SP UPDATE YAYAYAYAYAY!!
yalll so basically this story finna be long. ima start with what i did to manifest this.
All weekend i listened to affirmations, i robotically affirmed, i did guided meditations, i did everything under the sun okayyy yall i was really saturating my mind. (was doing my 3 day challenge, check that out 😛). and today at school my sp kept talking with me and said my hair looked nice (i got it braided.)
AND THEN after school my sisters friend came over and picked us up to go to mcdonalds. Some of me and SPs mutual friends were there and so we chilled for a little.
THEN MY SP CAME AND HE LOOKED SO FUCKING SEXY YALL LIKE OMGG I WAS SO HAPPY. He had his shirt off cs he js came from basketball and the nigga is BUILTTTT. Anyways he put it back on before going inside the mcdonalds, but i was staring at him in the window 😛😛.
I started affirming in my head , then when he came inside he went up to ME FIRST, keep in mind ALL his friends were in there but he chose me, because i am his number one priority.
So we talk a little and laughed, then me and my sisters friend were about to leave. (she was the only one that has a car) and we were giving my cousin (also SPs friend) a ride. Then he asks for a ride JUST TO BE WITH ME CS HE ALREADY HAD A RIDE YALL. so basically him and his friends CRAMMED into the tiny car with me and my friends . HE SAT NEXT TO ME YALL AND HE SAID I SMELT GOODDD. yall we were so close it was such a tiny space. He couldn’t keep his hands off of me bro and thats what i had been affirming!! We talked and carpooled and then we dropped him off home and second he got home he texted me that he was home and we texted the whole time (im still texting him as im typing ts) YALL IT WAS SO FUN AND SO FUCKING CUTE. ima show a tinsy tiny bit of my affirmations list cs he literally did exactly what i affirmed!!

Someone requested a robotic affirmation challenge so here it is :).
Rules
No overconsumption during the challenge.
No checking the 3D. Period.
Mental diet, aka no affirming against your desires at all.
Don't focus on any resistance, don't try to argue with it or "fix it" just affirm.
The show must go on, affirm anyway.

Instructions
Choose two to three affirmations and loop them in your head. Bonus points for repeating them to the rhythm or melody of a song.
When you want to check the 3D you will either check a vision board or use visualise in place of checking the 3D. Use them for validation instead.
Instead of overconsuming LOA posts you may save four posts/videos/whatever's that help you maintain your mindset. Outside of that don't seek out advice. You know enough.
Duration is up to you but please don't stop after three days, set an end date and don't let anything come between you and affirming till that date is reached.

How to robotic affirm
Robotic affirmations are affirmations that are repeated without feeling. It doesn't matter how you feel when you do them.
You can do other things while affirming you do not just have to sit there. Go throughout your routine, do chores, whatever you want.
How to vaunt
I like writing down vaunts in a journal like I'm writing in my diary.
Vaunting is just thinking as if you're bragging to someone about your desire.
Example:
Oh my god my hair is SO shiny. How did it even get that shiny? Wow my hair is probably the shiniest ever.
Other
Abdullah used to slam doors in Nevilles face saying "you are already in Barbados"
That's what I do to myself when I waver.
Nope. Already there. Too late you can't argue I walked away.

P.S. Make sure you have read THIS POST beforehand! I know this is called the November Challenge but you can use this routine anytime!! This is for people who are going to take their dream life seriously.
Hey Upper East Siders! Gossip Girl here and I have a “challenge” for you. I don’t want you to think about the life you could be living, but the life you will be living after reading this post.
You’ve been denying yourself of a beautiful life for a long time, and that ends now. And i’m sure since you’ve read my “I look forward to never seeing you again” post, you know exactly how the law of assumption works and exactly what you need to do.
So here’s your new manifestation routine, because I am not going to lay back and watch every single one of you live a miserable life and doom scroll on tumblr. I thought the season of horror movies was last month, yet you’re still watching. But not for long.
NOTE!!: When I tell you to “Imagine & feel”, I am talking about FULLY identifying with the INNER self. To read my post about how to imagine CLICK HERE (You should be fully immersed in your inner reality like HERE)
ィ⠀WAKING UP⠀࿐
-> The first minute right as you wake up is a really useful state where your subconscious is extremely susceptible to new assumptions & beliefs.
-> Imagine yourself having all your desires and the best self concept ever!!! Do this for as long as you want, until you are 100% certain that you have the best self concept and that you have everything you want in imagination. Your self concept = Nothing can “ruin” your manifestations because you already have them and you are above all your desires. You are on the pedestal.
ィ⠀THROUGHOUT THE DAY⠀࿐
-> Throughout the day when you find that your desires come to mind, go back to the state and just know that you have them. Feel yourself to have it in imagination. Imagine & feel. Have fun with it! Look at your vision boards, script, visualise, affirm, vaunt, do whatever you want as long as it fulfills you. DO THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU THINK OF YOUR DESIRES!!!!
-> For those of you who are very busy throughout the day and don’t naturally think of their desires throughout the day because they don’t have time, set reminders on your phone!!! Download this app called “minimaList” on the app store, and you can set notifications! To download CLICK HERE
-> Set these reminders on your phone for every 1-2 hours so that you can dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled!!! e.g. A reminder goes off on your phone at 1pm which means it’s time to imagine & feel. Then another reminder goes off at 2pm or 3pm depending on what you choose telling you to imagine & feel. You can use a code word if you don’t want people to see the notifications on your phone. e.g. “I&F means to imagine and feel.”
ィ⠀GOING TO SLEEP⠀࿐
-> Do SATS as you are falling asleep. It’s alright if you don’t “succeed” when doing sats the first time. Control yourself from just falling asleep, keep persisting. This part is optional but it is very helpful to making your desires feel natural to you.
-> (Optional) You can also do an alpha state meditation right before you go to sleep. You can also do this alpha state meditation any time of the day when you are in a relaxed environment. -> CLICK HERE
-> At least ONCE a day, do this I AM meditation by Edward Art. -> CLICK HERE (NOT OPTIONAL!!!)
ィ⠀REASSURANCE VAUNT⠀࿐
EXPERIENCING THE 3D & FEELING DOUBTFUL
-> NOTE: Unidentifying with the 3D doesn’t mean to ignore the 3D. You are still experiencing the 3D in your day to day life, you simply cannot ignore it. All you can do is just not identify with it. How do you do this? When you experience the 3D, you do not assume that your 3D self is the real you, because your inner self is the real you! You view the 3D as nothing but an illusion based on past assumptions.
-> I want you to know that it’s normal to feel doubtful as the days go on when manifesting your dream life. But you HAVE to keep persisting and not let those doubts get to you. Keep going back to imagination & feeling!!! No matter what!!! Don’t EVER give up!! Don’t give up on yourself!! You don’t deserve that.
-> EVERY time you start to feel fear & doubt and the 3D becomes too overwhelming for you, read this reassurance vaunt by me. It will help you get back on track. -> CLICK HERE

Decide it as yours and done, you have it.
But the 3d?
This challenge i created is for you to remove the mentality of "oh i don't have it" or "but i don't see it in the 3d"
The moment you decided it as yours then it is yours.
Remember: you have it in your 4d the moment you decide you have it, so keep persisting in that assumption.
Saw a cute bag in a store? Oh i have it, it's already mine.
Saved your desired phone on your Pinterest board? It yours.
Saw your desired face or nose in another girl? It's mine, i have it.
Saw your desired body on another girl? Lol I have the same body as her.
Don't not overthink, decide it's yours and move on with your life.
The challenge is supposed to be fun, no drainful, have fun getting your desires!

The list method is a law of assumption method—obviously—where you create a list of your desires. Once the list is finished, you affirm that you have everything on the list, or everything that you want!
II. HOW TO DO THIS CHALLENGE
create a list of your desires (in your notes app, on paper, whatever works best for you)
affirm that you have everything that you want! you can saturate, but it isn’t necessary to successfully manifest. Even if you only affirm a few times a day, you’ll still get your desires if that’s your assumption!!
Get your desires! Self-explanatory, in my opinion.

Hi babes!!♡
So I just wrapped up my little 7 day pretty girl challenge, and let me tell you—she delivered!!! This was such a fun and easy reminder that your inner reality always reflects outward, no matter what the 3D tries to show you.

ℌ𝔢𝔯𝔢'𝔰 𝔴𝔥𝔞𝔱 ℑ 𝔪𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔣𝔢𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔡 𝔦𝔫 𝔧𝔲𝔰𝔱 7 𝔡𝔞𝔶𝔰:
༺♰༻Clear, glowing, lighter skin
༺♰༻ Whiter teeth
༺♰༻ Fuller, fluffier eyebrows (soap brow goals, tbh)
༺♰༻ Darker, longer eyelashes
༺♰༻ My wavy hair transformed into naturally straight, silky hair—no more frizz, no more humidity drama
༺♰༻ 3 inches of hair growth (like what??!!)
And people noticed too!! While shopping at the mall, strangers were literally coming up to me and telling me how pretty I looked—I was internally gushing, omg!! Even my friends were like, "Wait... did you straighten your hair?" And, "why is your skin so much lighter all of a sudden??" Like YES, thank you for noticing ♡♡
⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆ 𝔐𝔢𝔱𝔥𝔬𝔡𝔰 ⋆༺𓆩⚔️𓆪༻⋆
I kept it super simple. Listened to appearance subliminals daily, made a Pinterest board of my dream look, and that was it. But the key part was mindset. Anytime I looked in the mirror, even if I didn't fully see it yet, I'd mentally affirm:
༺♰༻Omg my skin is literally flawless
༺♰༻My hair is sooo long and straight today
༺♰༻ Damnnn my brows are full and shaped perfectly
I never thought against it. No questioning. No checking the 3D for proof. Just full belief. Because your mental reality creates your physical reality. Period.
Stop giving your 3D power it doesn't deserve. You literally have full creative control. This challenge reminded me of that in the most fun, effortless way possible.
And get this—I even manifested a bunch of random things this week without even trying:
༺♰༻ The exact red leather jacket and black leather pants I saved to my Pinterest board the night before... I literally got them the next day?? Insane.
༺♰༻ Made a new guy friend at a soccer game just by thinking, "I'd love to make a new friend today" — he sat next to me, and we hit it off instantly.
༺♰༻ Finally went to a bonfire party ( I've been wanting this forever, and it was sooo fun!!)
༺♰༻ Went on a spontaneous shopping spree, and everything was suddenly 50% off...like what??? I walked out with two bags for half the price!!!
This challenge reminded me just how natural it is to shift into any version of myself when I stop giving the 3D a voice. You're the operant power. Always. More fun challenges are coming soon!!
Pretty is a mindset first.

Wowowow first challenge on my profile!! Thought I'd make things more fun for everyone.
Welcome to the Reach For The Stars LOA Challenge!!
This challenge is going to be very simple, very easy, very fun and also very flexible. I wish you all the best of luck in doing it!
1ST STEP! Pick a desire! Yes, it can be anything, it can be multiple, it can be a "small" thing or a "huge" thing (even though big and small things don't exist but you get my point.)
2ND STEP! Decide that it is yours. All you have to do, is literally tell yourself that it is yours.
3RD STEP! For two weeks only, I want you to live as if you have your desire(s) because you do. Don't let any doubts tell you otherwise, I want you to flip them and just have faith in yourself.
During this challenge, I want you to be insanely strict, no matter what. You simply have what you want, and I want you to KNOW you have what you want. Have faith in yourself for these two weeks. Affirm only when you want to, fulfil yourself only when you need to be fulfilled. Simply, just have your manifestation and act like you have it.
Ask yourself, "what thoughts would I have, if I had what I want? what sort of inner-conversations would I have?" Then from there, you'll use that and know that you already have your manifestations. I told you all it would be very simple.

(This challenge will take atleast 2 weeks don't walk away just because it's two week 2,I have got alot of asks from anons who want to enter void or manifest but have adhd let's start~~)
🧁The challenge>>
•. Regulating nervous system aka your vagus nerves.
So what is vagus nerves??? It is the parasympathetic nerves that is longest nerves in our body. It through our brain to large intestine,they carry out messages to our brain so to calm to thoughts that give us anxiety we have to regulate them.
My favorite way regulate to regulate is massaging my thorax point because my chest hurts alot when I get anxious and anxiety.

This video really helped me because I never really got this type of relief from chest pain when u used to get anxiety.

Another way to regulate is humming,or gargling,cold exposure like,ice bath,cold shower.

So guys when ever you get anxiety do once of these exercise atleast 4 times if possible or if you are a very anxious person.
•. Pink noises:
Ofc couldn't forget this one you have to use it after a proper nervous system regulation before bed before going to bed while affirming.

•. Self concept:
For this challenge I really REALLY RECCOMEND self concept,yes you don't need it but if you're getting anxiety even after seeing or manifested many things before I really recommend working on self concept.
•. Robotic Affirming:
I really recommend it for people with ADHD like me,the repetition really help chase away those unwanted negative thoughts,you can do it while doing anything basically but affirming while doing crochetingor qalking is my favvvv!!.
•. Saturating sessions:
Here you can use a counter app put a particular number like for example 500 or 600,it's all upto you.
If you want to affirm for an hour or two,set timer and affirm while tapping.
Or you can set a goal like for a day you'll affirm 1000 or 2000 times and while day when ever you get time you can use the counter app.
Or you can use affirmation tape whatever resonates with you.
🧸.WEEK ONE.
This week is all about your self concept.
•. Start your day with NO phone,if you read a lot of SATS guide uou probably read that we are in SATS right when we wake up,so yes use this hour to affirm in your favour SELF CONCEPT,every morning.
•. Now It's upto you you can do saturating sessions anytime of your day and robotically affirming.
Tip: if you lose focus while robotically affirming try doing repetitive activity like for me walking or crocheting or tapping on my thigh while watching movie.
•. Now if you catch yourself over thinking and feeling nervous and wavering do one of the vagus nerves exercises really quick and along with pink noises.
•. As for night before bed,I personally really prefer a cold shower and then listening to pink noises while robotically affirming but shower isn't necessary you can do what you like to regulate your nervous system.
So you have to do all this for a week remember it's self concept week whenever thought like "should I just into entering void/manifesting" a big fat NO, instead start telling yourself it's done if you feel like working on self concept is wasting your time,but don't get too lost on affirming "it's done" remember just regulate and affirm it's done few times before going back to how amazing you are in manifesting or entering void.
🧸. WEEK TWO~
•. Now this week you will do the same but not work on your self concept,you will start affirming that YOU ARE THE VESRION OF YOURSELF WHO CAN MANIFEST/ENTER VOID.
•. Also THIS WEEK you will use EFT tapping around 6 rounds not a specific time you can do EFT tapping while robotically affirming taht you can manifest /enter void.
•. On second week I want you guys to start practicing meditation before bed instead of putting pink noises and affirming like first week now I know it's hard to meditate for someone with ADHD but here is the thing,you will observe those thought which means you will no longer try to identify with those thoughts. Monitor those thoughts like you are in someone else's body,you'll realize the thought are coming in by itself,ok just assume you're a soul trapped in a vessel and this vessel is trying to fool you into thinking you're the vessel and slowly your thoughts will start to decrease it just need some practice.
And if you're just wanting to manifest something it's fine no need to do the meditation part.
🧁. This challenge DOES NOT hold the power but you does,don't get discourage if you had hard time with meditation or it took you longer then 2 weeks it DOES NOT MATTER,what matter is you KNOWING that you are MASTER AT ENTER VOID/ MANIFESTING!! You must realize that you hold the power to shape your reality, and just a negative thought can't ruin your day. Discipline is ALSO needed here babes I know ADHD can be pretty annoying when we get distracted or get too focus on useless things,that's why I recommend robotic affirming alot like ALOT.

was losing hope- i woke up at 11am today after a VERY long night. did regular stuff throughout the day but didnt see it… until i open the cabinet to brush my teeth before bed, when i had forgotten about the challenge. right by the toothpaste there was a hairtie my mom had placed there (that usually isnt there)
sooo it worked thats day 1!

Hi hi y'all!! I was doing a 10k affirmation challenge myself so i thought why not share it on the blog? I didn't start it for nothing lmao. 🥴
I thought we can do this challenge together! Whenever you're seeing this post, and reblog it with your results or signs. Like for example i was affirming for money and i suddenly thought about getting my family gifts so i affirmed "I will give my family gifts now. I will give ___ a gift" and just a couple minutes later THAT SPECIFIC PERSON CALLED ME! Tell me it's not me doing this? You can't cuz I am and so are you (controlling your reality)
So in this 10k challenge we pick one desire and affirm naturally. As if we're telling it to someone or whatever you'd say if you already had what you're affirming about. I have a counter app, you can get it too and we can affirm for this ONE specific thing only for these 1-3 days. Got it?? You can ask any questions in the replies of this posts idm.

LOCK IN FOR 3 DAYS AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS.
yallll run a challenge with mee! in this challenge we are going to lock in for 3 days. That means affirming TWENTY FOUR/ SEVEN, listening to affirmation tapes, doing guided meditations, listening to subliminals, listening to manifestation music, being as delusional as humanly possible, SATURATE YOUR MIND COMPLETELY AND REPROGRAM YOUR MIND. I'm feeling courageous. I want to do a 1 hour robotic affirming challenge.
The purpose of this is to eliminate wavering thoughts and negative beliefs. This will also strengthen your manifestation abilities and change your reality because you are changing your self concept.
You can use whatever subliminal you like, I personally am using desired self, everything always works out in my favour and instant manifestation subliminals.
Example affs for you:

✦ My desires always manifests under 10 minutes
✦ I already have everything I want
✦ I always get exactly what I want, when I want it because I am a master manifester
✦ It is impossible for my desires to take longer than 10 minutes to manifest

Disclaimer: this challenge is considered to make it fun, not overcomplicating it.
Here i am with my first challenge and i wanted to make manifestation fun so you won't overcomplicate it and keep being bored while manifesting your desires.
What is a nepo baby?
"Nepo baby, short for nepotism baby, is a term referring to celebrities whose parents have succeeded in the same careers. The implication is that, because their parents already had connections to an industry, the child was able to use those connections to build a career in that industry" By Google.
Okay so we do understand the term now.
Let's use it now as a Mindset.
What is a nepo baby Mindset?
To make it short, it's just having the Mindset that you'll get whatever you want no matter what and you'll know for sure that you were born to be successful and having everything you've ever wanted, getting pampered by everyone and getting the best treatment you Always deserved.
How to manifest with it?
Just getting into the Mindset and embodying it, you'll get that confidence and you'll feel like you're on the pedestal.
Seeing something in the 3d and against what you're manifesting? HELL NAH! I HAVE IT ALREADY AND I'LL GET WHATEVER I WANT ! PERIOD !
Someone calling you delusional? Nope, i have everything that i want cause i said so.
Feeling my desire is too good to be true to have it and deserve it? Hell nah, i deserve receiving all my desires cause i'm THAT girl/dude and i Always get what i want cause i said so.
Feeling Like i won't be successful and have my desired career? Nuh-ah✋🏻🤨 i was born to be successful and to getting everything i desire, nothing is too much for me, i deserve to know more.
But..i don't see it in my 3d😢 where is it? The Fuck? I already have my desire 🙄💅🏻 what are you talking about? I HAVE IT IN MY 4D SO IT'S DONE! CREATION IS FINISHED! PERIOD!
Those are the example of the Mindset and how to act when encountering the 3d.
And now i want you to make a list of your desires and when i tell you GO CRAZY YOU'RE LIMITLESS, write all your desires in any app for writing or even on a piece of paper.
Okay just so you know, don't Settle for less, you'll get everything you want because you said so.
You Can use any method you want but the point of this challenge is to have that Mindset and to have that perfect Self-concept.
Do this challenge whenever you want but just to let you know that you deserve everything and your subconscious gonna work so hard to give you your desires cause YOU'RE THAT QUEEN 🙄💅🏻.
I'll suggest an affirmation that i found when i watched a video of my favorite youtuber of LOA and here it is:
"i deserve to be/have [insert your desire]"
This affirmation is a combination of perfect self-concept and feeling Like you have your desire.
For this challenge there's no specific Time crunch, you Can Do it as long as you want, and you Can make your own rules and deciding how long your desire will take to manifest and choose your own affirmation.
And remember to make it fun.
