgrade their skills in this niche area of VLSI design.
Conclusion
To summarize, design for testability has become an essential aspect of modern VLSI development. As the complexity of chips increases, so does the need for effective testing strategies that ensure reliability and reduce costs. Professionals in Bangalore can gain a competitive edge by understanding the principles and practical applications of design for testability in vlsi bangalore. One of the leading institutes offering specialized training is Takshila Institute of VLSI Technologies, known for its practical curriculum and industry alignment. Enrolling in a design for testability course in bangalore can open up rewarding career paths in the semiconductor domain.
