Happy Pride from Hynden!

Baronetess of Greed and second oldest child of Mammon, Hynden Avidità could get pretty much anything she wants, she just has a hard line. While she likes the company of both men and women, in the hundreds of years she’s been alive, she’s never looked at anyone “that way.” Dedicated more to the art of the cards than the art of love, she actually takes pride in the fact that she’s not as “distracted” as her siblings. She might not be a queen of hearts, but she’s certainly an Ace in the hole.

We’re doing another round of pinups but this time they’re for Pride! So enjoy seeing different Twisted Tales characters repping their flags throughout the month of June!

I’ve been working on my queer adult fantasy noir podcast and wanted to introduce my traumatized ace non-binary journalist MC. They’re name is Alex and they’re running away from their trauma by interviewing Kingsley, the accused war criminals anthro crocodile who tortured their wife during the war. Kingsley is manipulating Alex to published classified documents to make himself look less terrible and Alex thinks that information will actually make Kingsley’s case look worse. Clearly nothing can go wrong with either plan.

So it’s pride month, here’s Bethany’s pride fit

I used an older symbol for lesbian pride, since her current year is 1985. She’s a lesbian on the asexual spectrum, though she’s not familiar with the asexual spectrum. I could see her identifying with the term Bambi lesbian, a term that traditionally means. A lesbian that prefers romance over sex. I’ve heard some asexual lesbians have claimed that term, so it’s fitting
