What if they wake up and Tyler’s gone? His top bunk made, his stuff neatly sorted on the top of his bedsheets.

What if Taylor doesn’t wake for hours later? She deserved this sleep. it was finally over, no more red skies or phantoms, no more ringing ears from the sound of her own gun.

What if the weight shifted at midnight? And Taylor started with a jump, not feeling Tylers presence above her?

What if when Taylor realizes Tyler is gone, she feels a hole in her stomach similar to his?

What if, the only thing she thinks to do, is call Aiden, and the phone never rings?

My brain decided it wanted to sketch something depressing, so here ya go! Sorry not sorry, lol. Eleanora's final death many years later and Malleus making an orchard/flowery tomb within the castle in his grief for his deceased wife.

From right to left, you got Aiden and Valerie, Valerie's presently unnamed kiddo, (She would one hundred percent be the first one to get married. Cassius is still very confused as to how he ended up at the altar but he isn't complaining, lol, unlike his poor dad who is panic attacking. R.I.P Sebek, his poor simping heart can't handle the fact his son is marrying a Draconia.) Melody, Ellis, and two unnamed Malleora twins. One has round ears like Ellis while the other has pointed.

I'm convinced at this point that dragon blood is just inherently and ridiculously strong and overpowers most other non-dragon genetics. Dragons are canonically rare, and we know from Raverne's name that he's most likely some type of bird fae (Crowley, I swear to gods if it's you there will be DEATH) so it's likely previous Draconias have married non-dragon fae, but their children are always dragons. Also, Malleus is his mother's spitting image, like damn.

Dragon genetics are strong.

But, also, I'm playing with the idea that it also determines how strong one's magic is. Aiden has the brown hair, so his magic isn't as powerful as Valerie, Melody, or one of the unnamed twin sisters'. However, his magic is stronger than the other unnamed twin sister and Ellis' as the unnamed twin sister has round ears and Ellis has neither horns nor pointed ears.

Ick. Just...just ick. Aiden's one magic power inherited from his apsara mother is the ability to pretty much charmspeak people. Except it feels way too much like it's written as a joke here. And I... I feel uncomfortable. If you don't remember my many previous notes as I read many books this school year, charmspeak makes me so uncomfortable. Rick Riordan kept trying to bill it as a good thing, when it's so clearly mental manipulation. It's disgusting. It's wrong. And only because of Piper McLean's strong character and own disgust with her powers could I learn to get past it.

Now another character has stupid fucking seduction powers, and I just...no! Why do you writers all think this is clever!? It's not! It just makes my skin crawl. And the fact that roshani chokshi has Aiden be the only one who hates his powers...that makes Aru and Brynne seem like they're ignorant to the evils of this power. It's pretty much a rapists delight, y'know. The ability to state at someone and make them fall under your spell. Any sex criminal worth their salt would want that. This is disgusting, props to Aiden for hating it, shame on Brynne for making him use it (and on her and aru for laughing when she talks about it).

At least Jason and Leo never really laughed when Piper talked about charmspeak. They knew she was uncomfortable with her gifts, and they were understanding (if i remember The Lost Hero correctly. It's been a bunch of months since I read it). Aru and Brynne over here are just making light of something so disgusting and creepy and dark and vile...yeah, i'm not taking this well. I hate seduction themed powers, and I feel like giving those powers to our (so far) only male lead is just as demeaning as giving them to our only female lead. It's just gross to make your character's powers rely on seduction.

Aiden didn't need these powers! He was so cool before this! Now that nasty stains just sitting there, like an uncomfortable black spot that won't go away. No matter how much you just wish it would go away. I don't like this. No, no, no. Not one bit. It's completely detailed my reading, because I hate this. It's hard to get past them making seduction powers a fucking joke for a page or two! That's not funny! Not to me! I just...I feel uncomfortable now. 

PS: I'm sorry if this counts as an overreaction to the scenes. I don't even hate any of these characters anymore. But I got caught up in the moment, and I was subsequently annoyed enough that I had to write all of this. Please don't hold that against me.

oh yeah btw I finished every single design of significant sbg characters

with the bonus of Noah being a crystal pony (He was my little test design to see how I could redesign crystal ponies....)

OH AND HERE'S SOME JUSTICE TO LOGAN SINCE HE GOT COVERED UP. I LOVE THE REFORMED CHANGELINGS SM

(Btw, changelings are more bug-like in my ponyverse thingy, however, Logan is a hybrid mix of a unicorn and a changeling, so he resembles the canon design of reformed changeling more. But with slight alterations like having a cutie mark, hair, and actually having magic in his horn since, well, his mama is a pony)
