During this challenge, get off LOA tumblr! Bloggers say this for a reason, it will overwhelm and complicate your views on this simple meditation. Tapping into your subconscious self is easy & effortless.
Remember affirming is reminding yourself of what you have already, your not trying or waiting for something to come. Whatever you assume is true.
Affirmations:
“I always wake up in the void.”
“Why do I always wake up in the void?”
“I easily enter the void in less than a second.”
“Why is it so easy to enter the void state?”
“I enter the void state effortlessly.”
“Why do I enter the void state so effortlessly?”
When you ask a ‘why’ question, your brain immediately tries to come up with a answer to why. Thus being easy to saturate your mind with your desires. Why do you have what you want? Because you have it, done.

<Hey guy it's been quite while,I shifted for a whole month(which will be 2 days here in my CR) in Koizora DR,for a break from my CR,anyways from the result from today's votes,>
Firstly something we all struggle as beginner to manifest is,obsession,desperation,doubts, procrastation and methods. But guys don't worry it's just a normal phase everyone go through after knowing that we can HAVE ANYTHING we want,logical or illogical. But here me out you don't have to force yourself to get completely rid of those negative,because they are always gonna come up,what YOU have to do is be in control of those thoughts,which mean don't let those thoughts guide you to get in a state of lack. You are more power then that so,flip that shit and focus on the new thought or new story.
I get as someone new to law you will be confuse on what to do,or what to manifest,but the most common is thinking HOW. How do I start,"how do I manifest it into my life?","how is it even possible,will it work for me?". It definitely will you've been manifesting your whole life,but since you are new that's why you're finding it hard to manifest. But let me tell you it's simple,if you are not able to embody state,use SATS,being etc.
So here is the routine you have to follow for the next 2 weeks.
🥗. Create a Pinterest vision board look at it,everytime you feel like you need external validation,or motivation.
🥗. Start your day with affirmations,and use this subliminal and loop it as you affirm. Use the sub atleast 1 hour or more while doing your morning routine and robotically affirming.

🥗. Now robotically affirm as you go on with your day. You can talk with others don't have to shut the world out as Sammy said. Or you can do 30 minutes affirmation 1 hour rest session.
🥗. On free time use this morphic field and continue affirming for atleat 30 minutes headphones are not needed foe morphic field so no need to use one since Sapien recommended himself. Also do atleast a proper 1-2 hour saturation session,you can also do other activities.

🥗. At night use these two subs by SLADE,and fall asleep as you affirm. You can loop is overnight too but it's upto you how long you want to use it.

★. Affirm as you wake up with the subliminal above.
★. Affirm for 30 minutes and take 1 hour rest or do robotic affirming the whole day.
★. On your free time use morphic field and do a proper saturation session of 1-2 hour.
★. As you fall asleep use two subs and loop it as you affirm to sleep.
Also you don't have to worry about all the emotions you feel,you wanna cry then cry,feeling guilty it's fine,feeling desperate it's fine. Let the emotions pass,people have affirmed while crying,to the point they throw up(me💀) with desperatation,you can obsess over your desires it'snot a big crime. But the biggest crime is not persisting and checking 3D also procrastinating. Also don't get discourage if 3d shows you something you don't like affirm against it because you are more powerfull then those thoughts.

That means affirming TWENTY FOUR/ SEVEN, listening to affirmation tapes, doing guided meditations, listening to subliminals, listening to manifestation music, being as delusional as humanly possible, SATURATE YOUR MIND COMPLETELY AND REPROGRAM YOUR MIND. You are in a constant state of manifestation, use that to your advantage, aways be saturating your mind.

P.S. Make sure you have read THIS POST beforehand! I know this is called the November Challenge but you can use this routine anytime!! This is for people who are going to take their dream life seriously.
Hey Upper East Siders! Gossip Girl here and I have a “challenge” for you. I don’t want you to think about the life you could be living, but the life you will be living after reading this post.
You’ve been denying yourself of a beautiful life for a long time, and that ends now. And i’m sure since you’ve read my “I look forward to never seeing you again” post, you know exactly how the law of assumption works and exactly what you need to do.
So here’s your new manifestation routine, because I am not going to lay back and watch every single one of you live a miserable life and doom scroll on tumblr. I thought the season of horror movies was last month, yet you’re still watching. But not for long.
NOTE!!: When I tell you to “Imagine & feel”, I am talking about FULLY identifying with the INNER self. To read my post about how to imagine CLICK HERE (You should be fully immersed in your inner reality like HERE)
ィ⠀WAKING UP⠀࿐
-> The first minute right as you wake up is a really useful state where your subconscious is extremely susceptible to new assumptions & beliefs.
-> Imagine yourself having all your desires and the best self concept ever!!! Do this for as long as you want, until you are 100% certain that you have the best self concept and that you have everything you want in imagination. Your self concept = Nothing can “ruin” your manifestations because you already have them and you are above all your desires. You are on the pedestal.
ィ⠀THROUGHOUT THE DAY⠀࿐
-> Throughout the day when you find that your desires come to mind, go back to the state and just know that you have them. Feel yourself to have it in imagination. Imagine & feel. Have fun with it! Look at your vision boards, script, visualise, affirm, vaunt, do whatever you want as long as it fulfills you. DO THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU THINK OF YOUR DESIRES!!!!
-> For those of you who are very busy throughout the day and don’t naturally think of their desires throughout the day because they don’t have time, set reminders on your phone!!! Download this app called “minimaList” on the app store, and you can set notifications! To download CLICK HERE
-> Set these reminders on your phone for every 1-2 hours so that you can dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled!!! e.g. A reminder goes off on your phone at 1pm which means it’s time to imagine & feel. Then another reminder goes off at 2pm or 3pm depending on what you choose telling you to imagine & feel. You can use a code word if you don’t want people to see the notifications on your phone. e.g. “I&F means to imagine and feel.”
ィ⠀GOING TO SLEEP⠀࿐
-> Do SATS as you are falling asleep. It’s alright if you don’t “succeed” when doing sats the first time. Control yourself from just falling asleep, keep persisting. This part is optional but it is very helpful to making your desires feel natural to you.
-> (Optional) You can also do an alpha state meditation right before you go to sleep. You can also do this alpha state meditation any time of the day when you are in a relaxed environment. -> CLICK HERE
-> At least ONCE a day, do this I AM meditation by Edward Art. -> CLICK HERE (NOT OPTIONAL!!!)
ィ⠀REASSURANCE VAUNT⠀࿐
EXPERIENCING THE 3D & FEELING DOUBTFUL
-> NOTE: Unidentifying with the 3D doesn’t mean to ignore the 3D. You are still experiencing the 3D in your day to day life, you simply cannot ignore it. All you can do is just not identify with it. How do you do this? When you experience the 3D, you do not assume that your 3D self is the real you, because your inner self is the real you! You view the 3D as nothing but an illusion based on past assumptions.
-> I want you to know that it’s normal to feel doubtful as the days go on when manifesting your dream life. But you HAVE to keep persisting and not let those doubts get to you. Keep going back to imagination & feeling!!! No matter what!!! Don’t EVER give up!! Don’t give up on yourself!! You don’t deserve that.
-> EVERY time you start to feel fear & doubt and the 3D becomes too overwhelming for you, read this reassurance vaunt by me. It will help you get back on track. -> CLICK HERE
-> When you feel doubtful or even unmotivated, you can read success stories on @loasuccessarchive and @voidsuccessarchive, but remember to ALWAYS go back to feeling!!!

If you ever see something in a store, on Pinterest board, on Instagram, Tik tok, i want you to declare it as yours.
Decide it as yours and done, you have it.
But the 3d?
This challenge i created is for you to remove the mentality of "oh i don't have it" or "but i don't see it in the 3d"
The moment you decided it as yours then it is yours.
Remember: you have it in your 4d the moment you decide you have it, so keep persisting in that assumption.
Saw a cute bag in a store? Oh i have it, it's already mine.
Saved your desired phone on your Pinterest board? It yours.
Saw your desired face or nose in another girl? It's mine, i have it.
Saw your desired body on another girl? Lol I have the same body as her.
Don't not overthink, decide it's yours and move on with your life.
The challenge is supposed to be fun, no drainful, have fun getting your desires!

Wake up with your dream life: affirm & relax challenge
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・。.。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
This is a challenge suggestion created by @leilth that I expanded upon ❤️
This challenge is going to help: calm your anxiety & stress, remove negativity, help reprogram your mind for manifesting your dream life, shifting, or entering the void.
Most beneficial for people with: overthinking tendencies, overactive minds, stress & anxiety, difficult circumstances
Why affirm & relax?
Most people have heard about affirm & persist, which has a lot of baggage attached, and may be seen as “robotic” or a chore. We’re switching that mindset up now.
We’re affirming because thinking positive thoughts makes us feel good. We’re thinking all the time anyway, we might as well be thinking thoughts that make us happy.
We’re relaxing because we know our dream life is on the way and we don’t have to do anything to deserve/earn/achieve it.
We’re not forcing ourselves or doing techniques to “get anything”. Like doing a yoga class or getting a massage - we’re doing it because it’s relaxing & makes us feel good.
We already know our desires belong to us, the techniques are just calming the doubtful human mind to make the transition easier.
We are relaxing and not obsessing about a deadline or time crunch because we know time is an illusion and our success is inevitable.
Challenge steps!
1) Decide your focus/intention. Do you want to wake up with all your desires? Master the void? Shift to your DR? Decide now and make your script or desires list, if you haven’t already. Got it? Alright, it’s yours! All you have to do now is sit back and relax and wait for your reality to conform.
In the meantime, here’s what you can do to relax and embody your desired state until it materializes:
2) Pick a sub playlist or make your own. I have curated a couple playlists with trusted subs you might want to try:
If you have a lot of negativity and unfortunate circumstances in your life, this playlist is for releasing negativity, curses & toxic people and manifesting a better life.
I collected a bunch of subs for this challenge that include topics like waking up with your desires, manifesting overnight, shifting, self-concept, blockage removals, boosters and more. The first sub in the playlist is one that can be looped overnight to wake up with your desires.
Subs for the void state
Pick the ones most relevant to you and make your own playlist to use daily.
3) Listen to your playlist 30-60 minutes a day. Try listening once in the morning and once at night, but any time works. You can also loop your playlist in the background throughout the day or night and listen while doing other things.
For about 10 minutes of your listening time, try to relax and breathe deeply while sitting in the psych-k position.
4) Listen to an aff tape for 10 minutes while doing psych-k or another calming exercise. Instead of psych-k, you could also try SRT, tapping, breathwork, lying under a weighted blanket, or any other calming exercise. If you do it with psych-k then do it 5 minutes each sides.

I’m living my dream life
5) EFT tapping for your desires twice a day. You can follow the basic script I provided here, but try to use your own words with whatever specific emotions you find coming up for you in the moment. Try to tap for around 10-15 minutes. In the morning just after you wake up & before you go to bed are the most powerful times.
You can also do quick mini tapping sessions throughout the day. It’s fine to just tap only on one point while repeating your affs for a positive tune-up.
6) Each hour say your affirmation 30 times. Set a repeating reminder on your phone with one blanket aff such as “I have all my desires” or “I woke up with my dream life” or “I’m in my desired reality” or “I have mastered the void” and repeat 30x when it goes off. It’s ok to repeat it in your head if you can’t say it out loud.
The specific number of 30 affs is based off Cleo’s 12hr movement challenge which was very successful for many people who tried it. Feel free to repeat more or less based on your preference.
7) As you are drifting off to sleep: imagine, affirm, or intend to wake up with your desires. You might picture a brief scene opening your eyes to your desires in the morning (if you’re good at visualization). You could repeat the same aff you have been repeating throughout the day, or pick a short phrase that would make you feel successful like “I did it!” to loop until you fall asleep.
8) Repeat daily until you wake up with your desires!
NOTE: You may or may not see 3D acting up but again it's a good sign that what you are doing is working. You can tend to the 3D but don’t react to it. That’s just the old story trying to pull you back. Treat those old thoughts and circumstances like unruly children, firmly tell them “no!” And don’t let them get away with anything!! You are the boss now!

Daily Activities Summary:
1) Listen to your sub playlist for 30-60 minutes. It’s fine to listen while doing other things. Try to sit in the psych-k position while listening for at least 10 minutes.
2) Listen to an aff tape while doing psych-k (or other calming activity) for 10 minutes. Just breathe deep and relax while listening.
3) EFT tapping for 10-15 minutes, once in the morning & once in the evening, more if you want!
4) Affirm with your main aff 30 times each hour you’re awake.
5) Affirm or imagine waking up with your desires as you drift off to sleep.
6) No identifying with 3D circumstances, tell negative thoughts “No!” and counteract them with your affs.

Why do we do each method?
Psych-k: we do psych-k sessions while listening to subliminals or aff tapes because it helps calm our nervous systems and connect both sides of our brains, releasing stuck stress and speeding up the process of learning the affirmations.
Tapping: we do tapping because it helps us to remove all blocked energy & emotions holding us back, replacing it with beliefs that say we already have our desires. It helps us shift our state to feel like we already have what we want and makes it easier to accept our new affs.
Repeating affirmations: we are repeating affirmations each hour so we saturate our mind as much as possible and remind ourselves of the new story. We’re doing this to calm the impatient overactive human brain that wants to keep telling the old story.
SATS/lullaby: Imagining your desires fulfilled or repeating affirmations as you go to sleep are some of the OG methods of loa manifesting. Whatever you think of right before you fall asleep is going to powerfully affect your subconscious mind.
How long is this gonna take??
Everything depends on how much resistance you have and your personal mindset and journey. We’re not making deadlines or limits because time is an illusion right?
But on average, both EFT and Psych-k have been proven to permanently change beliefs in about 7 sessions. So one week should be more than enough. Since we’re also doing tapping and affirming and listening to subs, it’s gonna work from all angles, speeding up the process even if you have doubts, fears, or limiting beliefs.
Now stop scrolling and go affirm and relax!! You’re gonna be living your dream life in no time at all! 💕

The list method is a law of assumption method—obviously—where you create a list of your desires. Once the list is finished, you affirm that you have everything on the list, or everything that you want!

create a list of your desires (in your notes app, on paper, whatever works best for you)
affirm that you have everything that you want! you can saturate, but it isn’t necessary to successfully manifest. Even if you only affirm a few times a day, you’ll still get your desires if that’s your assumption!!
Get your desires! Self-explanatory, in my opinion.

Hi babes!!♡
So I just wrapped up my little 7 day pretty girl challenge, and let me tell you—she delivered!!! This was such a fun and easy reminder that your inner reality always reflects outward, no matter what the 3D tries to show you.

༺♰༻Clear, glowing, lighter skin
༺♰༻ Whiter teeth

༺♰༻ My wavy hair transformed into naturally straight, silky hair—no more frizz, no more humidity drama

And people noticed too!! While shopping at the mall, strangers were literally coming up to me and telling me how pretty I looked—I was internally gushing, omg!! Even my friends were like, "Wait... did you straighten your hair?" And, "why is your skin so much lighter all of a sudden??" Like YES, thank you for noticing ♡♡

I kept it super simple. Listened to appearance subliminals daily, made a Pinterest board of my dream look, and that was it. But the key part was mindset. Anytime I looked in the mirror, even if I didn't fully see it yet, I'd mentally affirm:
༺♰༻Omg my skin is literally flawless
༺♰༻My hair is sooo long and straight today
༺♰༻ Damnnn my brows are full and shaped perfectly
I never thought against it. No questioning. No checking the 3D for proof. Just full belief. Because your mental reality creates your physical reality. Period.
Stop giving your 3D power it doesn't deserve. You literally have full creative control. This challenge reminded me of that in the most fun, effortless way possible.
And get this—I even manifested a bunch of random things this week without even trying:
༺♰༻ The exact red leather jacket and black leather pants I saved to my Pinterest board the night before... I literally got them the next day?? Insane.
༺♰༻ Made a new guy friend at a soccer game just by thinking, "I'd love to make a new friend today" — he sat next to me, and we hit it off instantly.
༺♰༻ Finally went to a bonfire party ( I've been wanting this forever, and it was sooo fun!!)
༺♰༻ Went on a spontaneous shopping spree, and everything was suddenly 50% off...like what??? I walked out with two bags for half the price!!!
This challenge reminded me just how natural it is to shift into any version of myself when I stop giving the 3D a voice. You're the operant power. Always. More fun challenges are coming soon!!
Pretty is a mindset first.

I'm tired of counting help. So i just thought of this new method but instead of robotically affirming you just be in the knowing for an amount of TIME instead of a NUMBER. Just know in the background, linger in the feeling or however works for you. Just customize it!

Set a timer or stopwatch and think from the new story and have what you want, think what you will, feel what you will, visualise, affirm literally anything. Just feel it, know it, believe it.
It can be free ofc like affirming. But it can also be similar to the 10k challenge. Like 10h challenge. Hours. So for however long like 7 days or even 3 days you gotta have 10 hours in which you thought from the state and just be in the knowing of it already being done

And before the challenge starts I want you all to take up this challenge seriously and also have fun through out this challenge. And remember this challenge is not more power then yourself,this challenge is all about persisting and trusting yourself.
From the title itself you may be able to know what the challenge is about,if not,don't worry your Chrissy is here to explain the challenge,so the goal of this challenge is to start BEING the person you want to be as in the person who already have the desires also this challenge is gonna be intense.

THE CHALLENGE🌊
🌊. First of all guys we are gonna script some of you may not want to but trust me please. Take a notebook or open your note pad script down as if you are writing a letter to your past self tell them you have everything the present you wished for tell them that you have finally shifted,manifested everything and you are happy,don't stop until you feel satisfied.
As you are writing don't think about what to write just go with the flow write down whatever comes in your mind until it stops. And you will feel an ecstasy while writing as uou are slowly getting in the state as you write it in a flow like state.
As you have done the first part of the challenge let's go to intense part.
🌊. From here I want you all to affirm ion care what you say just affirm as the person who wrote the letter as in your future self,use robotic or askformation but as long you are being able to get in the state or keep the negative thoughts away use any method not just affirming.
🌊. I want you all to also do EFT tapping you can use chatGPT for creating eft tapping affirmations,and also use breathworks before bed becauseit helps slowing down the brainwaves I also box breathwork and diaphragmatic breathwork are recommend but you can use any that works for you.
(You can do EFT tapping anytime you want no specific routine)
🌊. Do lullaby method or SATS as you fall asleep.
But in all seriousness you have to start enjoying being the person who wrote the letter,if you feel anxious read the letter again as much as you want,make it your goal to feeling what you FELT while writing the letter natural,don't look at the 3D or think from 3D,look at the 4D and think from 4D. Persist in the 4D not 3D.

Welcome to the Reach For The Stars LOA Challenge!!
This challenge is going to be very simple, very easy, very fun and also very flexible. I wish you all the best of luck in doing it!
1ST STEP! Pick a desire! Yes, it can be anything, it can be multiple, it can be a "small" thing or a "huge" thing (even though big and small things don't exist but you get my point.)
2ND STEP! Decide that it is yours. All you have to do, is literally tell yourself that it is yours.
3RD STEP! For two weeks only, I want you to live as if you have your desire(s) because you do. Don't let any doubts tell you otherwise, I want you to flip them and just have faith in yourself.
During this challenge, I want you to be insanely strict, no matter what. You simply have what you want, and I want you to KNOW you have what you want. Have faith in yourself for these two weeks. Affirm only when you want to, fulfil yourself only when you need to be fulfilled. Simply, just have your manifestation and act like you have it.
Ask yourself, "what thoughts would I have, if I had what I want? what sort of inner-conversations would I have?" Then from there, you'll use that and know that you already have your manifestations. I told you all it would be very simple.

🛸; It Gets to a point where you have to be sick and tired of being sick and tired of not being comfortable and secure in the life you currently reside in as someone who has struggled with my manifestation in the past but still being desperate and hungry for that big change you are the reason for change when you change your mind and thoughts and the reality around will change.
even if you think about your life right now if you feel like you wish you looked different or you have more money shift your thoughts to ones that think in your favor because if you keep sabotaging yourself your always gonna wish that you’ve done something about it earlier all of the success stories in the world,the motivational ones,the tumblr posts and the tweets aren’t gonna manifest for you until you assumption about your life shifts.
So many successful people have manifested their way to the top,manifested their dream lives,appearances,careers etc. do you think they were gonna let one little thing get to them or let it knock them down and ruin their self esteem?! NO. they got back up and kept persisting in the things they want because they’re hungry for it just like you are.
and this post is not to come off as harsh of like im punching down on people because im not i want to inspire you to change and actually get what you wants instead of stay in a spot you’re uncomfortable and insecure in. ANYTHING YOU WANT YOU CAN HAVE
you don’t need outside proof,your don’t more evidence,your don’t need motivation,you don’t need a coach,your don’t need a course,you don’t need a subliminal all you need to do is focus and shift your thoughts to positive ones and stay in the mindset no matter what the 3D throws at you.
