We always be aware of the aspect of life where we need the changes and adaption of modern sense for the technology. We are using different types of tech. to accommodate the new aspect of life. Helping different types of populations in multiple fields, for example, medical science, construction side, etc, But is it possible to learn all those criteria in daily growing life where we are so much busy in the work life? So, what is the advice regarding this scenario? What do we understand by Artificial Intelligence ?
Artificial intelligence is also popularly named AI. The question is what we understand from this term. Let’s divide Artificial intelligence into two halves ‘Artificial’ and ‘Intelligence’ from the term ‘artificial’ we understand that something that is not real and mimeograph and at the same end we have the word ‘intelligence’ means the brain or intellectual capacity of student to perform big tasks given by the mentors and for scoring good marks in the examination. Artificial intelligence is the major key point of the 21st century skills for students and teachers where we have adopted 72% of our daily life with this given term. According to our growth not only physically but also mentally it is important to acquire the skills about its advantages and disadvantages. In this way, our young minds will learn the concept of artificial intelligence in the best possible way. We need to understand the durability of learning this art of technology to form part of the futuristic approach to enhance the betterment of the future.
What is Curriculum?

Regular Year Update of Robotics and AI Curriculum for Schools
Now let’s suppose that we are using a curriculum for the first year of the school.
For the first year we learned the different activities but what will we be going to do next year? We are going to use the same curriculum or we will make some changes to it. The answer will be “YES” We will organize the curriculum in a way we will not repeat the same activity & for next year we will make a new curriculum so that we can develop more new skills in next year. Every year we increase the probability of difficulty for the students so it will become more challenging and enthusiastic for them.
Conclusion
The fundamental principle of the Robotics and AI lab, Curriculum for Schools is as simple as the data structure we managed to access the syllabus for the students and their awareness related to the specific subject. So, they will become more focused and give priority to Artificial Intelligence as the main subject. Because somehow in today’s life, students are learning different subjects like language, science, and mathematics but don’t want to learn robotics or AI as a priority. We can apply these efforts of making the curriculum for our young brain activeness and making them ready for the future challenges they are going to face. Technicality is a major part of our daily life routine and reality now and if we don’t start learning this skill with complete activeness then it will be our greatest disadvantage in our future.

Further projects
Besides, I didn't waste any time in the summer and signed up for two more research projects. Don't worry, it's too early to bury me yet, I'm somehow coping with the workload at the moment. Considering what prospects their implementation will open up to me, I shouldn't complain.
The third project is about meteorology and cyclone detection using ML-technologies. The work is based on an article created by Chinese (I think so) scientists, and is an improvement on the machine learning models used in their research. In a nutshell, we are trying to implement another kinds of algorithms for a 2D map to search for cyclones and develop the programs for a 3D map (to detect and determine the volumetric shapes of cyclones). Maybe, we can even devise an algorithm to predict the movement and evolution of cyclones in the future. And once again, I say "we" for a reason. I do this job together with my partner. I also will introduce her if she doesn't mind.

The fourth project is also about ML techniques, but now in the area of astronomy and astrophysics. I'm not sure how much can I say about the project itself now, but one thing I can say for sure. And this thing is really hard to believe in. I got the offer for this work from abroad, more precisely, from Taiwan.
To get this offer, I just threw my candidacy at almost all the available summer internship programs that I could find during my entire current year of study. Thus, it worked, and I was able to get the only offer from Taiwan, which I gladly agreed to. (I'm a lucky one, what can I say).
My summer internship lasts for two months: from the beginning of July to the end of August. At the moment, I have been working on the project for the fourth week and have already achieved significant results. I expect to achieve as much as possible in the allotted time. And today I plan to finally ask my supervisor about the confidentiality (what can I publish here) of the project.
However, my trip to another country will not only be about work. And also about life here. More content from my travel blog (it turns out now) can be found on my Instagram and X/Twitter (I guess, I'm not sure... go check it out or something).

The Trump administration's plan to use artificial intelligence to deport international students that are deemed "pro-Hamas" has received a wide range of reactions this week from across the political spectrum, stirring fears of what this could mean for free speech in the US.  The US State Department reportedly plans to use AI to revoke the visas of foreign students who are deemed "pro-Hamas", Axios reported on Thursday, citing senior State Department officials. sooo i've seen a couple people talking about ai on here before but idk, i guess i'm old & didn't realize people were really using it for full creative projects??? idk after learning about the deactivation of a very popular account on here i just started typing and wrote this dumb drabble - kind of hoping to inspire youngins to not rely on computers so much and know that the BEST work always comes from your own noodle <3
wrote this in like 20 minutes, arguably mark x reader but no real romantic involvement
the line between creativity and computer generated ideas is thin.
the line between depression and contentment is thinner.
you remember being told as a child that "you wouldn’t always have a calculator in your pocket!" and that learning how to multiply for tax purposes was IMPORTANT.
except, now, you DID always have a calculator, and it was called a smartphone. it translated languages in real time, video chatted your parents in a different state, and gave you recipes for meals your mom never taught. it was a blessing, a miracle wrapped in sleek metal.
so why, now, did you feel so guilty when using it to give you a synopsis on the book you were meant to read for English?
the rap of knuckles against your bedroom window made you jump as if you’d been caught committing a crime. your heart was lurching out of your chest when you looked.
it was just mark, of course.
smiling. awkward. now tapping with one finger toward the lock.
you stood, shuffled over and fumbled to let him in. jesus mark! you could’ve warned somebody!

mark’s pretty lips pulled down and it made your stomach twist. you knew the hero theatrics were coming.
[y/n], i get being tired, or hitting a bump in the road – believe me, i really do. but… using artificial intelligence for things like this is just… weird, y’know? i saw this post a few weeks ago about this medical student trying to get his MD and was caught using it to answer questions for an exam. can you imagine that guy passing and then trying to prescribe you narcotics?
your expression was deadpan. was he seriously comparing you to a medical student?
mark sighed, running gloved fingers through his hair before letting his arm fall to his side and smiling at you. listen, you don’t need to prove to me your smart. i already know – that’s why you don’t even give me a chance to answer at trivia night.
you had to really focus not to smirk at that. he knew it. he smirked anyway.
so let the board see it too! you have something in your mind worth sharing – even if you’ve gotta sit on it for awhile to get it out.
the frustration was still real. the defensiveness too. you wouldn’t admit it pointblank – that felt like suicide. but the drop in your shoulders, and the way your eyes wouldn’t meet his, were tell enough.
maybe he was right. creativity was dying, and the fight against its ghost was a battle worth waging.

Mike - has print of Charles Babbage in his basement. He was known as "The Father of the Computer".
Will - did a project on Alan Turing. He was known as "The Father of Computer Science". He was specifically known for breaking the enigma code. And of course, he was gay as well.
Why are they associated with computers? What's going on here?
I think it may be related to cracking codes and unlocking memories. Computers hold memory.

In ST2, Will was "possessed" and the MF (father) took over him.
After Will was sedated -> the power went out in the lab resulting in the whole building going into lockdown.
Lets break this down symbolically:
Will is sedated. His "power" went out.
As a protective fail secure measure, Will goes into full lockdown. That way, his doors remain closed. Doors as in, his closet door and the door into his memories.

In order to unlock the doors, and save everyone, the computer in the basement (a hint towards Mike himself) must be rebooted with a code. However, since they don't know the code, Bob overrides it. He opens the doors without consent.
This doesn't end well, as we know. Bob attempts to hide in a closet... then is attacked once he attempts to escape.

As much as he wants to keep everything contained... it can't. That's the problem. Papa says it right here- demons in the past invaliding from the subconscious. That's what it's all been about this whole time.

In ST4, we see Suzie hack into the Hawkins High student records to gain access to change Dustin's grades.
This again is another hint.
Tigers are associated with Will. "Jiminy Crickets" is a character in Pinocchio who is a representation of Pinocchio's conscience (aka an internal aspect of the mind being externalized).

Mike and Will call the (secret) number Unknown Hero Agent Man leaves them, and find they called a computer. They both mention that this reminds them of the movie War Games.

They meet up with Suzie and she attempts to track where NINA is using the IP address.
There's a mention of the address possibly hidden in the computer coding, and Suzie mentions "data mining".
Now keep in mind- her father was guarding the computer and they needed him out of the way to gain access to the computer.
Now I just want to briefly mention AI.
Alan Turing was also well known for The Turing Test. This was a way to test a machine's ability to think like a human. So basically, it tests artificial intelligence (AI).
We have (subtle) references to movies featuring AI throughout the show that are worth mentioning:

War Games. Mike mentions "Joshua" who is the computer. "Joshua" is the AI villain in the movie who attempt to start WWIII.

The Terminator. Multiple references to this movie! The Terminator is an AI who travels back in time to kill.

2001: A Space Odyssey. In that movie, the main villain is "Hal" who is an AI that kills.
I do think the computer is the mind... likely both Will's and Mike's minds are important here. And like a computer, they have to access it in order to obtain important data... important memories.

Current Projects
After so much time of silence, I feel the necessity to report about the past and current situation. I'm sorry if it seemed to you that I've abandoned the blog idea. I didn't forget it, I just couldn't find enough time to start publishing again. But now I'm determined to come back with news. And I definitely have a content to tell you.
And the first will be the satellite project. Honestly, we still haven't finish it, and I'm not sure if I have time to continue the work right now. Therefore, there won't be many updates about this project at the moment (if there are any at all). We do have some results for our assessment for Data Analysis subject, so we obtained some good grades. But I'll do my best to continue working when I'll find enough free time to do so. And yes, when I say "we", I am not mistaken. This project is being conducted by me and my partner. I'll introduce him if he doesn't mind.
P.S.: Here's the performance of our model. The first image is a satellite photo, the second - ground truth mask image, the third - prediction made by our not enough trained model.

The second will be the computational mathematics project. I have reached a milestone in the form of an almost beta version of the software package. The solver with automatic timestep sampling has already been created and works pretty well. It's still not really optimized but it's already useful and precise. There's still enough space fpr research and testing the algorithm, so it's possible to obtain in the near future enough material to make a publication in a scientific journal.
P.S.2: Here you can see the difference in performance of two algorithms: explicit RK4 (the upper image of unstable solution) and mine implicit (m, k)-method with autostepper (the lower image) - for the same problem.

The Surucuá community in the state of Pará is the first to receive an Amazonian Creative Laboratory, a compact mobile biofactory designed to help kick-start the Amazon’s bioeconomy.
Instead of simply harvesting forest-grown crops, traditional communities in the Amazon Rainforest can use the biofactories to process, package and sell bean-to-bar chocolate and similar products at premium prices.
Having a livelihood coming directly from the forest encourages communities to stay there and protect it rather than engaging in harmful economic activities in the Amazon.
The project is in its early stages, but it demonstrates what the Amazon’s bioeconomy could look like: an economic engine that experts estimate could generate at least $8 billion per year.
In a tent in the Surucuá community in the Brazilian Amazonian state of Pará, Jhanne Franco teaches 15 local adults how to make chocolate from scratch using small-scale machines instead of grinding the cacao beans by hand. As a chocolatier from another Amazonian state, Rondônia, Franco isn’t just an expert in cocoa production, but proof that the bean-to-bar concept can work in the Amazon Rainforest.
“[Here] is where we develop students’ ideas,” she says, gesturing to the classroom set up in a clearing in the world’s greatest rainforest. “I’m not here to give them a prescription. I want to teach them why things happen in chocolate making, so they can create their own recipes,” Franco tells Mongabay.
The training program is part of a concept developed by the nonprofit Amazônia 4.0 Institute, designed to protect the Amazon Rainforest. It was conceived in 2017 when two Brazilian scientists, brothers Carlos and Ismael Nobre, started thinking of ways to prevent the Amazon from reaching its impending “tipping point,” when deforestation turns the rainforest into a dry savanna.
Their solution is to build a decentralized bioeconomy rather than seeing the Amazon as a commodity provider for industries elsewhere. Investments would be made in sustainable, forest-grown crops such as cacao, cupuaçu and açaí, rather than cattle and soy, for which vast swaths of the forest have already been cleared. The profits would stay within local communities.
A study by the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the New Climate Economy, published in June 2023, analyzed 13 primary products from the Amazon, including cacao and cupuaçu, and concluded that even this small sample of products could grow the bioeconomy’s GDP by at least $8 billion per year.
To add value to these forest-grown raw materials requires some industrialization, leading to the creation of the Amazonian Creative Laboratories (LCA). These are compact, mobile and sustainable biofactories that incorporate industrial automation and artificial intelligence into the chocolate production process, allowing traditional communities to not only harvest crops, but also process, package and sell the finished products at premium prices.
The logic is simple: without an attractive income, people may be forced to sell or use their land for cattle ranching, soy plantations, or mining. On the other hand, if they can make a living from the forest, they have an incentive to stay there and protect it, becoming the Amazon’s guardians.
“The idea is to translate this biological and cultural wealth into economic activity that’s not exploitative or harmful,” Ismael Nobre tells Mongabay."

2025 Book Review #14 – The Last Murder at the End of the World by Stuart Turton

I have no memory whatsoever how this charming little mystery ended up on my TBR shelf – it was on some ‘best of’ list or another I skimmed through more than likely. However it happened, I’m happy it did – this was hardly high art, but it was a fun and engaging Twilight Zone episode of a novel, and left me very interested in reading more of Turton’s other work.
The novel is set on a remote island some time after the apocalypse, the only place in the world where the last heroic efforts of preapocalyptic scientists created a barrier to hold back the plague of poisonous fog which boiled up from beneath the world and wiped out all other life. Ninety years later, the three surviving Elders and the omnipresent, mind-reading artificial intelligence Abi guide and rule over a village of a hundred-and-seven, the last remnants of all the refugees who reached the island before the end. Filled with now-irreplaceable medical technology and genetic enhancements, the Elders are fairly literally superhuman and viewed by the generations of villagers who have been born and died since the end of the world with near-religious awe. So when the eldest and most beloved of them dies – and seemingly after directly ordering Abi to wipe everyone else’s memories of the ruinous night before her brutal murder – things get very tense. And that’s before everyone realizes that the barrier holding back the fog was deactivated by a dead man’s switch tied to her heart beat. Now it’s up to the irritatingly curious and irreverent village neerdowell to to solve the mystery and satisfy the system that justice has been done so it will reactivate the barrier before the fog consumes them all.
So this is a very high concept novel. First and foremost, it’s at the moment literally the only book I can remember that more or less pulls off first-person-omniscient narration – the book is told from Abi’s perspective, and all the increasingly sinister asides and bits of context that leak through from it as its attention shifts from one character’s brain to another is a major part of the book’s charm. It is very on brand for me to say the creepy AI is the best character, but as far as compellingly nonhuman intelligence go it is right up there.
It’s also a strikingly misanthropic book – in the literal sense, the book has a very dim view of humanity and the ambiguous but happy ending involves taking the species off the board for at least the foreseeable future. Thematically it’s about getting over the past and trusting your students/children/successors to find their own way in the world without your constant guidance, but on a very literal level this is a story where humanity’s successors are strictly better off with us. And also where a project that in basically every other story I’ve ever read would be the cartoonishly evil plot of a cackling supervillain is portrayed as monstrous in execution but well-intentioned and more tragically impossible than evil in concept. It’s an interesting shift in perspective from most self-consciously humanist sci fi I’ve read.
The actual mystery is very fun and satisfying twisted and obscured by all the other dirty secrets the Elders are keeping from each other – the narrative used the memory to have multiple people come think they were the murderer and act accordingly in a very satisfying way. That said, I’m not sure the broad strokes twilight zone-ness of the setting really mixed well with the mystery plot – not that it wasn’t used for some fun twists, but it’s more than a bit unclear at points which parts of the world you should carefully interrogate for clues and hints, and which you kind of just need to shrug and take as a given for the story to work.
I admit I do just have a reflexive, contrarian aversion to stories that end up just being someone’s planning going off perfectly. Which isn’t really fair to hold against the book, but on a purely subjective level did make me enjoy the finale and epilogue less than I might have otherwise. Still, all in all this was a fun brain teaser and page-turner. Would recommend, if the synopsis at all appeals.
