Jim Henson died and I wore black to school and kind of never stopped. So that was kind of. . . Yeah. That was more or less kind of the beginning of that. And then eventually I discovered eyeliner and music. It was pretty good.

"Orym looks waaay up Caduceus's body." | Campaign 3, episode 111
Point of view: You are three apples tall and you are faced with something so big that your halfling body can barely grasp what it's looking at.
Orym and Caduceus are canonically the smallest and the tallest people between Bells Hells and the Mighty Nein, and I had way too much fun drawing my interpretation of Orym's perspective next to a giant-kin.
Also, there is this video going around of a tortoise being gently nudged by a giraffe as it is fleeing in terror, and I want you to think about that for a sec.

Do not baby-ify Caduceus Clay. Do not make Caduceus into a soft uwu non-violent baby. Caduceus is wise. He is calm. He enjoys being a caretaker.
He is not a pacifist. Caduceus regularly gets irritated in fights to the point that he deliberately saps the strength of their enemies. He capsized a boat without thinking about it. He watched someone stab Fjord through the heart with a sword and decided the best response was to have ethereal beetles consume the flesh of the things that did it. He reduces their enemies to nothing but their bones frequently. He makes sure their bodies are consumed by bugs and fungus.
Caduceus is wise, and yes, he is frequently calm. He's also someone who surrounds himself with death, he's someone who will not take threats against the people he loves lightly, and he's someone who is willing and able to use the inherent violence of nature to his advantage.

"there's gotta be something wrong with you. this desire to perform in front of thousands of people? only a truly broken person would do that intentionally and make fools of themselves in front of people like that. only someone very insecure would parade around shaking their butts for strangers"
