My disappointment was immeasurable when i realized there was a canon humanformers TF:Animated episode, and the human designs were just this:

THIS WAS SUCH A MISSED OPPORTUNITY! THEY ARE SO BORING! So i took it upon myself to redraw it. 😌

I know Prowl wasn’t in this scene, but i wanted an excuse to draw him anyway. He’s silly and i love him.

I tried to push the scale a little bit too, because i imagine the team would be feeling pretty small in a medbay built for cybertronians. Imagine Ratchet is standing on something out of the shot.

Rise is actually kinda funny because it's like Tf:Animated for TMNT fandom and I'm like 80 percent sure that just couple of years later people will wholeheartedly say that it was the coolest experiment that TMNT had, just the way transformers fandom name dropped TFA. Like hear me tf out-

Animated received so many bad reviews and got cancelled over TFP. History repeats itself with Rise and MM. While Animated got later praised for having cool ass concepts like younger Optimus, badass Airchanid, cool lore with bits of "government corruption" that later was the environment for TFP and tfone(but mostly from the comicses, but I'd still argue it was Animated) Sentinel as a whole concept, Bulkhead in TFP, my beloved. It was more comedic at first (but not like too much, yk 2000's cartoons liked being serious and stuff) Why didn't it got praised when it was running? It was different and the art style looked weird.

Rise was criticized over art style, then got criticized over tone and character shifts. It was waaay different than 2012, especially the later season's darker tone. But just fucking look - the Last Ronin new gen turtles are all different species and have superpowers (I hate that part, I hate it sooo much, but the point is - they put it there cause of Rise boys). And I fucking wonder from where they got that concept??? The black MM April is a separate talk cause she's the only "white character turned black" that got second and more genarations(the Naruto crossover) from what I remember, but she got the sarcasm from the 2018 April, who was the second teen April.

Now I see people praising Rise and saying stuff like "we were so baffled from the tone and character shifts that we missed one of the coolest shit TMNT put out". And it's not like from TMNT stand point. Rise is objectively, the best 2d show and movie for a whole decade. I can talk about Rise's animation for a long time but let's get back to the topic-

Animated still has some skeptic and legit haters, and I kinda see their points. Rise now is actively collecting audience who now understand what they missed out. Animated was like that in the 2015 and later on. When I got into the transformers fandom it already got the name of "one of the best transformers shows" and I legitimately think that's happening to new MM fans out there-

It's just a funny observation tho, ik some points that I make are too much, just wanted to hear y'alls thoughts on this.

Personal Description

I found this art challenge browsing Tumblr by @misqnon and saw as an opportunity to practise some Transformers drawings with these prompts. 🖌️

Today’s prompt is ‘Favourite Autobot’ which to me is the lovely blue speedster - Blurr! Sure he is a fast talker (literally) and maybe a bit of a nuisance but you can’t hate this cutie - especially in TF:Animated and he gets the job done with full loyalty. 🩵🏃‍♂️‍➡️

remind me to never design another triple changer ever again oh my god. Anyway! Cybertron Mukuro to go along with the Cybertron Junkan Pair because in my opinion it's not Junkan without Mukuro to wingman one or both of them. or just beat people up on their behalf whatever sounds funniest at the time. Anyway I already talked last night about the design inspirations for this version of Mukuro (Tarn, Soundwave, and SixShot) among other things. But I also like to yap! For Junko and Mikan while I took inspiration from other transformers I still tried to stylize them a lot to make it visually clear that it's them. For Mukuro however I made her significantly more by the books for Transformers designs, since I thought adding too much flare kinda kills part of Mukuro's normal visual appeal for me. So I made her giant, buff as hell, and gave her an expressionless Soundwave styled face.

I also used TF:Animated Lugnut as an inspiration for her Jet Mode! I wanted to make her a lot more sharper and spikier for intimidation factor. but instead opted to just give her ALL of the guns. And this is already a lot beefier than most Mukuro designs, but would you believe she was supposed to be more topheavy?

As for the name TriCharge, I like to imagine it's short for TripleCharge, which was originally supposed to be her name originally, but my very attractive and cool girlfriend suggested TriCharge since it was slightly less on the nose. Other names we went through were Fenrir, Dogtooth, Cerbetron, SixShot2, TriBite, and probably other ones I'm forgetting!

Anyway I'll stop yammering on, hope you like the Mukuro design! I'll try and keep making more Cybertron DR designs, cause I do have more in mind at the moment! Might even make a poll to decide who I draw next, keyword is might, i'm indecisive!~

BACK ON MY BULLSHIT (JOKES ON YOU I NEVER LEFT IT)

I've started watching TF:Animated. About the same age if a couple years older than TCWshow.

Its got a cast of quirky character, up against an evil empire faction, with a super special odd ball awesome team and the lore-special kid sister that both comes with them but also they try to keep outta harm's way.

...

Sound familiar?

TF:Animated is a total AU overhaul of transformers, meaning old characters seen in brand new lights and lore and backstories (the world build is tots different.

So something that old school TF Fandom would scream "RUINED FOREVER"... and probably did and likely still do somewhere.

TF:Animated has the same amount of episodes as TBBshow, shares a lot of the same ideas and archetypes...

... And its Better Written, Better Paced, the Characters each have their own time in the spotlight (own arcs, own quirks, own abilities, each explored), and even the episodes that aren't about the overreaching plot are still good to look at and be in and there's always something New popping up. Even minor things that pop up that become important later.

And yes, there are "guests" characters. TF is still a merchandise driven show after all--but the Guests bring to the show, not take from it, they don't interupt the Main Characters any more than anyone needs.

This is just a brilliantly written and animated show.

So my gods damn question is, why the Fuck isn't TBBshow like this?

Its got the exact same ideas, guest characters, super special awesome kid, quirky outcast team, the evil empire--fucking Everything.

TBBshow had a bigger budget, no rush on trying to squeeze TVtime or Networking (Because its a subscriber streamer service), and is coming out of the biggest corporation ever.

... So how come a Hasbro-pushed Cartoonnetwork 2D animated Transformers show from 2007, outpaced outcharacterd and outmatched it by light years? Using the same exactly ideas?

Find it kinda strange that one of most popular character in tfa fandom haven't his own alphabet lol

Relatively good at taking care of you, he asks about human medications and if you need to take any before/after, if he should be careful with you, if you need anything specific afterwards. Treats you like glass, he just doesn’t want to break his perfect little human.

B=Body Part

His favorite thing about his own body changes depending on who’s fronting. Icy likes that his frame has a unique color combo, whereas Hothead (and Random) like how their wings are pointed downward instead of upward like the seeker’s wings. He loves your midsection. He couldn’t care less if you’re skinny or chubby, he loves to wrap his servos around you.

C=C/m

Inflation kink.

D= Dirty Secret

He won’t tell you about his fascination with seeing your stomach distended (whether that’s with food or transfluid or maybe even a sparkling).

E= Experience

Blitzwing’s had some prior partners (most left because they couldn’t handle him), not many though.

F= Favorite Position

He likes to hold you in his lap, or have you on top.

G= Goofy

He’ll make some jokes to make you smile and laugh or to lighten the mood, lots of little jokes to make you giggle during aftercare.

I= Intimacy

He loves you and wants to show it, but he’s not the best at telling you. He’ll kiss and hold and nuzzle, but Blitzwing stumbles over his words sometimes.

J= Jack Off

He’d prefer your hands on him, but he’ll be fine with his own servos. Won’t self service that often.

K= Kink

This was mentioned before, but he has a fasination for seeing your stomach/midsection distend. Whether that be with transfluid or other fluids, he really likes seeing you full. Also loves to be given instructions.

L= Location

Anywhere away from others, deep in a forest, a cave, his berthroom…

M= Motivation

Seeing you blush or act embarrassed, when you cover your face he finds it so cute.

He won’t draw blood or use knives on you, as long as there isn’t a possibility of you or him bleeding out from it, he’ll try it.

Blitzwing doesn’t like to give, he’s afraid of his faceplates spinning erratically while he’s trying to pleasure you.

Depends on who’s fronting. Random’s a wildcard, Hothead is rough and fast, Icy is slow and teasing.

He’s fine with quickies, but this stems from liking morning sex.

It depends on how desperate he is, but a bathroom stall would work.

Has two toys, one has a small knot at the base and it vibrates at the tip. It’s too big for you to use it. The other is a gag, shaped like a bone.

While Blitzwing does love hearing you beg, he won’t make you cry.

V= Volume

Again, it depends on who’s fronting. Icy is relatively quiet, Hothead will growl and groan, Random is by far the loudest.

W= Wild Card

Blitzwing likes morning s€x, to get the day going. He’s okay with getting worked up or getting you worked up anytime.

X= Xray

Roughly 1ft 5in/43 cm (yes i do the math), he has red bio lights in an upright ladder pattern, surrounded by a stripe of purple (outlined with black). This pattern is semetrical on his spike. His valve has similar patterns and colors.

Y= Yearning

Blitzwing is needy, so going three to four times a week will be regular for you two.

Z= Zzz

Falls asleep quickly after properly taking care of you, and if you’ll allow it, Blitzwing will put his faceplates on your midsection or chest (whichever is softer) and recharge like that. He claims his recharge is more peaceful that way.

I finally finished watching TF:EarthSpark S1 (please give me like 2+ seasons) and I have gathered all my thoughts into one silly list

Love how Alex Malto is very Filipino honestly. Like- it's so small but he's very there and he's the only fictional Filipino I've ever seen in anything live-action or animated that didn't originate from the Philipines. My dad was immediately activated when he heard/saw Alex say 'nanay' (my TV was quiet compared to the movie he was watching in the other room) and it makes me insanely happy. Also he's a lot like my dad scarily enough.

Originally I had TF:Cyberverse in my brain as the 'divorced Transformers show' but EarthSpark has much more divorced-exes vibes oml. Megatron with Soundwave and Shockwave, Bumblebee with Breakdown, Tarantulas in general, especially Megan and Sounders

I'm not a fan of humans in TF stories but the Maltos were great- they were woven into the story very well and were also very entertaining! Alex could infodump and had a fun arc with Bumblebee, Dottie and her backstory were great lore-fillers and her mom abilities were silly (there were a lot of dads but only one mom), Robbie and Mo felt like their own characters without overshadowing the Transformers, and the other background humans were generally enjoyable.

On the other hand- Mandroid didn't really stick with me, especially after he came back after his thingy blew up. Dude is practically a zombie- let him die 😭 BUT I'm excited to see what he'll do next season regardless of how little I enjoyed him as the big baddie

This show has so many dads oml. Alex Malto, Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Wheeljack, Tarantulas, Soundwave, where are all these dads coming from?! It's so fun, you get dads in different fonts like silly, casual war vet, PTSD war vet, not-paid enough war vet, new dad war vet, give him another chance war vet, and angry ex!

Starsceam's eyes are blue! It's so random and small but it activates my brain! Is it a design choice or something more?!

We've seen multiple stunticons but never all together in one place. I wonder if we'll get Menasor or not but, regardless, I love this version of Breakdown so much. Dude is so chill and spawned a new ship in my brain QwQ Bumbledown? Breakbee? Those two had very complicated vibes but my non-TF fan sibling agrees with me they have friendly exes energy

TERRANS- I LOVE THEM- ALL OF THEM- THEY'RE SO COOL

The fight scenes were so 💋 smooth and beautiful and I'd marry the fight scenes if they were people

I thought Bumblebee's friend he was chasing down was going to be Blurr because hee hoo I grew up watching TF:Animated and TF:Cyberverse plus Blurr is one of my favorite Transformers

Actually, my brain is infested with Bumblebee × Breakdown because seriously- this show didn't use slowmo scenes until BREAKDOWN SACRIFICED HIMSELF TO LET BUMBLEBEE ESCAPE. WHAT IS THAT?! IT TICKLES ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHIPPING TROPES OF ALL TIME (friends to enemies to lovers) BECAUSE THEY RACED TOGETHER, GOT SEPARATED, BY THE WAR, AND STILL RETURNED TO RACING WITH EACHOTHER HELP ME

Arcee with her classic car-inspired look omg 🛐 she's so cool and pretty besides for her black eye-liner thing. It looks really weird when her eyes are closed but she's very pretty regardless

Addicted to the found-family vibes of this show (It's not a TF series unless there's found family) but the especially traumatic energy of Tarantulas and Nightshade fuels my 4:47 AM mind. Tarantulas literally doesn't care about anything other than keeping this kid safe and can't tell what actually is safe or not and SACRIFICES HIMSELF SO NIGHTSHADE AND THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY CAN ESCAPE. PLEASE DON'T HURT HIM HE JUST WANTS TO LIVE IN PEACE WITH THE COOL KID HE FOUND IN HIS HOUSE ONE DAY

The size differences in this show are immaculate.

After getting kidnapped by Mandroid and cut, Megatron keeps the slice in his shoulder for later episodes and it's so cool that the continuity is there but sir, please patch yourself up! I don't hate it, it looks cool, but your armor is broken!

Please where did Mandroid get the funds to make who knows how many Arachnamechs?! The government/GHOST sure wasn't paying him while he was in his corrupted Howl's Moving Castle evil lab or sitting in his illegal fight ring.

I know the captions call Hashtag 'Hashtag' but she said she didn't have a word for it therefore her name in my brain is actually gonna be #. Just that. #. She deserves it because she's so silly. She has a fake ponytail and headset as part of her head design- it's amazing.

ALSO # MADE A REFERENCE TO "All your base are belong to use" AND I LOVE HER FOR THAT- POP OFF QUEEN

On the topic of design, Nightshade's protoform look was a little uncomfy for me with the helmet leaving their head very exposed and the random 'ear' discs. It felt weird but after they got their alt-mode they've been nothing but beautiful.

Jawbreaker my boy- you don't need an alt-mode to be so silly <3

Reoccurring Fluffy Ears is amazing

Honestly a lot of designs are either hits or misses. Megatron looked perfect to me but Optimus was off with his very flat head and weird faceplate. Like he was missing a forehead and the faceplate itself looked wonky. Soundwave was super pretty, even if his face is one solid color he absolutely rocked that look. I miss the smiley face Cyberverse Bee had on his pelvis area but at least my eyes aren't drawn to EarthSpark Bee's hips lol. Also Wheeljack. They brought back the mustache face but made it white and it feels incredibly silly and cool and scary and weird at the same time.
